When they came to do the work over the course of three days, they were hard working and cleaned up after themselves. One of my favorite things, though, was overhearing someone telling the group these encouraging things like "diamonds are made from pressure!" Just thought that a company that supported their people was a company everyone should support. Our HVAC contractor was also super impressed with them! Would 1000% hire again. When I asked how he arrived at that estimate, the response was simply, "I've been doing this for eighteen years." He stated that our sewer line could not be scoped and that the entire system would need to be overhauled, including excavating the front yard. That recommendation felt extreme given the lack of diagnostic evaluation. I'm very glad I sought a second opinion. The actual issue turned out to be a faulty switch on a grinder pump, and the repair was under $1,000. Additionally, contrary to what was stated, our sewer line had already been scoped when we purchased the home. This experience raised serious concerns for me regarding the accuracy of the assessment and overall integrity of the recommendation. I strongly encourage others to seek additional opinions before committing to major repairs.

We hired World Construction to do a renovation in our bathroom, the scope of which changed MANY times (sorry, Tony). He was patient and flexible and stayed in communication throughout. He also was an endless source of ideas to try to save us money. I had a vision to modernize our bathroom and purchased everything. He totally rolled with all my ideas and made it happen. No, he's not cheap to work with, but he's committed to getting it done right and is willing to explain any task/expense. We learned a ton while we did the project and are grateful for Tony's partnership in getting it done. Definitely thinking about teaming up for future projects already. I've attached before and after photos of our vanity area (the main part of our project). Went from that brown, drab setup to a much more modern, bright look and feel.

Called Sarkinen plumbing to have an emergency plumber sent for a water leak discovered in my…read morebathroom. Was referred to Restoration Service when it was discovered I had already called my insurance company and opened up a claim. Todd was sent out and told me all would be handled and explained he'd take care of billing the insurance company. Need to explain this was a faucet pipe leak between my bathrooms that share a common wall. Total square footage was less than 100 sq feet. I never was quoted nor was there ever a plumber dispatched to stop the water leak. Only plumbing bill was for $597 to temp set a toilet. Total bill for destroying my house was over $18000. Just for mitigation service. Nothing was quoted for walls, vanities flooring that I would be replacing. I won't even go into the joke of a contractor I was referred to outside of Sarkinen. So I was lied to up-front being told they could handle everything when they clearly only were handing the mitigation. Complete paperwork has never been provided. No pictures. My insurance company was sent paperwork for a least 5 different customers and the paperwork they received for my property wasn't even dated correctly. Of course my insurance company refused to pay charges without proper paperwork. Sarkinen has never provided and I'm now getting billed for $4024 and should be happy as initially the bill was over $8000 as my insurance company only paid a little over $10,000 waiting for additional proof. Also need to note that due the house being open to the crawl space...I had a visitor ... I have additional damage caused by a rat.

Asked to see itemized bill they refused my request, and I had to go through my insurance company to get itemized bill. My insurance agreed to pay without my consent, and upon reviewing the itemized bill Sarkinen Restoration made numerous bogus charges upwards of 5 thousand dollars when I attempted to contact them about the bogus charges they refused to speak to myself stating the insurance company already agreed to pay. SCAMMERS!!! Insurance SCAMMER!!! Really too bad as I was going to continue using their plumbing company, but they have muddied their name, company, and I make sure to let everyone I know as well as meet know about our terrible experience with Sarkinen Restoration.
