Thank you BCC Restoration! We had pipes break in February 2023, it is now October 2023. We hired BCCC Restoration company to repair and remodel our home after it was damaged. From the very first, they showed up, they were very professional, they took pride in everything they did, from drying, the house out, tearing out wet sheet rock, replacing the hardwood floors though out the house! Replacing the tile, and trim, packing out the house. We would recommend BCC and the crew, Foreman Mike Harbaugh, Dave Hollomon, Edgar, Mondo tile guy, and everyone who helped pack our personal property out and back into the home. Thank you all so much! read more

Although our project was completed and I am happy with parts of the finished work, the process was one of the most stressful and frustrating experiences I have had as a homeowner. Before choosing BCC, understand that I was required to sign a contract before receiving the full restoration estimate. Once the estimate was completed, backing out could have required paying a percentage of the project cost. It then took months for BCC and my insurance company to agree on the reconstruction scope and pricing. By that point, changing contractors would have meant starting over and leaving my family without a functioning kitchen even longer. I did not feel I could realistically walk away. Communication was inconsistent and unclear. I repeatedly had to request explanations, updates, documentation, and cost breakdowns. I often felt I was piecing together information about my own home and expenses. The countertop issue was a major example. I communicated in writing which countertops I wanted, but the change order used only a generic description. After signing, I learned BCC had priced different materials and made vendor decisions without clearly explaining them. Getting the countertops I originally requested cost approximately $2,000 more and caused delays. BCC did not meaningfully address either issue. Throughout the project, I also struggled to get an itemized breakdown of insurance payments, BCC charges, credits, material changes, and homeowner upgrades. Even at the end, I received broad descriptions and totals rather than the detailed costs I had repeatedly requested. Billing issues are still ongoing. BCC is seeking additional plumbing costs, but when I requested the plumber's supporting invoice, I was told it would not be provided until my insurance approved the charge. I find it unreasonable to be asked for additional payment without receiving the supporting documentation. I also had to identify and request corrections for workmanship issues. By the end, I was documenting defects with photographs and painter's tape because I no longer trusted that problems would be caught without my involvement. What should have been the relief of restoring our home after water damage became months of uncertainty, frustration, additional expense, and stress. My biggest takeaway is the lack of transparency and communication. Information about materials, vendors, change orders, costs, and billing was often unclear or incomplete, and I frequently had to pursue it myself. This ultimately destroyed my trust in the company. I wish I had understood these issues before signing. If you are considering BCC, read the contract carefully, ask about termination costs, require specific products and vendors in every change order, and request detailed documentation of insurance funds, upgrades, credits, labor, materials, and subcontractor charges throughout the project. Although your home may be restored, based on my experience, I would never choose BCC again. read more

We had toilet overflow upstairs in Sept 2025, Bcc came in and took care of everything for us, insurance included, I am not easy to please but Jody did just that, I changed the vanity top and it was a problem but Jody got it fixed, the plumber that came in,Tim, was also pleasant to work with along with the painter and even the drywall guys.I would definitely use them again you can't go wrong. Thank you BCC read more

Absolute insurance scam. After their "sister company," Robertson Restoration, charged us $17,800 for remediation (they were on-site within 2 hours of the initial issue, so there was no mold or damage to walls) BCC wanted to charge $20,000+ for drywall and paint. We could have remodeled the whole kitchen for that price. They were rude on the phone, to the point of claiming that their executives have no extensions or direct lines when I wanted to complain. You can't find their people on LinkedIn or ZoomInfo - they know they are fleecing insurance companies. For the record, you're in one mental state when an emergency occurs. You'll use Google to find that solution, thinking you're in good hands for the finish work. The remediation was indeed done quickly, but the repair is a completely different animal. $20k bid for drywall & paint. No. Do not go with BCC because you think they are the only "finisher" for the project. Not the same company, even though they are probably owned by the same group. We chose a different company for the finish work, and they were able to complete the job before BCC could even get a budget approved by the insurance company. That's all you need to know about how these guys work. read more

Is it a red flag for a business to only have a few reviews, and they are all five stars? YES. Yes it is. We had a terrible time trying to work with these folks. They are dishonest, and will do everything they can to sell you on their work, and will try to get every last penny they can out of you. Beware. They convinced us to work with them even though our insurance company did not recommend them. They told us that if we went with a recommended company they'd be hard to work with and would nickel and dime us, while THEY would be on our team. They claimed they know all the tricks to get insurance to give us what we want. Which, this part is true, they know tricks to get insurance companies to give them money. They then tried to convince us that the change we requested would cost a lot of additional money, to get even more of dollars out of our pocket. These guys totally failed us once they had secured our deposit. We had to fire them, and then haggle with them to get any of our deposit funds back. They never showed us an itemized receipt for anything, and initially tried to get away with not giving us a red cent back. Unprofessional doesn't even begin to describe it. They fired multiple crew members, including the one guy we liked and trusted. We had many instances of people not showing up when we had set appointments and being completely unreachable. They left my home a huge mess and tried to take so much money from us. They gave us inflated estimates to start with, and then kept asking for more money when none of the work had been done. I am shocked they are still in business. Go with ANYONE else. Dishonest. Every negative contractor stereotype fulfilled. They also own Robinson Restoration so don't use them either. read more

Amazing job, quality work, great value. highly recommend. We had a big job and they knocked it out of the park.

My 87 year old disabled mom had a nightmare flood situation in her over 3000 square foot house. Robinson's and BCC restoration were honest, ethical, great communicators, and worked in a timely fashion to complete her home. Nate Sawaguchi, the estimator, Tim Sapp, the project manager, and Mike Harbaugh, the in house project manager, ensured that everything went smoothly because they cared and effectively communicated. Also, want to do a shoutout to Cooper Cleaning and Restoration and Leah Cooper for doing an outstanding job emptying the contents of the house and putting them back. read more

When you see 5 star ratings across the board, you might be wondering how they get such incredible reviews.. well here's how, we had a pipe burst in our kitchen wall, causing extensive water damage in our home, Dawson came out with Robinson restoration to do a proper remediation, then BCC estimator David came out promptly to give us and our insurance a fair repairs estimate & was so respectful of our home, our family, listened to our fears & was just so overall professional. After nearly 2 months of our insurance adjuster not working with the estimate provided, our adjuster asked us to break our services agreement in order to use one of their own, David listened to the reasons & graciously wished us the best. We couldn't have had a better experience BCC's conduct & wish that we were able to use this incredible company for the rest of our remediation. Thank you BCC! Keep taking care of families in this community & all your employees at Robinson Restoration are also the best in the business! read more

We had a major pipe burst while we were away, causing extensive water damage to our house. Robinson / BCC responded immediately (and over the new year holiday weekend). We worked with Tyler Long, who came early the next morning to look at the damage, and explain next steps to us. He arranged for the cleanup and demo crew to come the next day, and they were able to complete the job over 3 days. Troy and Armando showed up every day, on time, and worked diligently to lay out the necessary drying equipment and remove the damage. Troy, Armando, and the Robinson team worked over the weekend new years holiday. They showed us areas of damage, and kept us informed the entire time. We are so grateful... could not recommend this team more! read more

Troy and Dave came in and put our vinyl flooring in and finished up the trim work and painting, etc. They were very professional and always asked me my thought on things before installing like the trim, base boards etc.. They were a pleasure to work with. Would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs this type of work done. This was all after our hot water heater decided to let loose and water went everywhere overnight while we were sleeping. read more
