After a small kerfuffle with a canceled appointment due to a tech's vehicle breaking down, the owner of Neat Nix himself came to make sure the job was done the next business day. The whole crew went above and beyond what my wife or I expected as a level of service. We were so pleased with the quality of the work that they had done that we took them up on their offer to clean our air-ducts and furnace system, during a later-scheduled appointment Unfortunately because our furnace Isn't a standard size, the filters that the crew had on hand, the day of the appointment, didn't fit, so the owner purchased a range of sizes, to try to get the best fit for us. The best of the three didn't really fit very well (but MUCH better than the one the previous company had jammed inside our furnace, like a taco...) These are people that you will feel comfortable having in your home. Scheduling was easy and its clear that he cares about his customer's time.
