Mixed review: i dont usually give those. The crew was late to the job. They did call which was nice but because of running late they were cleaning well into dinner which didnt go over well with my son. Despite running late, they did seem to take their time. They were there for about four hours. I had a hard job, and I will admit that up front. Several stains did not come clean, which was disappointing, but understandable. I waited a week before making this review because I honestly didn't know how to rate them. My feelings are just, mixed. Most of the "dirt" came out. The staff was friendly. The price was competitive to every other place i called. The machines were loud but thats to be expected. They cleaned both of my couches that were very dirty and they turned out beautiful. The biggest problem I had was after they left the smell of the carpets as they dried was very distasteful. The first day it made me gag. I've cleaned my carpets before and never experienced that smell so I'm not sure if it's a cleaner they use or what. My house smelled like wet dog, days after the carpet was dry. Ive used two boxes of carpet shaker deoderants and sprays trying to air out the smell. I'm not sure if this is their fault or because my carpets were "that" dirty? Like i said though, I've never had that issue after cleaning them before. All in all, I think they did an okay job and were all very nice people but I won't be using them again which is why I gave them the rating i did. read more

This service worked wonders on my carpets. Two other companies, both highly rated, couldn't remove several stubborn pet stains of some duration. I was prepared to replace carpets in great room and entry. Grossbusters got them all up! And the odors were eliminated, too. Worker also cleaned several wool rugs, and they look new. These guys are great. We had some issues with movers not being able to get all of our things out of our house and creating scheduling conflicts with our carpet cleaning appointment. They totally worked with us to ensure we got an appointment time that worked around the movers. The carpets in the house we rented were really pretty bad. The previous occupants had some large dogs that significantly stained the light colored carpets. They managed to get up a lot of the stains I would not otherwise believed would come up. Their employee Robert arrived on time was courteous and very professional Kama clean my carpets lickety split And moved on about his day. The kicker is that the last time I had these removable carpets cleaned for my boat it was $345. They missed a number of spots they said they could not get out. I am very pleased with the carpet cleaning I had done by Grossbusters. They arrived within a few minutes of the scheduled time and got right to work. I did not think that the truck was overly noisy. They were very thorough. The technician Robert was knowledgeable and friendly. He took care to wear protective covers on his shoes whenever he came inside. We have used two other cleaning services in the past. Both took longer and were not as thorough. There was a strong cleaner smell while the cleaning was taking place. I opened some windows and doors. The smell dissipated quickly after the cleaning was finished. Overall the cleaning was superior to my previous experiences. They even gave us a free bottle of spot remover. I can really appreciate the fact that a pre-inspection and quote were timely and representative of the final cost, and that they were able to start work right away (or reschedule had I so desired).
