Visiting vine and olive is a requirement for when I'm visiting my parents in titusville. If you're looking for an upscale spot without the upscale prices then you've found the perfect spot! I am absolutely obsessed with this place. Between the quality of food to the decor to the fabulous costumer experience, vine and olive has been cemented as a highlight of my trips to titusville. This weekend trip that I've taken to titusville has been no exception to my rule for visiting vine and olive (in fact I've actually came twice!) Riley and Lorie are amazing! They're both incredibly knowledgeable about the menu and equally as sociable. I came in and ordered a mushroom pasta with prosciutto as per Riley's recommendation and I have to admit that it was the perfect recommendation. The pasta reminded me of a dish that I had in italy! I will be 10000% ordering that from now on. I visited for brunch and every single thing was fantastic; you really can't go wrong with whatever you order. Last night we dined at Vine & Olive restaurant for the first time(it won't be our last). It was a great experience, I found the restaurant to be intimate although seating by the bar was a lot loud but the vibe was fun. We made reservations just in case. Let's get to the nitty gritty, service was great. The menu is small but to be expected from a scratch kitchen type of restaurant, it means everything was made in house from scratch and it showed. We started with drinks, we chose flavored lime-ades and a Brew from a local brewery. Appetizers were fried calamari topped with delicious pickled onions and in-house fresh focaccia bread with olive oil, balsamic paste. For entrees I chose the Quincey cattle filet, cooked medium with herb ricotta mash potatoes and my husband ordered the wood grilled salmon. When my plate was delivered, i was asked to check if my steak was cooked to my liking, this was a first time, I thought it was nice to check. Dinner is going nicely. Let's move to the desserts. Omg! I ordered the Tiramisu which was creamy, delicious and big portion, definitely got my money's worth. My husband ordered the biscotti cheesecake, he loved it. Our server Sara was wonderful, the restaurant was clean and beautiful. The decor was modern and rustic. The calamari was great, however it needed marinara sauce and more onions. A huge portion, so come hungry. The chicken parm was basic, but the pasta that accompanied it stole the show. The bolognese was also great and would definitely come back for the burger. The focaccia bread is life-changing. I've been here twice and looking forward to more visits. The first visit we sat on the patio which offered ample shade. As a self proclaimed wine snob, I was honestly not impressed as there was too much domestic (CA) wine for my preference. The meatballs were also just okay. BUT to my delight, on my second visit I discovered the wine list changes up and there were a plethora of international options including a South African GSM blend. Must haves so far - the crispy gnocchi appetizer and anything that comes with the focaccia. The spinach artichoke dip was very little portion with tons of bread leftover (not complaining about that part). Short rib bolognese was bursting with flavor. Cabernet burger was perfection. Definitely make a reservation! This place is popular. The service was excellent and nice view across the road to the River. The Brussel sprouts are a must! Crunch with salt and spice and sweet. It's a perfect combo! It was our favorite. The layered lasagna is just that lots and lots of layers and not a lot of meat so if you love pasta go for it! The fish tasted like burnt so it would could have been better. They were pretty busy so we didn't want to complain about it. The artichokes were good with the dipping sauce . We also had a salad that was good. The inside is very trendy with low lights once the sun goes down and clean vibe. Large drink selection. We came by on a Monday night at 7pm, which in Titusville, is asking for a long wait. We sat at the bar until our table was ready, and Shauna, the bartender, was so awesome! We got lucky and she also ended up being our server. She was on top of drinks, helped make recommendations, and also helped us troubleshoot when the kitchen ran out of the lasagna after we'd already ordered. The food was pretty good! The foccacia bread can be skipped, the bolognese CANNOT!! The highlight of our meal for sure. The spicy rigatoni is definitely spicy, but it was sooo good especially with the chicken added. This was our first visit here. Upon entry, two persons at the front were chit chatting, it took a second for them to realize we were there. We got seating pretty quickly. We sat for a few minutes before the waitress got our drinks. They took a while to come out, but they were good. The food also took a while to come out. I got the lemon cream chicken. My husband got the bucatini and meatballs. Both dishes were fairly small, with a hefty price tag. My chicken was dry and neither the chicken nor pasta was creamy. The food was very good. Service was good. The AC was not working very well. They sat us right next to a window, single pain and it was so hot. We were sweating. Two flies kept landing on our table. My seat had food in it when they sat us. I had to clean it. They were so busy they had to wash dishes because they did not have enough. Wine glass had something black on it I had to clean. The knives they brought did not look very sanitized. The orange juice for our mimosa was very watered down, like old school frozen juice. I don't know. Let me start by saying I saw the reviews on line and was excited to eat here . Very disappointed!!! I am Italian so I decided to order the 100 layer lasagna. Was definitely not good . Missing ricotta had none. no meat either. I like it both ways with or without meat so that didn't really matter but it didn't have either . Had a little burnt parmesan cheese on top . The sauce was ok a little bitter . Maybe would give it a 3 out of ten . My wife had rock shrimp ravioli. Another disappointing meal . Super salty and a small amount of rock shrimp. The brussel sprouts were ok a little dry . My house salad was the best thing I ate there . The worst part was we sat at the bar and it took 1hr and 20 min. To get out dinner . I had to ask the waiter/bartender where our food was . He gave us a free bread appetizer for the wait . For an expensive meal I expected much more . Do t waste your money ! Walked in on a weeknight for dinner. Seated and greeted right away. Took our waiter almost 11 minutes to come over and say hello and even get our drinks. We were dying of thirst. No one else even came over to us to see if we needed anything. First time here, not impressed. Service and all could've been better. We ordered a couple of entrees and some bread. The bread wasn't warm as it was stated on the menu. It was rather a little hard. Didn't enjoy it. Both of our dishes were good. The scallops in both our dishes were cooked perfectly. So hats off to the chef/cook for that. We were told they make their bread and pasta in house. Hubby's pasta definitely tasted fresh. He enjoyed that very much. The scallop risotto was meh. This restaurant is probably one of my favorite spots in Titusville! There's plenty of parking, which is always a plus. It has indoor as well as outdoor seating and the decor is beautiful - modern, cozy, and perfect for both date nights and big groups. The wine list is great, but I have to mention the non-alcoholic espresso martini - absolutely love it! The food is always delicious, with a nice variety of vegetarian options, and they are super accommodating with substitutions. So disappointing, we were really looking forward to visiting this place while in the area. The wait staff was running around, clearly trying to do too much, and the kitchen was painfully slow. It took 45 minutes to get an order of flatbread and shrimp appetizer. We did get our fried artichoke hearts fairly quickly, and they were okay, though nothing I would order again. The shrimp appetizer was overly oily and had way too much red pepper in it to the point it bothered my throat and later my stomach. I typically can handle pretty spicey food too. My partner and I recently held our rehearsal dinner at the private room in Vine & Olive and were absolutely blown away. The food, the drinks, the attentiveness, the vibe--everything surpassed our expectations. Our event manager was amazing and helped us pick our menu, preordered apps that were ready upon our arrival, and printed personal menus that elevated the experience. Our server handled 20 guests and their requests so easily. No one waited more than a few minutes for a refill on their drink or to be asked if they need anything else. The chef's food tasted amazing and came out promptly. Plus, there was always warm food on the table for munching. We've never dined here before, but us, and many of our guests have already agreed that we will be coming back! read more

We were greeted by a middle aged server w brown hair and blue eyes, she was passive aggressive and had a nasty tone asking what we wanted after we didn't answer in five seconds ( I was trying to be polite and tell my boyfriends mother to go first) and I thought it ironic of her after we waited so long on our reservation. The food was good and we still tipped her well. She also brought my boyfriend the wrong beer and forgot all our knifes... wish we had another server. Wow!!!! We've lived in Titusville 2 years and always drive by but never stop. I can't believe we waited. Everything was AMAZING! We didn't make a reservation, were quoted 45 minutes to an hour. Only waited about 25 minutes. Amazing service and food start to finish. Shawna is an awesome bartender/server. Brussels sprouts have such a wonderful flavor, the coastal scampi and rock shrimp ravioli do not disappoint and ended with the crème brûlée cheesecake. Not one thing tasted bad. I have driven by this new restaurant a few times but tonight was the perfect night to give it a try. Upon arrival we were greeted and seated promptly. It's a very nice open concept space and we sat at a window which gave us a nice view of the space center. Our server filled or glasses with water and after looking the menu over I ordered a glass of wine, a side ceasar, and 100 layer lasagna. It took an ungodly amount of time to get a glass of wine, by my count about 15-20 minutes. Seconds later our Ceasars arrived. The salad looked and tasted very good. Before I was done with my salad my lasagna arrived which left me to finish my salad as my lasagna began to chill. The lasagna presentation was pretty sloppy but Nikis mushroom ravioli lwas pkated very well. Her ravioli came in what was described on the menu as browned sage butter. It was clearly not browned properly and very oily. She reports that the ravioli itself was pretty good, minus the sauce. The lasagna was plentiful but a bit heavy on the noodles and light on the sauce. Luckily it was still warm but I can't be the only one who doesn't enjoy when their entree comes before I have finished the salad. The wines selection here was decent and I enjoyed my glass of red from Sicily. Niki reports that the Sav Blanc was enjoyable as well. Dessert was a tirmisu cake which is not made on premises but whatever company they are getting it from does a good job. It had a touch more moisture than I like but it was pretty darn good. A welcome addition to the restaurant scene in Titusville. The area has few options on the finer side but hopefully with some more time they can work out the kinks. At this price point, there are better options in the county for Italian. read more

We had given up on eating here as we had some disappointing dinners. Gave it a year break and decided to give another try for there Wine Wednesday's. So glad we went back. I am so bummed about this experience. We have read and heard such great things about vine and olive, so we headed there for brunch today on a Saturday at noon. We had a call ahead reservation and were seated promptly but that was the last thing to go right. We waited 15min for a server, who then arrived rushed and blaming a "35 top outside". He was short with us and told us to "order now or plan to wait indefinitely". We ordered an appetizer, a kids meal, and 4 adult entrees. We also got 2 beverages- a beer and glass of wine- which took about 10min to arrive. The appetizer and kids meal arrived shortly after, but we didn't want the kids food early since she then gets restless so that was annoying. It took another 15min or so for 2/4 entrees to arrive. The server was harried in dropping them off and told us that 1 would "be a few more minutes", which is fine. The 3/4 entree arrived and was completely incorrect- steak cooked wrong and eggs cooked sunny side up versus scrambled... so we asked the server to fix the mistake and *he gave us an attitude and told us he didn't believe we had ordered it that way*. Excuse me.??!? He took the plate back so now we're back to 2/4 adult entrees and an ansy kid who's done eating. The "few more minutes" turns into 15min and the food finally arrives. It was correct but clearly had been forgotten about. I am just so disappointed and cannot confidently give a recommendation to anyone to come here. Let me start by saying the service was good and everyone was helpful and welcoming. we are from out of town and probably shouldn't compare this restaurant to authentic Italian restaurants where we live. To me, a warmer color (Tuscan) inside would be more appealing, and a little less lighting. A good Italian restaurant always serves warm Italian bread prior to the meal as part of the dining experience, they do not. The music hardly puts you in mind that you are dining at an Italian restaurant as well. I asked for more dressing on my salad and was charged for that (not cool). What a great find in Titusville! Incredible food and wine, wonderful service, and nine out of 10 ambience. The atmosphere is the only thing I would say could use a slight improvement... the lighting felt a little fluorescent and the music was too low to hear.
