This was my first time trying Red Devil Pizza and it was amazing!! We ordered a small pizza and a side of garlic bread and marinara sauce. The crust was slightly crunchy to bite into and soft perfect inside. The cheese and pepperoni were well balanced and the sauce was delicious! It was well worth the price, about $19 . This place is AWESOME! My sister and I went in quite by accident. I knew it's been there for decades but I never stopped by. The prices are more than reasonable, yet they give you a TON of food! And their food is worthy of a Michelin Star or two. I highly recommend their Chicken Parm. I still have leftovers for days. My sister got a small The Grease Wheel pizza and also sings it's praises. And the service? Just as great as the food. Our server Gilbert was on point. I hope you get him when you sit down. Thanks Gilbert! The place is quite busy and quite small, but it's a cozy and simple restaurant that puts more love into their food and service than many restaurants that would charge three times more and get away with it. Ordinarily great pizza but busy night so the pizza took a little longer thus the longer wait time led to my pizza being left in the oven a little too long making the toppings really dry and the crust a little too crispy. Although it was only .50¢ extra for ranch, for the aforementioned reason, I don't think I should have been charged extra for it since it was really needed to bring some moisture to the dry pizza. This was the first time trying out this spot. I did try using their site to register and place an online order but according to their site during the process it wasn't working. So that was a bit of a bummer and inconvenience. Called in the order for pick up person on the phone seems like a rusher and on the go which was a bit uncomfortable as i had some questions as this was my first time trying this spot out. I feel maybe this person or anyone answering the phone and taking orders for that matter should have a bit of more patience as they don't know what type of customer they are getting at the time. Now sure i understand they are busy and probably getting orders but this next part wouldn't justify this. Person on the phone told me that my order will be ready in about 15 minutes so i set my timer and had to do other things really quick before picking up my order. I got there at exactly 18 mins and my order was ready, now when i arrived the parking kinda sucks as it was busy, so i would highly suggest getting signs up at the front of the location front for pick up orders only with a 10 minute min parking time ... i'm sure they can talk with the owners of the property lot to get something worked out if they don't have signs already up ... the reason why i said this is because i didn't notice any sign and if there were signs there was only one person before me there for a pick up and the lot was full. It was really inconvenient for me to park a ways away when i was just there for a pick up even the lady before me that was there for a pick up parked further away because she had a big truck.. When i was speaking with the cashier about my pick up the kitchen was jam packed busy with employees i want to say possibly about 20 people maybe even more don't quote me on that but there was a lot of them. This is what doesn't justify fir the people taking the orders over the phone. The employees on the phone should have more patience with customers and not make them feel rushed as in a hurry up what do you want type of feel considering there were so many employees in the kitten way more then enough for the employees answering the phones for orders not to worry about anything going on in the kitchen whilst taking orders on the phone. Got home with my kiddos and i must say my kids are picky as hell and this was née to them so far as brand of pizza and they absolutely loved it. The pizza was pretty good it was greasy but a good type of greasy to where it wasn't to much more to little was just right and really flavorful pizza. I would totally catapult this pizza place to the top of my top 5 pizza places but for sure they need to work on what i had posted above so far as the parking and answering of the phones. BTW- considering this location is right next door to a laundry mat they should really look into the parking sign hands down because that also made it busy as cars were causing traffic in front of the location because people were parking backwards to load and unload their laundry.... read more

Really upset to say that it wasn't until I was home that I saw my order was incorrect. I placed the order online and did not receive a pick up time. I called to verify the order and the person I spoke with did not have it, but still advised that I should drive over. I picked it up, turns out they did have it, but it was incorrect and uncovered when I got home. Missing 2 toppings even though I restarted my order on the phone. I've written some pretty bad reviews on restraints lately because of how employees are handling food and are lacking so much on customer service, but this location is doing everything right. Pizza looked great and employees had all there PPE on. There where no attitudes, just smiles and great service. I've been coming here a wile but will definitely give this location my business in the coming months because of there customer service and attitude. We used to be regular customers of Red Devil but I don't know what's happened with their quality this year. We've ordered twice, so far, in 2024 and both orders have not been up to their typical quality. The first time, it was a meatball and sausage pizza that had hardly any meatballs, and, they were terribly overcooked. Barely edible. I called to complain. I like to think that my complaints are more for the restaurants owner/manager knowledge and not a free order or refund. I spoke to a young lady who quickly transferred me to the manager who offered me a $25 credit on my next order. A couple of weeks later, I ordered online (completely forgetting about my $25 credit) and ordered the same pizza but also a 10 piece order of chicken wings. The pizza was better but the chicken wings were lacking. First, there was only 9 of them (lol) but they were teeny, tiny wings with hardly any sauce on them. This time, I chose not to complain because clearly that didn't improve their quality and I didn't want another credit. You know the old saying "fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me". There won't be a third time, I'm afraid. It's too bad because we enjoyed Red Devil for many years prior. I hope they read this and can improve for their benefit. Eating out, for sit down and/or delivery is so expensive now. We really have to choose wisely where we want to spend our money on these splurges. read more

I have had problems with Red Devil locations in the past (see Upland, Yelp page for Red Devil). I gave this location a try, knowing that they are each owned by different folks, but still have the same menu items. I ordered a large "Italian Stallion" which has always been a favorite of our family! I got it without bleu cheese and with a thin crust. I also got it for pick up. When I got home, the pizza seemed smaller than expected for a large with the slices being inconsistent in size. The toppings were minimal, and the quality just seemed mediocre in my opinion. We also ordered a side antipasto salad, which was yummy, and we got it with Italian dressing. I was a bit disappointed with the quality, knowing I paid over $20 for a large pizza that ended up looking like a medium. I am willing to give this location another chance, since I live so close! Hopefully my next order won't be a disappointment. read more

I've called about cold pizza and the owner said what do you want me to do about it? I said give me hot pizza. He said go somewhere else. Food is tasty though. Not 60 dollar tasty. Called to see if they could seat a party of 10 and they said yes and the wait at the time was 20 mins. Drove over an hour with my party to be told we couldn't be seated. I asked about splitting our party to and they said the empty booths are reserved for small groups. At this point, we were completely ignored by the staff until we order to go for over $100. My wife tried to talk to them and was COMPLETELY ignored! This use to be our favorite spot as we were willing to drive an hour to get here! I watched multiple smaller parties get seated as well!!
