I ordered the hashbrowns with jalapeños, American cheese, sausage, and two over easy eggs on top. The jalapeños were seeded so you had a little heat with a lot of flavor. The restraunt was busy but it only took about 10 minutes for our food to get to the table. The hashbrowns were crisp on the outside and tender inside. The eggs were cooked perfectly. It turned out that they were working at the restaurant the night before until 2:30 AM, because they were short-staffed... so they were just running late. We werent notified that was the cheese on it or if there were other options available. His egg was also more of a folded egg rather than being a scrambled really well egg which is what we ordered. It also came on the side instead of being on the sandwhich like we ordered. We were told " we put the egg on the side so it wouldnt fall out and u could put it on there yourself".
