It involved not only sanding and refinishing, but leveling the kitchen floors and lacing in new wood with the old in multiple places, several patches, installing all new baseboards, and some creative problem-solving to work the quarter round around the floor vents. He also built a new cover for my crawl space entry to match the flooring around it. Throughout the job, Mike was responsive, friendly, patient, respectful, and worked with a high level of integrity and transparency.
