We have been coming here for about just over 3 years. Dr Realon and her entire team are all amazing. They take different insurances but if you have to pay out of pocket, their rates are resonable. The office is very clean, and she has plenty of chairs for when she is working on you, so when you are in for your appointment you do not feel crowded. My husband recently had an infection, and they were able to squeeze us in for a same day appointment. I want to thank you everyone who works here for being professional, friendly and caring. I was new to the Lathrop area -- had terrible toothache one morning, started looking around for a dentist -- saw Dr. Realon's Office while driving - went inside and told them about my tooth. They gave me an appointment the same day. Wonderful people and although I had to have my tooth pulled, it was not a bad experience at all. Not like previous dental issues I have had. Dr. Realon is gentle, and tells you exactly what she is doing. My husband just started going to see her as well. If your a chicken like me - afraid of dentists .go see her. I have been coming here for the last few years. I used to go to Stockton but I decided to switch since she is closer and she is open on Saturdays. Dr. Realon is good, she makes you feel comfortable and very easy to talk to when you have questions regarding your procedures. She is professional and experienced. I will recommend her to anyone. A call was given to me last week via voice mail that they would not able to except my insurance....... hmmmm thats strange i made a appointment back in JUNE no thats not a typo or error my appointment was made for mid Oct so i figure maybe there incorrect or made a error, well turns out today i call my ins. provider they tell me im out of network REALY???????They should have a system that if any client of theres is making a appointment more than 30 days out they should verify your insurance and send you a verification with your appointment so these types of matters don't occur. Long story short we asked if my insurance was taken at the time of appointment in JUNE they said yes but i think the only proof i have is a 3 and a half month wait for a appointment NOT TO MENTION I GET A CALL WITCH WAS THAT VOICE MAIL I MENTIONED TO YOU IN THE BEGINNING OF THIS POST A WEEK PRIOR TO MY APPOINTMENT DATE WHY NOT 2 weeks after the appointment was made?!? If there professional witch they have demonstrated they aren't to this point they would rectify the situation. Hopefully they can prove me wrong long story short verify verify verify! Only way that u can be certain is call your provider and they can tell you if your in network or not with a specific dental office. Don't expect them to do there jobs there to BUSY. read more

Don't get me wrong they are nice people but when it comes to actually having a good hand....they can't even smooth down your tooth correctly after the fix your cavity. They scrapped too much off, now food will forever get stuck in that part of the tooth!!!! If you value your teeth, I recommend another place with better knowledge and experience! Also I'm not sure why so many people have given them good reviews, maybe because it's the only place their issuance is covered. But I have friends who have come here as well and stopped coming because they have similar opinions. read more

I have mixed feelings about Dr. Realon's office. I made an appointment for a checkup and cleaning on Jan. 2. At the time of my call that was still a couple weeks away and not as soon as I would have liked, but because of the holiday season they were pretty booked. However, the receptionist put me on the waiting list and told me that if anything sooner popped up she'd give me a call. A couple days later I got a call and was able to go in the Friday before Christmas. I was thrilled and extremely impressed. Even if they were able to get me in before my original appointment I was not expecting it to happen that fast. When I went to my appointment I found all of the staff to be very friendly. I was told that I needed to have several fillings and my wisdom teeth pulled. Not news to me.My wisdom teeth had been causing me a lot of pain, it had been several years since I'd been to the dentist, and I had not always taken good care of my teeth for some of those years. But I knew that they wouldn't do anything without taking a look for themselves. The dentist was very nice about it though. She was straight with me and only chastised me a little. I was afraid they'd rip me a new one for how bad my teeth were. Afterwards,I went back to the front desk to make another appointment. The receptionist asked me whether I wanted to do the fillings first or the extractions.I went for the extractions because, again, they were causing me a lot of pain. I scheduled an appointment for the 9th and put it into the calendar on my phone as I was confirming the date with the receptionist. The night before my wisdom teeth extraction appointment, I realized I hadn't gotten a reminder call. I called the next morning to make sure everything was ok and found out to my utter shock that there was no record of any appointment scheduled for me that day. And on top of that there were no dentists there that day that did extractions. I had waited more than 2 weeks for this appointment, suffering through wisdom teeth pain so intense that more than once I broke down sobbing, for an appointment that didn't even exist, had maybe never even existed in the first place. And to top it off I couldn't make a last minute appointment for that day because, once again, none of the dentist there that day did extractions. A couple of things could have happened here. Either the receptionist never scheduled the appointment to begin with or she scheduled an appointment for wisdom teeth extraction on a day when no dentists would be in to perform the procedure, after which the appointment was either erased by accident or on purpose to cover her mistake. Needless to say I'm not at all thrilled with the receptionist or the way this entire thing was handled. At this point the only reason I'm still considering going back to Dr. Realon's office is because I don't want to have to go through the trouble of finding yet another dentist. read more

My husband lost a cap from a tooth when we stopped to eat while traveling through Stockton. We saw Dr. Realon's sign down the street and stopped in to see if she could reset it. She agreed to work him in within a short period of time, and did a fast, painless, and outstanding job. We were back on the road within a couple of hours and two weeks later, his tooth still feels great. We'd definitely go back to her if we lived in the area. read more
