By far the worst company to deal with. I have 18 empty bottle since the last 4 month since they never picked up. I call to schedule the pickup and no show By far, the worst company ever. read more

I truly regret opening an account with RR and having to deal with the awful customer service they offer. I have been a customer for three years and they miss approximately 30% of their deliveries for no good reason. When you contact them to make them aware of the problem, they are happy to make a new delivery "as soon as possible:, which usually means a week later. Additionally, they have made billing mistakes on several occasions, all in their benefit (ie I was overcharged). They tried to explain on numerous occasions that they are "hiring new drivers" to solve their issue with missed deliveries. Clearly, a solution has not been reached as the same recurring problem has been happening for 3 consecutive years. If you are wondering why I haven't closed my account, this is because they have to pick up the water dispenser, and this can only happen M-F. I can't take time off during the week, so I'm stuck with these incompetent clowns. read more

Never work with them! This is the worst company I've worked with. Every month they charged me for 20$, but I didn't even know about it. And the customer service is talking to you just terribly, not at all appreciate their customers. Big disappointment. read more

So disappointed. My re-delivery was schedule for today 8/19/19 wasn't sure of the delivery time. I called customer service and found that my delivery was changed to Tuesday 8/20/19 7am- 5pm because no water dispenser was available. I took off from work today so I can signed as per the agreement for the dispenser. No email, no phone call, no notification of the change. So upset and to know Costco endorses this company. read more

PLEASE READ. Save yourself time and energy and NEVER get this service. I can write a book on how bad their service is; it epitomizes the definition of a poorly run operation. I cancelled my service today and feel like a weight has been lifted. The amount of time I spent on the phone, email, social media with them was driving me crazy. AND they will get your business and literally double prices once they have you. It's not over because I hear they make it hellish to cancel, but here's to hoping. Please don't get this service. read more

Zero stars! I have got the laziest delivery man in the world. I watch him on my security cam as he walks down my driveway. He's talking to himself. I thought at first he was on his cell phone but he's talking to himself. I've made several request to put the bottles against my house on my deck where he finds the empties. He puts them at the beginning of the stairs which means I have to walk over and drag five bottles of Poland Springs water to the side of my house where I want them. I even sent a manager a video shot of what he does. She sent me an email back and said he's not following instructions and she will take care of it.Next delivery he does the same crap. As soon as I can find a better water water bottle company I'm going to dump the suckers. read more

terrible service, every single delivery- the items either missing or wrong items delivered. impossibly long wait time to get to speak with the customer service, who are so incompetent. they reschedule missing items for delivery and , despite promising not to charge yet another delivery fee, they go ahead and charge it and another tip for the driver. they hiked up prices for rental cooler, water and delivery three times for the one year. never apologized for their poor service. if you have an alternative in your area , I would suggest not using Ready Refresh read more

Unfortunately the only place that delivers Poland Spring products is Ready Refresh. They also offer a complete lack of accountability and service. They never show up when they are supposed to and now their website does not allow you even schedule a new delivery date. Poland Spring should be ashamed to have such an awful distributor. read more

Worst service. I feel stuck as there are no better options out there. Every delivery has been fraught with issues and requires numerous phone calls. Delivery service is terrible and the communication between the delivery order people and the drivers never, not once, has worked out in my favor. I am currently looking around for possible ways to cut this company loose as every delivery is frustrating and a big waste of time. If I could give no stars as a rating I would do so. read more

Absolutely an awful company! Decided to get a water delivery service where I teach this school year. I set up the service for the first delivery in early Septemeber. This was the only delivery that showed up on schedule. The rest of the deliveries were 2-4 weeks late or never showed up at all. I called many times, sat on hold for 30 or more mins trying to get a resolution. In mid February, I received a letter telling me they are discountining my service without an explanation. I was actually relived. I was told on April 11, 2022 to leave all my empties outside for pick-up. Well it's been 4 days and they are still not picked up. I called them to find out why they have not shown up yet, and I was told they miraculously reinstated my account and I can get a delivery with the pick-up. I told them they suck and I do not want any more of their deliveries. So, they will not be picking up my empties that they were suppose to pick on On 4/11/022 untile 4/29/2022 - almost 3 weeks late which pretty much sums up their awful service. Do not use this company for water delivery. read more

I honestly want to preface this review by saying that this company doesn't even deserve to be up and running by the way I've seen them handle every single issue I've ever had. And like most reviews I've seen I have to agree I WOULD GIVE THEM ZERO STARS if I could. The hold time to even get a real person on the line is always more than 15 minutes. And every single time someone in the accounting department "made a note" about a change in my account, the following bill did not reflect as so. Not to mention that in my final months with them all of our deliveries were incorrect. I would ask for either more or less bottles and never received what I asked for. Basically overall this company's customer service dept, accounting dept, and delivery dept SUCK. Please DO NOT use this company for your water services. If you are in the North Jersey area I would recommend Diamond Rock Spring Water. read more

I would leave 0 stars if I could,I have had Arrowhead water delivery for more than 5 years and they were great until Nestles ReadyRefresh took over a few years ago. Since then they have often not notified us when deliveries were to come and we could not adjust our delivery on those occasions, also they have raised the rates numerous times and started charging a delivery fee. The BIG issue is now with the COVID 19 virus they are limiting deliveries to two 5 gallon bottles (I usually get 4-5 bottles every 4 weeks as I don't need to pay for delivery twice a month) and have a minimum charge of $20.00. The issue is that two 5 gallon bottles delivered is less than $20.00, so if I want water delivered I MUST buy something else!! I don't want any of their other products and my family goes through two to three 5 gallon bottles of water in 2 weeks. This is ridiculous and if you ask me price gouging. Do not subscribe to ReadyRefresh!!! read more
