He has an egg allergy, so he had to drive back (15 minutes each way) to get a replacement. The team remade it right away, but unfortunately there was no apology or apparent care for the mistake. Unfortunately, his bagel just ok and not as good as it has been in the past. I think the owner just adds the magic touch-a sprinkle of love! Overall, it was a disappointing visit compared to our past experiences--noticeably, the owner wasn't there this time. That said, we still highly recommend Sully's. She acted like she couldn't be bothered to do her job, rolling her eyes while I was ordering, sucking her teeth, and even cursing under her breath. No customer should be treated like they're an inconvenience for simply placing an order. Her attitude was completely unprofessional and made the entire experience uncomfortable. If someone hates their job that much, they shouldn't be working in a customer service position. Management seriously needs to address the behavior of their staff because this kind of conduct makes the whole business look bad. Based on this experience, I definitely will not be returning to this location.
