This company is so unprofessional and actual liars. Customer service people are pleasant but cannot help in any way. This review is for the NJ Ready Refresh. My complaint: the homeowner (who has passed) was overcharged for 5 years for equipment that was picked up by the company. The customer was an elderly woman in her 80's so not checking bills because she also had autopay. Since her passing the error as been found and I called the company and explained the situation and the person I spoke to agreed we were owed over $600. And that the account would get a refund. That was July. I subsequently called on 8/21, 9/3 and 9/17 (twice today as they hung up on me while waiting to talk to a supervisor). Each time I call they give me the same story - yes we see the refund, but we can't issue it at our level, so it is sent over to some supervisor. BTW I still have not spoken to a supervisor. Basically, they have taken advantage of an elderly woman whether it be via incompetence, apathy or they're in financial trouble. I am planning on reporting them to consumer affairs. Everyone here is right. This company is beyond horrible and it is incredibly difficult not to believe it is an outright scam. Everything you can imagine is bad here. Customer service is evasive, non helpful and outright lies to you about the availability of items. Promises for making up botched deliveries and orders are immediately ignored. Regular changes to scheduled deliveries with little notice. I've even been lied to about alleged emails sent to me that I never received, even in my junk folder. Today I called 3 customer service agents who told me three different things about another botched order that cost me days of waiting at home for things that don't arrive. The escalation manager took an hour to get hold of and basically did jack shit. The mix of incompetence, indifference and outright trash fire fucktard level bad business practices 101 is in full effect here. Do yourself a favor. Avoid this company at all costs. Didn't pick up the empties repeated the step next delivery. My apartment is now full of empties and ful bottles. I called for a pick up. Theu said the 13th never showed up. They cancelled several times last minute.... Hi, this is company has a monopoly on the bottled water business, they own Poland Spring Brand, Deer Park Brand, Ozarka Brand, Ice Mountain Brand, Zephyrhills Brand, Arrowhead Brand, Origin Natural Spring Water, Saratoga Spring Water, AC+ION Alkaline Water, Pure Life Brand, Splash Blast Flavored Water Beverage and Splash Fizz Flavored Sparkling Beverage sparkling beverages. They use this power to deliver, charge and treat the customers how they want. We have been using them for over 5 years and the service has gone from solid, affordable and friendly to infrequent, overpriced and unhelpful. This month has hit an all time low for service! We were informed via their Readyrefresh app (FYI they were recently acquired by BlueTriton and no longer owned by Nestle) that our 6/21 delivery of Three 5 Gallon Bottles of Water and the pick up of four empty bottles was going to be delayed until Thursday, 6/22, then we were told the next day that it would be Friday 6/23, then we were told Monday 6/26. On Monday I called them and they said it was delivered? It was not and nor were the bottles picked up. Then I was informed that the next possible delivery would be 7/13, one week prior to our scheduled 7/20 next monthly delivery. What a joke as we we're being charged for a water machine we can't use and a delivery service, and are forced to go out and buy water on our own. I asked to have a manager call me, they did not, I finally waited and held for a manager on the customer service line and they said they would have it prioritized and delivered on Friday 6/30. That never happened as the app was updated to 7/13. I then called again and was told that it a special priority would be put into the system to have it delivered on Friday 6/30 again, which the app confirmed. I have no faith it will come, but we shall see. Not to mention the neighbors in our building, right next door got a partial delivery for two bottles on Friday 6/23 from the same company, which baffles me as we live in the same building but yet every week they deliver to us a day or two apart??? Like I mentioned earlier this is not the first month this has happened, every month there is at least one delay, sit with empty bottles outside our home, have to call customer service or retrieve our bottles from the wrong door where they were delivered, then carry them back home, up a flight of stairs. Oh, but they do email and ask for tips every month for the drivers!!! I tell you this so you hopefully do not use this company for water delivery service or somebody with influence at Blue Triton reads this and actually cares and fixes the operational issues and poor customer service! AVOID Literally the worst. Deliveries need to be scheduled so far in advance and even then, they don't show up when scheduled. It takes forever to reach their customer service line. Although the agents are friendly, they are not well equipped to resolve issues. If you ask them anything that is outside their script, their brains short circuit. Awful business practices. They missed a delivery but charged me for it anyway. I called and was told I would get a refund, but I never did. I've messaged several times through their website which claims they will respond in 5-7 business days, but they have never responded. The only reason I pay their crazy high prices is to get delivery on the date that I need the water not on a date that is a week later when it is more convenient for their driver.
