My husband and I have been coming here since they've opened. We traveled out of the our bubble and it is always worth coming. When we go out we look forward to having a delicious meal, great wine/drinks, and of course the ambiance. Rebellion Wine Bar does not disappoint! The chef, Joe, is amazing! The details in the flavors and pairings are just incredible. We were lucky to make it to their Italian Tasting Dinner. Once month they have these special events. Oh My!! Each dish was perfectly paired with wine. The flavors of each dish will blow you away! Michelle was our wine connoisseur and she certainly knows her wine. We tried wines that we never would have chosen. The experience left us open to explore these new wines. We had so much fun we decided to join their wine club and make sure we get there at least once a month for our date night!

Amazing date night vibes. This is the place to go for a quiet easy bite and sip for a first date or first of many dates. I love the staff here they are amazingly sharp. Highly recommend.

I hope this place is around for a long time. Fantastic wine, food and service! High quality wines and food to match. Variety of cheese and cured meats as well as ramen on Mondays! I haven't made it to a burger night but I can only imagine how delicious it is. Hands down one of the best places in Brevard.

My boyfriend and I stumbled upon Rebellion Wine Bar when we were in Cocoa last week and loved it! We tried the Peach Tartine, Crudités(Fava Bean Hummus w/ veggies), Fig & Brie Melt, a chef selected cheese plate with a few meats added, and then finished off with one of each dessert. Everything was great from service to food to atmosphere. We'll definitely be back the next time we're in town.

Another remarkable experience at Rebellion Wine Bar. The talented Chef showcased his culinary skills with delicious food that not only tasted amazing but also had a wonderful presentation. The exclusive wine selection added an extra layer of sophistication to the meal. Michelle, as always, is such a great host and always ready to recommend wines. I know that many people are not so familiar with wines but Michelle will make sure you get what you like. I highly recommend this spot for any occasion. One of a kind restaurants in our area!

Two glasses of wine, cheese, meat... wonderful variety! Excellent pairing.

I was very impressed with the wine selection. We also did the chef selection of cheese and meats. It was a wonderful pairing. Thank you Michelle!

Um, just say "yes." Fantastic, fresh, food that is served with friendly and helpful suggestions. The intimate atmosphere is perfect for a date night or an evening with friends. Love the selection of wines and other beverages. This place is a must try.

OMG! What a great experience. Chad took care of us on date night and he did not disappoint. My wife and I had a bottle of wine that Chad suggested and started with 3 items from their small bite category. The Beef Carpaccio and Roasted Beets were perfect. I am not a beets guy but they were great. We also had the Truffled Potato chips that added a nice crunch to our meal. We followed up by sharing a Rebellion Caprese that was made with fresh tomatoes and killer pesto. We ended the night with a scoop of ice cream. Please try this place if you are in the area. It is amazing!

Amazing hidden gem! From the outside, i'd think i was walking into a biker bar that maybe had some wine... this place was so cute and quaint and had the most kind staff; the owner was very present in speaking with everyone and chatting with us as well. She suggested a drink based off our preferences. Be warned, its very small with a only 4-5 tables and a small bar, but worth it! Will definitely return when in town!

Perfect place for a date night! Nicole is so sweet and very knowledgeable. Such a good vibe, definitely will be back!

What an absolute gem! We were staying with some friends in Cocoa, FL and were able to get away from the kids for an evening for a couple drinks and we picked this place to stop in first. Our idea was to bar hop after one drink but we liked this place so much we ended up staying for three. We even ordered some food which was as delicious as the wine. This place has a cool modern day of the dead décor vibe but it's also very cozy. If I lived nearby, I'd be a regular! The four of us sat at the bar and had the most amazing service! I love wine, but I don't typically drink natural wines which is what this place specializes in. The bartender was extremely knowledgeable on the subject and the origin story of the wine bar and it's name when we asked about where the theme came from. Bartenders at wine bars can be a bit snooty sometimes when it comes to wine terminology and I give this guy great praise for treating us like we knew most of his fancy terms and also not belittling us when we asked him to dumb down the lingo a little bit. He was a really down to earth stand up guy and I loved that I was able to learn some things and enjoy delicious wine! This place is a must if you're visiting the area!

We had an absolutely amazing experience at the Rebellion Wine Bar in Cocoa Village. The service was fantastic as well as the food offerings. Monday is service industry night and Wednesday is burger night featuring Crydermans Meat Market burgers and they have a Sunday brunch. They have events such as a wine walk and wine pairing dinners. We are already planning our next visit. It's such a great intimate date night spot or girls night. A complete surprise! This is a very unassuming spot from the outside and WOW the inside was very different. The ramen pop up menu was delicious. Good selection of wine at a variety of prices.

**INITIAL REVIEW**…read more Apparently, the Yelp Skynet a.k.a. the AI that green or red flags reviews, doesn't like the actual name of this pub despite the fact it is the pub's name. Ergo, I will use the abbreviation VI for the remainder of this review. Besides that, you really can't go wrong going to any of the pubs in Historic Cocoa Village. VI is one of the pubs on the eastern side of the Village, in between the famous Fat Donkey's Ice Cream and the furthest east pub in the village, Ryan's. Appearance-wise, the outside fits primarily with the building, but there are some minute details that give it its own personality, primarily around its name. There is also a section of the road and sidewalk that have been garrisoned for VI as outdoor seating and games such as bean bag toss. Indoors, it is definitely your kinda pub that many of the patrons are friends. The right side (East) have long tables with many pub and drinking games such as Hook & Ring and Shut The Box. There is a bookshelf filled to the brim with board games in case patrons prefer traditional or childhood classics. The left side (West) is the "Patio," a room that is decorated by numerous plants, neon lighting, widker and a black-and-white checkerboard floor. Finally, the middle of the pub is the actual bar, in the form of an L-shape serving a nice arrangement of beers from many breweries, cideries, distilleries, and meaderies across the United States. I had the Kentucky Vanilla Barrel Cream Ale by Lexington Brewing and Distilling Co. Other beer selections I would recommend include the Pineapple Cider by the famous Carib Brewing Co. and the Mango Cart by Golden Road Brewing. Personal note on the latter: Mango Carts, well for me, only taste good when straight from the tap. Cans are not good. And the food, it is minimal, but boy does VI know how to tug at my heartstrings as everything they have features, or could feature, cheese. They have pretzels with cheese, pickles with cheese, and my personal favorite, grilled cheese sandwiches. And for the more sophisticated patron, they have numerous choices in charcuterie boards, too. I will also state the drink prices are a bit on the high side compared to some other places I been to. And there are two restrooms that are single-serving and gender-specific. I don't believe the latter has to be gender-specific because they are single-serving. The barn doors are an interesting choice because they are not very good at blocking sound. I guess that is why VI blasts the music so nobody can hear the flatulence. Speaking of music, VI does have a small corner stage for small acts, possibly singular, to perform. Unless there is a pull-out large stage for outdoor performances, I don't see big bands, per se in higher number of members, performing here unless they can all jam in that tight-spaced stage. Ultimately, I am going to give VI three-out-of-five stars for this review. They are a solid pub that has all the fixin's of a good bar to go to. Maybe it is safe to say they really don't stand out too much, especially amongst the more unique bars in Historic Cocoa Village. But still, a good place to have a drink with friends with that "Everybody knows your name" kinda vibe.

When I raised concerns, it took another 20 minutes to receive the correct dish, by then, my family had already finished their meals.
