Greg and Tracy are fantastic! We bought a new to us Jeep and couldn't get the oil smells out of what we thought were black upholstered seats. We asked around and were told GT Carpet Cleaners were the best. I can't believe they came out when it was convenient for us and did an amazing job! Turns out the seats had a colored pattern that we couldn't see until now and they smell so fresh. Thanks Greg and Tracy ps. Thanks for all the added advice and sharing your tips for our carpets. I was in need of cleaning help for a couple of months. GT Cleaning gave me a fair estimate for a cleaning so I went with them. They arrived on time and wore masks which is appreciated during times like this. After they finished they were roughly 50 dollars under their estimated price quote! Was happy with the job they did and look forward to using them again for basic upkeep. Not to mention both housekeepers were friendly and professional. A win-win. read more

So this was my first time looking for new carpet cleaning services. I was very happy at their quick correspondence through yelp as well as an appointment a few days later! They arrived professional and on time. Offered to wear safety gear which during a pandemic is a huge concern. I had various stains, in a home with 4 kids and a dog it happens. We needed the carpets cleaned in a historic house we purchased in Centralia that had been vacant for a number of years. I called around, GT's pricing was very competitive. Greg showed up on time and was very courteous and professional. He did his best to get old stains out and was good about telling me what he could and couldn't fix. They were very accommodating when setting a date and time, did a very good job and I would use them again and refer them to all of my friends and family. Great quality & service! After GT cleaned our carpet, all stains were removed and the carpet looks and feels new & smells clean and fresh. The final price was actually lower than the initial quote. So that was an unexpected bonus. We did move the furniture where carpet was to be cleaned and I vacuumed really well before the cleaning. Which, I would have done no matter what, because I wanted the best possible results. We have already recommended GT carpet cleaning to our neighbor and will continue to use and recommend GT carpet cleaning. read more

We have used this company twice to clean our carpets and they have done a fantastic job! We have an expensive area rug that I was a little worried about having it steam cleaned - it turned out perfectly, both times. First THANK YOU! You guys did an amazing job! I highly recommend GT Carpet Cleaning. I got a quick response with a quote. I was able to set my date and time fast and easy. They were able to accommodate that I wanted to get my carpets cleaned in a short notice. They were on time (actually a bit early) and so nice. They didn't push unneeded services which was really nice. I showed them around and my major problem areas. They got out the gum suck in my carpet for the past year and half that I couldn't. They even offered to come back and get out anything that may show up when the carpets dry. Pricing is very reasonable. They also have the ability to pay with my debit card. I will be calling them again in 6 months to get another cleaning! read more

I had just moved into a two-story apartment that supposedly had the carpets cleaned by a professional a few days before I moved in. There was an atrocious smell of dog on the carpets especially in the master bedroom where they kept the dog a majority of the time. I told the Landlords that the smell was unbearable and so they agreed to let me select a professional to come in and Re-clean the carpets. After reading reviews I decided to go with GT carpet cleaning. I was extremely happy with their services as they were able to get out the pet stains and removed the nasty smell. GT did a fantastic job on my carpets, rug and couch, which I needed cleaned right away because my dog was diagnosed with ringworm. Greg used a disinfectant spray in all the rooms in addition to the cleaning. The large wool area rug underneath my baby grand piano has never looked so bright and clean. Do not make appointment with this company. You set appointment and for 9:00 am and they call you at 4:15pm and want to just give you a bid. We relied on them to clean the carpets to get ready for photography and put on the market for the weekend. This was so unprofessional and interfering with other professional appointments. read more
