I was a bit concern since his quote was a lot cheaper than the others and some didn't even want to give me an exact quote until they could asses the condition. I had some red stains that they were going to charge extra and when I asked Llyod, he was 100% honest and said the chemicals cost $20 and even explained the technique in removing red stains! Not only that, he was able to make arrangements and come out to my property the next day and since I was not able to be on site during the cleaning, Llyod took care of me. His workers arrived during the scheduled window, got the job done and even sent me pictures once they were done. Payment over the phone was a breeze and throughout the entire transaction I got email/text updates. Fair pricing, honest, and quick. Will definitely recommend him for your carpet needs.
