Our waiter Martin was great. Had a nice chat with Brian, the manager. Menu is great. Our meal was delicious! Had the Bar Harbor seafood bowl and fried shrimp. The seafood appetizer tray was great. We are so full!! Nice evening. We will come back. read more

I would like to make a complaint on General Manager Careesa Mize at Red Lobster at 1600 Parkway Sevierville Tn 37862. I had met my mother and wife over at this Red Lobster today 4/16/2021. We went inside and got seated and was given our drinks. We started looking at the paper menu and noticed a price difference between the Red Lobster app and the paper menu inside. My wife was going to order the snow crab legs meal and I was going to order the 7 Oz sirloin and add a Maine Lobster tail. The app said the crab leg meal was $19.99. The paper menu said it was $21.49. Also the app said to add a Maine Lobster to my meal was $9.99. The paper menu said to add a Maine Lobster tail to my meal was $10.99. So I questioned our waitress about this. She said she would be back in a minute. So then gm Careesa Mize came to our table to address our question. Even though I showed her the price difference. She said the price on the paper menu was set by corporate and could not be changed. So I said. What happened to the customer is always right? She said customer is not always right. Then I said. So you are willing to loose a customer over $3.00 and she said yes. So we got up and went somewhere else to eat. I am a gold member and this was very unprofessional. This restaurant lost a $75.00 sale plus the waitress lost on getting a tip. With Covid-19 hurting the restaurant industry. Restaurants are being forced to open later due to little or no staff. So me and my family was shocked that this gm let us walk for $3.00. read more

I wish I could give zero stars. I took out my mom to eat for her bday today. This is her first time out in public since March. We were a party of 3 that came in around 11 am. Only 2 parties were there while we were eating, you would think they would want the business. Both my mom and I ordered the endless shrimp. My mom was ordering her 2nd round and the waitress was very rude and told her she was not finished with her first order and she said "you can't take these to go". My mom is a very modest person she got really embarrassed and didn't feel comfortable and wanted to leave. We had ordered food to take home as well for other family members. We asked for to go treys because my mom was uncomfortable. The waitress was extremely rude and completely ruined my mom's first experience out in the world. The waitress brought our bill after she kept asking if we were done. We never said we were done. We wanted to order my mom desert to go home since the experience was ruined. We told the waitress we wanted to order chocolate cake to go and she said to use the app. read more

Good service and delicious lobster fest before it was gone. We even got a free desert because they needed our table for a larger group.

Every now and again, you are fortunate enough to get a server who goes out of their way to make your experience special. Today, that person was Brandon Greg. It was our matriarch's birthday today and she chose Red Lobster for her birthday lunch. We called ahead to make sure it was ok to bring decorations and a cake. Not only did he make our lunch extremely enjoyable, he brought out the cake, lit the candles, sang and video recorded for us (after the lunch rush, of course). So if you're celebrating on a Sunday afternoon, ask for Brandon, alto, guapo's section. You'll be very happy you did. read more

We had not been here in many years so we decided to try it again. The remodeling since we last came was good. The only thing we found disappointing was we ordered 2 appetizers (mushrooms and lobster dip) and also dinner salads and entree but our salad came and literally right behind the waiter came both appetizers and the main meal. They just sat on the table while we ate the salads and appetizers. How did the food come out so quickly? Very awkward. read more

The service was great but the food was not that great and don't attempt to get a bar drink just go to the bar and get it your self

Red Lobster never fails to impress. I've been to the Red Lobster in Brea multiple times now and I have never been disappointed. Tonight I was celebrating my anniversary/ Valentine's Day with my girlfriend. We called ahead and got to check in, so when we walked in we did not have to wait as long. We waited around 20 minutes before being seated. When we were seated we were greeted by our hostess Savannah who was very polite and cheerful. We ordered two Lobsterfest Surf and Turfs that came with a salad. The food was great and had an amazing flavor and our food was prepared perfectly. I would definitely recommend this for lovers of lobster. read more

WOW!!! I hadn't been here in about five years, and was so pleasantly surprised. They remodeled and updated the menu. We had the Mahi-Mahi with the shrimp and rice and it was amazing! Our server Kristen was great. We also enjoyed the very delectable oysters on the half shell. The menu shows calories which is always good if you are on a diet. If you haven't been here in a while, it is a must for a great date night out. read more

No corkage + legendary cheddar bay biscuits + best Thousand Island salad dressing ever+friendly service+family friendly menu=happy long time customers. Hubby and I are fine dining snobs, but that doesn't mean we can't appreciate a place like this. Great food and great value. read more

Red Lobster is always a yummy place to eat. I cannot remember ever having a bad meal from here. With that said, the food isn't high end restaurant quality either. They have a good assortment of seafood and it is cooked correctly. This last time I have the plank grilled lobster with salmon and shrimp....Wow, it was amazing! I will definitely be returning for it. read more

My boyfriend and I came here for dinner and we were NOT disappointed. Our waiter, Peter, could not have been more pleasant and accommodating. I would ask for him every time I visit this Red Lobster. The cheddar bay biscuits came out warm and toasty. I ordered the 4 course meal ($17.99) which came with soup, salad, entree, and dessert. The amount of food was awesome for the price. My boyfriend ordered the seafood feast, and he finished every last bite! I would definitely come back to this Red Lobster. read more

got up and left after being completely ignored for over 15 minutes after being seated. We will not be back.

I went to this location with my family for my son's birthday and I was disappointed with the service. They sat us down right away since there was not many people but to place our order took forever!! A family got there after us, had their order taken shortly after and received their food way before us. We all waited for our server to stop and take our order and only kept passing us by, and going to other tables with the people who were arriving. She didn't stop by till later, we probably waited over 20 minutes just to have our order taken. Once she took our order, she kept contradicting herself and telling us different things. My sister asked her what was in a soup that had lobster, forgot the name, and the girl just said lobster. We were very aware of that since it was part of the name but the question was about the entire soup. She did bring more biscuits than any other Red Lobster we've been to which was good since we were all starving, and my son got an awesome dessert for his birthday which was also very cool. That I am happy about. Overall the restaurant is nice but they should really pay attention to the tables, especially when the restaurant is not busy. Not sure if I will go there again. read more

Been here a couple times before and it feels like every time the experience just gets worse and worse. Normally I give the benefit of the doubt to a lot of places but I don't think I can excuse having my order messed up, having a dish of mussels with a handful of them uneatable, having to wait forever for a refill of water and having the request ignored once. The place was practically empty and there weren't many people at the restaurant so I can't understand why the experience was a bit lackluster. Hopefully the recent reviews are right and the place is getting better and my experience was an anomaly. read more

Poor experience. 50 minutes to recieve food. Asked for medium steaks and got medium rare. Baked potatoes weren't cooked all the way through. Had a birthday coupon and reward coupon, I told the server before I even ordered. When I went to pay server took both codes, left came back 10 minutes later to say I could only use one code. Thanks, thanks a lot. Could of not ordered the tasting plate, it was too much food as is but was suppose to be free. Great birthday I had, NOT. read more

Last week my wife and I ate at the Brea restaurant. Seating was a breeze as we ordered no problem. Then the wheels fell off the evening. We received our food in a reasonable amount of time. My wife ordered the surf and turf and they over cooked her steak. I waited a bit longer for my food a seafood trio, we also ordered a Mac and cheese lobster truffle. When i got my meal the waiter took my wife's steak back and she waited for it. I started eating my meal and upon eating my crab legs they were the worst i have ever eaten, the shell was rubbery and when i did open them, a enormous amount of water came out of all the crab legs on my plate, a shame since the rest of my meal was good. My waiter disappeared and i had to go looking for him. Upon his return i told him I didn't want anything else but wanted him to know the legs were terrible, in the meantime my wife still had not got her steak! Once again my waiter disappeared and did not come back. After another 15 mins he came back with the steak and a cold plate of Mac and cheese. We were weary of waiting and ask to have it packed to go. Waited another 10 mins for our bill and once again i go looking for my waiter. We finally get our receipt, put the money on the table. I don't like leaving cash on the table in a crowded restaurant but the waiter never came back! A very bad experience. I talked with the manager and she apologized, offered a small discount but missed the point of a lousy meal and poor service. Thanks for ruining a good evening read more

Almost everything about tonight's visit was excellent. We were greeted and seated immediately upon arriving. And a server named Jose who wasn't even assigned to our table noticed we had been seated for a minute or two and no one had acknowledged us so he stopped by to apologize and he even took our drink order. Our server, Maria was excellent! Polite, pleasant, and personable. So why did I only give tonight's visit 3 stars? Quite frankly, because of their marked up wine prices. We had a bottle of Ecco Domani Pinot Grigio and we paid a whopping $27! Total Wine, BevMo, and even grocery and CVS stores sell it for about 8 bucks. Now I know wine is typically more expensive at a restaurant than when buying it retail but, come on...paying more than triple what Vons charges is ridiculous. Yes, I will be going back but I sure won't be ordering a bottle of wine. read more

We actually had a very nice experience at Red Lobster. We had to wait 20 minutes for a table, but it was Saturday night, so that's to be expected. We managed to get a seat at the bar and enjoyed a couple of drinks, so that was fine. We had stuffed mushrooms and oysters to start - they were both delicious and the mushrooms were piping hot, just as I like them. My husband had the lobster, shrimp, scallops combo and I had the stuffed sole. The food was hot and served at a reasonable time seen as I was pretty stuffed after the starters! The waiter was lovely and very friendly. Considering how much food we ate and we had a bottle of wine, the cost was reasonable. We'll be back! read more

My Son just turned 18 yesterday so he wanted to have dinner here. The food was good, the service was really bad our waiter had a very bad attitude, He brought me the wrong plate so then he had the nerve to give me attitude when I said this isn't what I ordered. I felt as he had talked bad about us to other staff members. It was so uncomfortable being there. I WE WILL NEVER GO BACK!! It was sad that this happened at my son's birthday dinner. read more

I ordered my food from grub hub and it was 50 minutes late. Putting clam chowder in a take out bowl and six cheese biscuits in a bag should take less then five minutes. When I called the restaurant, the girl who answered the phone did not ask for my name, give me hers and her response to my inquiry was" I think I saw the grub hub guy just leave " HELLO!!???? My clam chowder was thin and not what a rich chowder with potatoes, celery and clams should be. The cheese biscuits were yummy and always are. My best bet, and yours is to go into the restaurant and not order by phone and skip the chowder read more

We went in with the whole family expecting good food and good service which we had before. This time though it was anything but that. We got sat down in a corner and then ignored for at least 15 min. I then asked a server to get our order. She came over few min later. It seems she was new to the menu because she had no idea about various items and also the drinks on the menu. It took a loooong time to get our food. Once we got it. I had to give my steak back because it was too chewy. My wife couldn't eat her dish because it was awful and to add insult to injury they had forgotten the order for our youngest kid. read more

came here to meet up with my niece who lives in orange county. we ordered the ultimate feast, stuffed mushroom and sweet potato. i was really hungry so i guess i didnt notice anything bad. in fact it was delicious! our waitress, kept checking on us to see if we need our drinks filled. she was very accommodating as well. other than that, it was really good. read more

Our server, Kenny, deserves 5 stars. She moved us from an unclean table to one that was clean (after waiting more than 5 minutes for a table to be cleaned when we were told it would be 2 minutes). Also, she is very professional which leads to the 3 star review. I ordered the Salmon Power Bowl because it was a healthy option with salmon, sweet potatoes, Brussel sprouts, edamame all on quinoa. I was really looking forward to eating the sweet potatoes but they were uncooked. When Kenny checked on us, I mentioned the uncooked sweet potatoes. She apologized and offered offered to bring another order of them. This order included the Brussel sprouts which were really good. However, the sweet potatoes were still uncooked. She mentioned a possible reduction in the cost of the meal and talked to her manager. He apologized and wanted to make up for the issue. We asked for a dessert which was free. The seafood is great but the cooks need to learn how long it takes for sweet potatoes to soften. read more

Frankly was expecting more. Salad that came with entree came with wilted lettuce and very little dressing. The lobster extravaganza was decent except the linguine was overcooked. What you will enjoy are the cheese biscuits and the service which we could not find any fault with. read more

Garlic bread is awesome over here but whats even better is there hamburger. There hamburger with everything on it is the best. They are ten times better than olive garden and there prices beat them by far. All the workers are young but not the rude type. read more

The service was good here. We waited just a few seconds for her. I wish I could remember her name. The food was decent and it was a generous proportion. They accommodated all my special requests. My boyfriend and I decided we'd try Red Lobster for the first time in our lives yesterday. Yes, we live under a rock. We loved it! All the food was super good. I'm not the biggest fan of seafood, so I ordered items with chicken and their chicken was cooked really well and was very flavorful. I usually don't like clam chowder either, but I tried some of my boyfriends and it was SO good. On top of great food, we had excellent service by Andrew (pretty sure that was his name!). He was attentive, fast, and really nice. Definitely appreciated his help! read more

Just 5 star for this and Rebecca and Angel. When you go just ask for her. We had an exceptional experience at this place in Brea. She was friendly, helpful, informative, and made our dining experience fun and memorable. Angel was our best boy and very friendly hardworking and engaging. Food was fantastic. We were a group of three and we all enjoyed our meals. Their shrimp scampi was sooooo good!! read more

Nice clean restaurant. Hostess and servers are friendly. Our Waitress DIONDRE was VERY Friendly and gave EXCEPTIONAL Customer Service. I had the Steamed Lobster which they cut and de-shelled but I found it to be bland in taste. Maybe I should of ordered it Roasted. Eat here for special times as prices are about $20 + a person for a meal not including a drink. read more

We were at dinner for lobsterfest. We had the fortune of having Katie as our server. We brought wine and she did the full triple pour. If you don't know what that is go in and ask her. This Red Lobster is really nice compared to other locations..We went here for my mom's birthday and the staff went above and beyond to make my family comfortable. My dad is a pain in the ass when it comes to ordering, and the server (Candace) was really patient and really helpful. The food was legit chomp down material;good portions and a juicy steak and lobster tail. But what really stood out at this particular restaurant was the excellent service. My dad really wanted the staff to sing "Happy Birthday" in Korean (even though we're not Korean; random,I know), so the manager, our server, and 2 other girls came and sang "Happy Birthday" in English and Korean! It was so awesome cause the one Korean hostess went out of her way to teach the staff before coming to our table..Our family was greatly pleased and entertained. The friendly service made our dining experience, and mom's birthday a positive and unforgettable event! Thanks to everyone at Red Lobster! read more

So very disappointed. I came here for clam chowder and just about every bite had some sort of crunch to it. SO GROSS!!! So I didn't eat much. This whole visit was terrible. We sat ourselves because no one was at the front. When they realized this, they found us and MOVED US to another location without apologizing. Since my dad and I ordered only clam chowder for our meal, it came out before my baby's kids meal. You would think that since that's all we were having for dinner, they would bring out my baby's food with ours. But NO! It took another 10 minutes for them to bring it out after I asked them why her food wasn't out yet. Again, no apologizing. Finally, I asked for the manager. Took forever for him to come over and eventually, he took care of our whole meal (mind you, I didn't eat my clam chowder because it was crunchy!) I love red lobster but I would rather drive all the way to the one on harbor in garden grove then come back to this location. Terrible service :( read more
