this has got to be one of my favorite places after trying it recently! all the foods are so fresh and healthy so you don't feel guilty after eating an entire bowl. I got a half rice/half sweet potato base with brisket as the protein and added veggies, street corn, blueberry guacamole! didn't know how I'd feel about the blueberry guac but it was very subtle and absolutely delicious. Rebol really exceeded my expectations. I had heard great things about it, but I don't like Chipotle and thought it would be just another boring rice bowl lunch. We were a little confused about how to order when we got there, but just ignored the self-serve screens and went through the order line. I got the signature brisket bol and it was so delicious. The meat was perfectly cooked (really tender) and I loved the spicy toppings with the creamy goat cheese. It easily would have made two meals, but not that day. I could not stop eating it. They have "natural" sodas which taste like regular sodas but with less sugar. I also appreciate how many gluten free options they had, including desserts (GF brownie and cookie). Rebol is a trendy and slightly overpriced fast casual restaurant in the new downtown Dublin area. I was really excited to try this place after hearing a lot of hype! I considered getting one of the pre-set bowls, but decided to build my own at the last second to mix it up. Ordering was a little stressful/confusing just due to how many options and restrictions there are, and I have to say that the employees didn't help much. I mentioned to them that it was my first time but the employee scooping my bowl kind of just stared at me rather than helping, so as I walked down the line I had to keep asking her how many toppings I was allowed to choose in each section, etc. I wish they had been a little more proactive and inviting, but I ended up with a pretty good looking bowl nonetheless! The food was just okay. There were definitely some great parts about the bowl - most notably the blueberry guacamole. It was fantastic and I recommend getting it despite the upcharge. As a whole though, I was left a bit disappointed. The brisket was lukewarm and not as flavorful or moist as I had hoped, and the rice was dry. Considering the price, I'm sad to say that I just don't feel like it's worth it, despite the cool atmosphere and concept. I definitely want to come back to try the açaí bowls, because they looked amazing! Overall though I'm not sold on the lunch/dinner experience. It's a cool idea but in practice it's a bit clunky because there are topping choices from a bunch of different food ethnicities that don't go together super well. If you make a bowl that meshes well it tastes great though, and their fries are awesome! We went on a Wednesday night and it wasn't busy but the food took ~20 min to come out. The store itself has some healthy living vibes that are a little weird to have in a restaurant. Overall a good time though! read more

In a busy area that is kind of stressful to find parking. It reminds me of Chipotle but way more expensive and not as good. The food was lukewarm, the flavor meh. Did I mention is was expensive? I paid $15 for a drink and an entree. The seating is weird and uncomfortable. They are trying to go with trendy decor, but I would prefer functional seating instead. There are some "high school" platform benches to eat, and the outdoor dining tables are low like a coffee table. Overall I will not be visiting again anytime soon. read more

What a fantastic new lunch place. Everything was so fresh and delicious. Prices were a little high but you are paying for better quality ingredients. The entire set up reminded me of a nicer higher end Chipotle. And that bone broth wow delicious and served in a to go cup is perfect for a quick little something to keep you going. I just wish there was a location on the East side of Columbus. I would say this was more of a lunch or quick grab Restaurant and so the drive to the west side is a bit much for me. Overall it was a great little place, food was great and that plant wall was fantastic! But reason for the 4 and not 5 stars would be the staff. The place wasn't busy but yet we were rush through and there were absolutely no smiles from the working staff. For the price I was paying for my meal I kinda expect a little friendliness. I love this joint! It's fast, healthy and always delicious. I usually opt for a BYO Bowl so I can get exactly what I want. The grilled veggies are always a must and the Rebol Hot Saice is *chef's kiss*. The space is much smaller than I was expecting. Two kiosks to order, or there's an order counter to walk up to. I'm a huge glass garage doors fan, and I love, love, love Rebol's giant ones that open to their shaded patio. I made my own Bol concoction. The base was the Zero Carb Miracle Noodles (they are tasteless and take the flavor of the neighboring accoutrements in the bol) topped with grilled chicken. Perhaps it was the chicken?, but something had some serious spice to it. That was the overarching theme of the bowl, which was a bummer. I'm well aware of clean eating and all that jazz, and I also know that herbs and flavorful spices are instrumental in making anything pop with flavor. I topped my chicken and noodles with the grilled veggies and strawberry pico. Picked their Pistachio Chimichurri for sauce. I wasn't blown away. A solid filling meal, but I wasn't left wanting more... The restrooms are European-like. One men's and one women's room each; the two sinks are separate from/outside the stalls. The stalls are spacious and the area was clean. There's plenty of free parking all around, so that's not an issue (yet!). read more

The service has always been excellent, and the place is always clean, with an inviting atmosphere. Bye chipotle, I'm a Rebol fan now! So many different choices that you can't find elsewhere. I went with cauliflower rice and falafel. YUM. Both had so much flavor and after a pretty unhealthy night, my body appreciates the filling and flavorful healthy food. I had about half of my bowl before I had to call it quits and get a to-go bowl. But for $10 getting two meals out of it is worth it! My only bummer is the bases I wanted were $1 extra (cauliflower rice and sweet potato hash). They offered to add an additional base to my bowl but I wasn't sure if that would mean $2 extra and so I skipped it. This definitely isn't a cheap place but I thought the food was good and I'm excited to come back. This place is freaking amazing. I was blown away by the food here. It definitely caught me off guard. I was thinking I was going to be in for a semi bland meal. One where my taste buds have encountered the healthy restaurant genre and come to be content with. This is not that place!!! I created my own bowl at the counter. The server walked me through the process and each ingredient. I got rice, some veggies, the chicken and steak. Let me tell you that when I bit into it. I wasn't expecting the burst of flavor that my mouth encountered. I thought that I was in a five star Mexican restaurant of something. It kept getting better with each and every bite. The meat was tender full of flavor. The vegetables were crisp and seasoned well. The beverage choices are quite satisfactory as well. The service is phenomenal. As I stated previously the guy that was behind the counter walked me through the whole process and was very patient. The place is very clean. The establiahment is sterile but yet pleasing to the eye. I visited Rebol for lunch today, and even though it was their first day open for business, the service was fast and friendly! I ordered the steak bowl and thoroughly enjoyed it- the hot sauce has a great flavor and I also really liked the chimichurri a lot. The space is really bright and open, so next time I will opt to eat there instead of take out. The best part is that I felt healthy and energized after eating here instead of sluggish like a lot of lunch places can make you feel. Columbus really loves the fast casual concept! Rebol, is non GMO and one of the healthiest restaurant options around. I've been here twice and really love this place. I got one of the rebol bowls. Lots of great healthy varieties. I got Kale salad, purple cabbage, sweet potato, vegetable mix, shrimp, pistachios blueberry guacamole, coconut chips and aoili. It was delicious but it could have been more flavorful. I also got vegetable bone broth which was very flavorful. I literally felt more energized after drinking it. It would be nice to have more indoor seating. If you are going there during the week for lunch I suggest getting there a little before noon so you don't hit the lunch hour lines. We were greeted my an incredibly kind, cheerful and helpful server, we think her name was Gabby! We had a bigger party with us and it was all our first time and she got everyone taken care of (even with our youngest being a little difficult). The food was absolutely amazing. Loved my experience at Rebol. It's tough at times balancing being a food blogger and also trying to care for my own wellness and nutrition. Admittedly I'm still learning and that's why I really enjoyed Rebol. It took the guess work out of eating well, and eating for wellness. I love the atmosphere, super inviting and full of options. I used the kiosk to order, which game me time to look at pictures and SEE my options, not just ask someone about them. I decided on a bol with Kale, shrimp, corn elote, and crispy garlic. That crispy garlic...WHOA, that's going on anything I get from now on. And I love that it came with two wonton crisps fried in coconut oil. I ordered another side of them because they were that good. The wontons and crispy garlic served as little flavored bombed croutons on my bowl and brought everything together. I also tried the PB and Honey Shake. Which really made me like this place. Yeah it was good, but that's not it. As I walked up to claim my food I was treated by staff, but before I could grab my food a manger swooped in and confiscated my shake! Don't worry, he was just making sure that it was appropriately filled up because it wasn't and he wouldn't let me take it until it was. I really appreciated that. I could have easily taken it and been quietly questioning why I paid money for a 3/4 shake. But he stepped in before I could even notice or say something. That's some great service right there. They also have sweet treats and I went for the chocolate chip cookie, only ate half at the tome and it was fresh baked, soft, and a perfectly delicious close to my lunch. So today we finally got to try this new place after 2 times and it was closed.. Not surprised that the food is really good, as healthy options. I tried the Sweet Heat sandwich and the breakfast bowl. I went to Rebol for friends and family night and it blew me away. I got the chimi chicken bol with a ginger lemonade and it was so fresh and flavorful. I work out often and try to eat super healthy, but still enjoy delicious food so this is definitely my kind of place. The staff was kind and courteous, and I received my food in no time! Rebol is concept similar to Chipotle or Piada with a Mediterranean twist. But more upscale and expensive. There are options for vegetarians and they boast many toxin free items and even have options where you can add CBD which is very popular these days. I did not opt to try but it definitely sounded like an interesting addition to a coffee that you don't see very often. The ambiance is great. Lots of bright colors, comfortable seating and even a fireplace which was nice on a cold day like today. I would say that they differ from some of the other fresh fast food places on the market in the fact that I felt encouraged to stay awhile. They have board games, ranging from cards against humanity to clue. There are also several large flat screen TVs which were also nice since the OSU game was playing. However despite this fact we still would rather be somewhere else watching it and I can't really see myself having a game night there either. The food is pretty good. I enjoyed my shrimp, kale, and rice bowl, with purple cabbage and the coconut rice chip was delicious. My husband got a bowl with mostly kale salad, rice and falafel and enjoyed it but wasn't overly impressed. I loved my green smoothie. I wish I had remembered to take pictures. I found the food to be a little acidic but fresh for the most part. We had a bunch of questions since it was our first time and the line cook was a mumbler so it also could have been our combinations. The food here is phenomenal. Its like a giant flavor punch. I got one of the bowls, broth, and an iced coffee (it was about $17 - pricy. But it was worth the splurge). Its next to a free garage, so thats nice. And its a very cozy, inviting, storefront that I felt really at home pulling my laptop out and working. I had been following rebol Cleveland on social media for about a year and then I heard they were coming to Cbus and I was beyond thrilled. They offer a stance on healthy meals that are typically non gmo organic farmers and healthy fat options. They steer towards Keto and paleo options but have vegan and also obviously vegetarian. I loved the food when I went I will say they were out quite of bit of the things I wanted due to being busy but it was lunch through week and I was a little surprised/disappointed because of this. The veggies-the veggies ugh so fresh and delicious. I got chicken with veggies that I can't remember. But I can remember how tasty they are. The charred cabbage was smoky and cooked perfectly. It's finally here! Rebol lived up to my high expectations during my first visit. Rebol is Non GMO restaurant I'm Bridge Park where you can park for free. The staff was welcoming and checked right away if I had any food allergies before starting my bowl. You can select your base, protein and sides along with extra spices or sauces. They have smoothies and coffee all health focused. I am a type 1 diabetic who has to eat low sugar or low carb and I had their paleo smoothie which was everything they promised i didn't need extra insulin keeping steady blood sugar. Off the charts 5 stars isn't enough! It's in a perfect location and parking is close by. So happy that they have such a big variety of Keto friendly options! It's right up our alley. It was our first time checking this place. Great place to have a lazy brunch. The environment is awesome. Food is very healthy. I love the pita. It's not the traditional one. It's very soft, kinda like pancake, but it's special. We also ordered the Green Dream. I could feel the different taste, banana first, then avocado, cucumber, and ginger. It's a little hard to sip but I know that's real stuff. The coffee was great too (I checked-in on Yelp and got it free). I would suggest drink the coffee blank because it tastes really good. I've been seeing a lot about Rebol on Instagram and wanted to check it out while I was in the area for an appointment. Rebol is located within Bridge Park in Dublin, there isn't a dedicated parking lot but street parking or a garage. The aesthetic of the restaurant is clean and trendy. There are two self serve kiosks to order when you walk in or you can order at the counter. I went around lunch time and there were a few people waiting but not overly crowded. I decided to order the chimi chicken bowl for $10.75. There is also an option to build your own bowl but since it was my first time I decided to go with a signature bowl. The bowl was good, the ingredients were fresh and I enjoyed the chimichurri and black born corn elotes. Overall, for the price point I thought it was a little high but pretty on par with other fast casual places with sustainable ingredients like Brassica or Corelife. My order was ready in less than 5 minutes for carry out. I'd rate the food 4 stars but the service wasn't overly friendly which is the reason for 3 stars. I'll definitely go back when I'm in the area, I want to try out the sweet potato hash and yum yum sauce! read more
