The customer service is awful. They DO NOT answer email. There is no # to call. They are constantly late on delivery. One of their drivers drove his truck into my pachysandra on a rainy day, spun his wheels and left a huge muddy trench. He just drove off without saying anything. Then the issue of over-charging. You have to carefully check your bill bc they sneak little extras in all the time. Then they leave you no way to contact them to discuss. Seriously, look for other options. I am doing that now. read more

Our office has been using this company for a few months now and the service is really good. It comes on time and the delivery man called Darnell from New Jersey is very nice. Our office recommends this company and it's service. read more

This company is atrocious! You will die of thirst. Don't bother waiting on them -- you'll be swallowing your own spit. Our delivery service has been rescheduled UP TO 4 TIMES!!! Customer service is totally unprofessional for the prices they charge. If I could rate them ZERO stars, I would. read more

terrible water company !they have hidden fees and not costumers oriented!Im was using water delivering companys for a years and only have problems with this local ready refresh compan!not recommended ! worst on a market read more

Worst decision to choose ReadyRefresh as my water delivery service ! I don't know how they stay in business ! They raise prices without even telling you , have one price on line then charge you another & change your delivery schedule without even advising. I could go on and on ! Please save yourself the headache and go with anyone but them for your water delivery ! read more

This company is ... in a word ... abysmal!! They routinely deliver the wrong of bottles. My account clearly shows 4 3 gallon bottles to be delivered once a month yet they consistently deliver 5 bottles ... all the while the account on-line shows 4 bottles. Of course, they charge for 5 bottles. Basic bait and switch tactic so they can charge you more. They need to be reported. Right now I have rung the up 5 separate times and after waiting and waiting I got a "fast busy" disconnect tone ... each and every time. Just impossible to get in touch with these folks. Again, they need to be reported and action needs to be taken against them. read more

Wish I could give a negative review. Quite honestly the worst service I've ever experienced. Tribeca beverage is the way to go

DO USE THEM!!!! BAD SERVICE AND IMPOSSIBLE TO CANCEL. Customer Service will just put you on hold forever and hang up. or if you request on anything refund/transaction-related, they will escalate you to someone who 'has the right to do so. then hang you up. In my past 2.5 year experience using them (still struggling with canceling and letting them pick up dispensers and empty bottles). They: - Constantly overcharge but refuse to refund. I have been rental free dispenser and they've charged me $5 monthly for ice/hot stainless model, which I never got since day 1. - Send to the wrong address a few times. - Refuse to bring to the door and put in lobby, which as a result they don't pick up empty bottles from door and need me bring 6 5-gallon bottles up 3 floors. - Extremely bad attitude delivery people. - if anything, customer service needs to wait at least 30 mins to finally connect. no service/help guarantee. read more

Worst customer service EVER. They consistently reschedule scheduled deliveries and then DON'T SHOW UP. When they do bother to make an overpriced delivery, they leave the bottles outside in the vestibule instead of rolling the stuff inside. So, customers pay for delivery, but it's rarely the delivery you're hoping for. It's on the customer to get their own bottles inside. Horrible. read more

These guys are the worst of the worst. I ordered 8 bottles and they delivered 2 and after charging me for the 8 they adjusted my account balance to provide a credit for the 6 undelivered bottle. I reached out to customer service and they delivered the remaining 6 a week later, but rather than applying the $70 credit for the 6, they charged me for them again. So basically $70 is trapped in my account and they charge me the full amount for each new delivery. Have been emailing with customer service for weeks and they keep saying that it's already taken care of. I would strongly recommend using someone else. read more

This is the worst water service!!!!!! They reschedule constantly at the last minute and today I only got half of my order!!!! After waiting almost 2 months!!!!!!!!!! Just awful. Now they want to charge me to bring the remainder of my order next week!!!!!!! UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!! Will be finding another service ASAP!!!!!!!!! Do yourself a favor and don't bother with this company. read more

Only giving one star because *some* rating is required, but I'd give them zero if I could. The service was pitched and sold to me as the solution to lugging heavy cases of water up and down apartment building stairs. Last year this time when I started my service, I was super excited. Everything was going well until it wasn't. Late last year they stopped dropping off my new bottles and collecting my empty ones from right outside my apartment door, and instead began leaving them in the lobby of my building. I live on the second floor so it's not the worst thing to carry up the bottles on my own, despite the premise of the service, but they also stopped collecting my empty bottles. They *also* stopped ringing my apartment when they deliver, so I only know they're coming until after they've already dropped off, leaving me no opportunity to be like, "Hey, can you take these empty bottles back too, please?" Now I have almost a dozen empty bottles that I've been trying to get picked up to no avail because every customer service number you find for this company or a parent company leads you to the same phone tree, and the dialogue straight up tells you no customer service reps are available. I tried submitting a request for empty pick-up through their message system, and that was a fun time: they didn't pick up any of the empty bottles, but charged me for 3 new ones that they left in my building's lobby. Meanwhile, the new dispenser I DID want and was charged for has yet to show up, and the original delivery it was part of is mysteriously 'Incomplete'. Trying to get in contact with them is impossible. They force you to submit message requests for just about every issue, with the same promise that they'll get back to you in 5-7 business days. Not shocking that of the 5 requests I've sent, they've replied to none of them, and looking at these other reviews it makes sense. I'd rather carry cases of water, barefoot, over lego covered streets for the rest of my life than deal with this service. I'm sure they'll honor my account cancellation request in 5-7 years. read more

omg go to the store for water they screw up EVERYTHING horrible place to do business with the ship is so off chart, at current its going to run aground or just SINK they NEVER OUNCE GOT ANYTHING CORRECT changed delivers no notice and the web sight DOES NOT APPLY ANY CHANGES they just do not go through save yourself the grief use any other option probable save a few bucks as well read more

Please aware of unnecessary charges... their hidden terms and condition. I have been customer for 10 years and when i closed the account, they charged me $50 reconditioning fee. They never made customers aware of this before. read more

Worst delivery service EVER every time I order 5 Gallons they NEVER take all of my empty gallons and when I email them all they say is "we could schedule a pick up only 3 weeks from now." And when they do come to pick it up they only pick up half. And when ever I want to order for next week or even 2 weeks ahead I can't there always busy with not a lot of drivers THEY CANT MEET THE DEMAND. So when I do order water to last me a whole month they NEVER PICK UP THE BOTTLES SO MY APT. IS BASICALLY STORAGE FOR READY REFRESH read more

Just pathetic . They don't abide the delivery time frame. Very poorly managed . I was for weeks without water .

I recently signed up to be a ReadyRefresh customer at my local Costco. I also need to contact Costco and let them know that this is not a good company for them to have in their store. I set up for two cooler bottles of water and a dispensary to be delivered to my home. I live on the second floor. The delivery man did not even ring the doorbell when he dropped off the cooler (in an open box) and the gallons of water. Everything was left outside downstairs and I was not even notified and given an opportunity to pay the delivery man to bring it upstairs. And they had in the nerve to send me a text message asking if I wanted to tip the delivery driver. Nooooo. What I did was call and cancel the whole service and told them to come pick their stuff up. The unfortunate thing is they couldn't come pick it up until three days later read more

As bad as the reviews here are, the service is actual even worse. In 50 years I have have never dealt with a company anywhere as bad as this. As others have said every delivery is rescheduled many times. Usually they don't show anyway, but you get billed even if they don't come. But they as for a tip for the driver on a regular basis. The nerve!!!!!!!!!! read more

My senior parents have had water delivered for over 20 years (back when it was Watchung). Now their service has been discontinued due to the area they live in not having enough customers to make it worth their while. Crazy thing is a colleague of mine who only lives 10 minutes from them away has not had her service cancelled. It's shameful what this company has done to what used to be a great service. read more

Our delivery was scheduled for Thursday December, 2nd via the roboguy call, the next day they called me 3 times to "remind me to put out the empties" then delayed the drop 1 day, the next day they said it couldn't be delivered until Monday, then the called on monday and said it wouldn't be until Tuesday, TODAY! I just got a call that said it was rescheduled for Thursday! They KEEP DELAYING THE DELIVERY!! Why?? What is the issue here? You want your empties put out but they've been out for nearly a WEEK! Should I just keep them out all the time? That looks real nice. I hate this company with a passion. read more

I should have listened to the horrible reviews. I was supposed to have my initial delivery yesterday with dispenser. They never showed (I left the house for 15 min but never received any call that they may have been there). Today it was rescheduled for 8-1 they didn't show until after two and the ultimate kicker was that there was no dispenser just the water. Which is totally useless when you don't have a dispenser ‍ read more

Easily one of the worst companies I've ever dealt with. Missed deliveries, forty minute hold times to speak to a live human, rescheduled deliveries where the driver shows up, delivers to our neighbor, then drives away. Never thought it was this complicated to drop a bottle of water off, but apparently these guys need months of training. And hidden charges. Cancelling account. read more

These people are ridiculous! I tried to change the number of bottles delivered (from 3 to 4) twice and each time, they screwed up. I've run out of water more times than I can remember. To make it a thousand times worse, each delivery they "move" three days ahead. And it's sudden. No warning, except for the day before. STAY AWAY! read more

Worst delivery or actually non delivery service ever... they've pushed my delivery back 7x within 2 weeks.... I'm going to cancel this service asap read more

I can't believe this company is still in business. The online portal is completely dysfunctional, scheduled deliveries are inconsistent and/or never arrive, and the customer service hotline often wastes 40-60 minutes of your time by connecting with an unapologetic representative. Do not waste your time with this company. read more

I'm beside myself with frustration at how awful this company has become. They reschedule last minute so it leaves you with nothing. Forget customer service..... they charge you $5!!!!! to speak with a representative and when you use the email contact you get an automated message that they will respond to you in 3-5 business days. Ridiculous to pay for a service and not receive it read more

It sucks i have to give them one star...,I regret ever getting ready Refresh i have canceled and returned everything i needed to nothing was ruined or anything i canceled because i got pregnant and was no longer able to carry/pick up the gallons of water. I was going to sign up again after i gave birth and after moving but every month i am still getting charged no matter the phone calls i make to customer service they always say they will take care of it and make sure i don't get changed anymore. But i always end up getting charged more that next month i will be making bad comments every where about them until this is handled correctly -_-.... i will NEVER get from Ready refresh ever again and will be warning anyone before getting from them as well. read more

if i could give this company 0 stars i would. their customer service is horrible. my mom recently skipped a delivery because we don't need water right now but yet they still charged her account. this isn't the first time this has happened either. this is now the 3rd time this has happened. the company itself doesn't answer the phones or emails. the guy who sold us this offer gave us his 'personal number' and he even doesn't answer, goes straight to voicemail. just goes to show that this whole thing is a scam and they just want your money at the end of the day. with that being said tho i will NEVER recommended this company to anyone and since they don't want to be bothered because they're "so busy", i hope they lose the value in their company. how can you consider yourselves a "great company" when you show very poor etiquette. do better. read more

They used to be good, but in the last 6 months, deliveries have been up to a week late, I have been invoiced for cancelled orders and you can't get anyone to respond for a week in customer "service". read more

Service has been good, however we are moving and for two weeks we have been working to cancel the service and give back our empty bottles. The 'customer service' phone number is set up to hang up on you no matter how you go through the system. They constantly tell you to send a message and then the line goes dead. I've sent 4 emails through the system and not heard anything. Terrible terrible customer service. read more

Finally cancelled today. Service is pretty unreliable and they have been increasing the price quite a bit. Just doesn't make sense anymore. read more

Now to compound their awful customer service they found another way to turn off the customers. They've changed delivery cadence deliberately to every two months unilaterally. Now I get two months of bottles which I now have to store and act like their warehouse and I'll get the pay for the privilege. Can't make this crap up. read more

The service stinks. I feel badly for our driver. The website doesn't work, the app doesn't work. We called up 3x to add bottles to our delivery and the person on the phone says it was done. The driver showed up with the original incorrect quantity which we never requested. Our deliveries are almost 2 weeks late these days. read more

This company is the worst. Inconsistent, unprofessional and horrible business practices. Send you an email for delivery and text up to 3 days about pending delivery. They never showed up and when you look back at your account that night to see what happened and it states no pending delivery. Horrible service, easier to go into the store and exchange your bottle. Dont do it!!!!!!!!!!!! read more

I give them 0 negative stars. They are always rescheduling me. This week it was July 13th then July 14th and now July 15th. This is not the first time it is about the 4th time this has happened.
