During the original installation, the plumbing underneath my sink was installed incorrectly, which caused a backflow issue and eventually rotted the wood at the bottom of my cabinet. I was initially assured that someone would be sent out to repair the damage. Later, I was told they couldn't find anyone to do the repair and was asked to find someone myself to provide a quote. The contractors I spoke with told me that because of the extent of the damage, it would likely be cheaper to replace the lower cabinets than to try to repair the rotted area. I relayed that information back to PurAgain, and after that, communication basically stopped. When someone later came out to service my filters, I showed them that the cabinet damage was still there and had never been addressed. On top of that, the under-sink water tank stopped producing water. PurAgain did replace that tank, and the technician told me I should hear from someone within 48 hours regarding the cabinet repair. Once again, nobody contacted me. Now, only about six or seven months later, the replacement tank appears to have failed as well. At this point, I've dealt with damaged cabinetry caused during installation, repeated equipment issues, expensive replacement filters, multiple promises of follow-up, and very little actual resolution. I also previously left a review about my experience, and I recently noticed that it is no longer there. I have no idea why it disappeared, and nobody ever contacted me regarding it, but I wanted to make sure my experience was documented again. I'll be contacting PurAgain again regarding the latest tank failure, but after approximately two years of dealing with these issues, I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.

He told me that it's a $50 extra fee if they have to pick up at Home Depot. I told him that the sales associate made clear to us when we purchase the toilet that the installer will pick-up the item at the store. He said that he needed to call and verify Home Depot but never got a call back. Gina, same company, called back that afternoon and said that they will pick up the item when I told her the issue. She got me scheduled. Kevin was the plumber that showed up to install our toilet. Kevin was great. From initial call to let me know his arrival time to installing the toilet, he was very professional and courteous. He cleaned up after installing the toilet and made sure we were satisfied with his work before he left. Kevin is an asset to this company and make this company on my list for future plumbing work.

Russell went out of his way to accommodate my time schedule and arrived early to check the system out so I could run up to Austin for a medical appointment. The softener was running correctly but the taste was still off. He recommended a whole house carbon filter as a solution. He explained the water company is probably adding more chlorine because it is a community well, which does leak and break often. I'm completely confident this will solve the taste issue.
