The customer service is awful. They DO NOT answer email. There is no # to call. They are constantly late on delivery. One of their drivers drove his truck into my pachysandra on a rainy day, spun his wheels and left a huge muddy trench. He just drove off without saying anything. Then the issue of over-charging. You have to carefully check your bill bc they sneak little extras in all the time. Then they leave you no way to contact them to discuss. Seriously, look for other options. 0. They reschedule without telling you, possibly more than 3x in a row before you call them to reschedule a time in person. The website is only useful up to a point, then you need to call. 1. Not available for service over the phone over the weekend even though they will charge you over the weekend. 2. Long wait times (be ready for 15~25 +minutes of hold time) and no matter what you do to try to get a human takes nearly 3 minutes just to acknowledge that you're trying to reach a person. When departments transfer you to other departments, they do not tell the next person why you are calling, so every time you are transferred, you will have to repeat your story. As you are on hold, there is no option to ask them to call you back when they're available, so you are stuck listening to their stupid repetitive promotions for other products. 3. Does not email or text you a crystal clear notification about changes in fees (and let's be honest, if they're changing them it will be to raise them, not to lower them). They just sneakily raised the price of a 5 gallon by a dollar and nearly doubled the delivery fee WITHOUT getting confirmation if that was all right. Only noticed when reviewing my credit card balance. It is NOT OKAY that a company that has your credit card information can raise prices significantly on a recurring bill without a verbal or electronic authorization from you. 4. 45 minutes down the drain on the phone for a sub-10 dollar refund. This company is ... in a word ... abysmal!! They routinely deliver the wrong of bottles. My account clearly shows 4 3 gallon bottles to be delivered once a month yet they consistently deliver 5 bottles ... all the while the account on-line shows 4 bottles. Of course, they charge for 5 bottles. Basic bait and switch tactic so they can charge you more. They need to be reported. Right now I have rung the up 5 separate times and after waiting and waiting I got a "fast busy" disconnect tone ... each and every time. Just impossible to get in touch with these folks. Worst customer service EVER. They consistently reschedule scheduled deliveries and then DON'T SHOW UP. When they do bother to make an overpriced delivery, they leave the bottles outside in the vestibule instead of rolling the stuff inside. These guys are the worst of the worst. I ordered 8 bottles and they delivered 2 and after charging me for the 8 they adjusted my account balance to provide a credit for the 6 undelivered bottle. I reached out to customer service and they delivered the remaining 6 a week later, but rather than applying the $70 credit for the 6, they charged me for them again. So basically $70 is trapped in my account and they charge me the full amount for each new delivery. Have been emailing with customer service for weeks and they keep saying that it's already taken care of. I would strongly recommend using someone else. read more

Customer Service will just put you on hold forever and hang up. or if you request on anything refund/transaction-related, they will escalate you to someone who 'has the right to do so. then hang you up. In my past 2.5 year experience using them (still struggling with canceling and letting them pick up dispensers and empty bottles). They: - Constantly overcharge but refuse to refund. Only giving one star because *some* rating is required, but I'd give them zero if I could. The service was pitched and sold to me as the solution to lugging heavy cases of water up and down apartment building stairs. Last year this time when I started my service, I was super excited. Everything was going well until it wasn't. Late last year they stopped dropping off my new bottles and collecting my empty ones from right outside my apartment door, and instead began leaving them in the lobby of my building. I live on the second floor so it's not the worst thing to carry up the bottles on my own, despite the premise of the service, but they also stopped collecting my empty bottles. They *also* stopped ringing my apartment when they deliver, so I only know they're coming until after they've already dropped off, leaving me no opportunity to be like, "Hey, can you take these empty bottles back too, please?" Now I have almost a dozen empty bottles that I've been trying to get picked up to no avail because every customer service number you find for this company or a parent company leads you to the same phone tree, and the dialogue straight up tells you no customer service reps are available. I tried submitting a request for empty pick-up through their message system, and that was a fun time: they didn't pick up any of the empty bottles, but charged me for 3 new ones that they left in my building's lobby. Meanwhile, the new dispenser I DID want and was charged for has yet to show up, and the original delivery it was part of is mysteriously 'Incomplete'. Trying to get in contact with them is impossible. They force you to submit message requests for just about every issue, with the same promise that they'll get back to you in 5-7 business days. Not shocking that of the 5 requests I've sent, they've replied to none of them, and looking at these other reviews it makes sense. I'd rather carry cases of water, barefoot, over lego covered streets for the rest of my life than deal with this service. I recently signed up to be a ReadyRefresh customer at my local Costco. I also need to contact Costco and let them know that this is not a good company for them to have in their store. I set up for two cooler bottles of water and a dispensary to be delivered to my home. I live on the second floor. The delivery man did not even ring the doorbell when he dropped off the cooler (in an open box) and the gallons of water. Everything was left outside downstairs and I was not even notified and given an opportunity to pay the delivery man to bring it upstairs. My senior parents have had water delivered for over 20 years (back when it was Watchung). Now their service has been discontinued due to the area they live in not having enough customers to make it worth their while. Our delivery was scheduled for Thursday December, 2nd via the roboguy call, the next day they called me 3 times to "remind me to put out the empties" then delayed the drop 1 day, the next day they said it couldn't be delivered until Monday, then the called on monday and said it wouldn't be until Tuesday, TODAY! It sucks i have to give them one star...,I regret ever getting ready Refresh i have canceled and returned everything i needed to nothing was ruined or anything i canceled because i got pregnant and was no longer able to carry/pick up the gallons of water.
