Although Dr. Andrews is retired I was not disappointed, the staff is the same and they are super friendly and helpful, Melissa even came out to meet me at the street because I couldn't find the office. Been to a few dentists in Manteca and this one is the worst. Very unprofessional, and down right rude. Will not be going back. Took an xray for her bennifit and ended up charging me anyway. Told her I didn't have a job and couldn't afford the expense. Oh no, this xray is just for me to see how much of root we caught. 3 months later, I still had to pay. Not a good place to go. read more

AMAZING!!!! I have been coming to dr andrews since I could remember! My 10 comes to her as well. Well, you know you have an amazing dentist when the office manager gets down on the floor to play with your two year old while you get your teeth cleaned. I can't say how many times I'd come in for a cleaning and they would watch my kids, they help them answer phones, and just play. It's like a second family! Love them!!!! I was really procrastinating and dreading another visit to a dentist( I was traumatized by a dentist as a child), the last 2 dentists I went to(in the last 2 years) told me I had 3 cavities, a cracked tooth, 2 caps needed replacing, and one tooth will have to come out. It scared the shit out of me, but, I eventually resigned to the reality that I need to get this done this year to take advantage of my insurance before the beginning of the next year. I was referred to Pamela M Andrews, DDS. by a Manteca city council member(that runs a liquor store locally). When I arrived the staff were very nice, I filled out all the forms, and afterwards was given the most thorough exam I've ever experienced in my life. I was in that chair for about 1.5/2 hours. after my teeth cleaning the dentist came in and went over everything regarding the X rays and the exam. She told me I had no cavities, and I had one tooth that had a slight fracture, and no real need to worry unless it starts giving me problems, some minor bone loss on the tooth that the other dentists wanted to extract...she advised me to come back if it starts to cause me any pain, otherwise, I'm good to go, she gave me a bag of dental care goodies and said she'll see me in 6 months. I highly recommend Pamela M Andrews DDS and her staff, they seem exponentially more honest than the two dentists I saw before I came to her. read more
