Everyone here is right. This company is beyond horrible and it is incredibly difficult not to believe it is an outright scam. Everything you can imagine is bad here. Customer service is evasive, non helpful and outright lies to you about the availability of items. Promises for making up botched deliveries and orders are immediately ignored. Regular changes to scheduled deliveries with little notice. I've even been lied to about alleged emails sent to me that I never received, even in my junk folder. Today I called 3 customer service agents who told me three different things about another botched order that cost me days of waiting at home for things that don't arrive. The escalation manager took an hour to get hold of and basically did jack shit. The mix of incompetence, indifference and outright trash fire fucktard level bad business practices 101 is in full effect here. Do yourself a favor. Avoid this company at all costs. You are better off dying of thirst or drinking river water than to have to deal with the level of lousy, incompetent and frankly unscrupulous business practices that other people like myself have had to endure. read more

There is something seriously wrong with this company. We were promised delivery 3 times and received a wrong order one time. They also picked up an old dispenser and left a new, unrequested one. This time we were given a delivery day that didn't happen. When we called they didn't even have a record for a scheduled delivery. This occurs after years of being a satisfied customer. If I could rate it less than 1 I would! read more

I've received an email everyday for the last 5 business days delaying my order by a day. this means I've put my empties out 5 times and more importantly, I don't have any water. i have no way to speak to a person and can't even cancel my order on the website. read more

I really wished I had read this reviews before joining ready refresh. Horrible customer service and service. They never can provide a time, dropped of 12 btls outside. Didn't pick up the empties repeated the step next delivery. My apartment is now full of empties and ful bottles. I called for a pick up. Theu said the 13th never showed up. Then theu schedule the 18th and blame the 1 inch of snow for not coming after they had me wait all day. 1st Window 7am to 1. Next window 1pm to 5pm never showed. Lied about a discount. And they still haven't picked up empties. Ther are on schedule to charge you. But not to pick up their equipment. Definitely do not recommend read more

This company is so unprofessional and actual liars. Customer service people are pleasant but cannot help in any way. This review is for the NJ Ready Refresh. My complaint: the homeowner (who has passed) was overcharged for 5 years for equipment that was picked up by the company. The customer was an elderly woman in her 80's so not checking bills because she also had autopay. Since her passing the error as been found and I called the company and explained the situation and the person I spoke to agreed we were owed over $600. And that the account would get a refund. That was July. I subsequently called on 8/21, 9/3 and 9/17 (twice today as they hung up on me while waiting to talk to a supervisor). Each time I call they give me the same story - yes we see the refund, but we can't issue it at our level, so it is sent over to some supervisor. BTW I still have not spoken to a supervisor. Basically, they have taken advantage of an elderly woman whether it be via incompetence, apathy or they're in financial trouble. I am planning on reporting them to consumer affairs. And according to the other people that live in the house deliveries etc. have been all messed up. Wrong days, wrong amounts etc. read more

Hi, this is company has a monopoly on the bottled water business, they own Poland Spring Brand, Deer Park Brand, Ozarka Brand, Ice Mountain Brand, Zephyrhills Brand, Arrowhead Brand, Origin Natural Spring Water, Saratoga Spring Water, AC+ION Alkaline Water, Pure Life Brand, Splash Blast Flavored Water Beverage and Splash Fizz Flavored Sparkling Beverage sparkling beverages. They use this power to deliver, charge and treat the customers how they want. We have been using them for over 5 years and the service has gone from solid, affordable and friendly to infrequent, overpriced and unhelpful. This month has hit an all time low for service! We were informed via their Readyrefresh app (FYI they were recently acquired by BlueTriton and no longer owned by Nestle) that our 6/21 delivery of Three 5 Gallon Bottles of Water and the pick up of four empty bottles was going to be delayed until Thursday, 6/22, then we were told the next day that it would be Friday 6/23, then we were told Monday 6/26. On Monday I called them and they said it was delivered? It was not and nor were the bottles picked up. Then I was informed that the next possible delivery would be 7/13, one week prior to our scheduled 7/20 next monthly delivery. What a joke as we we're being charged for a water machine we can't use and a delivery service, and are forced to go out and buy water on our own. I asked to have a manager call me, they did not, I finally waited and held for a manager on the customer service line and they said they would have it prioritized and delivered on Friday 6/30. That never happened as the app was updated to 7/13. I then called again and was told that it a special priority would be put into the system to have it delivered on Friday 6/30 again, which the app confirmed. I have no faith it will come, but we shall see. Not to mention the neighbors in our building, right next door got a partial delivery for two bottles on Friday 6/23 from the same company, which baffles me as we live in the same building but yet every week they deliver to us a day or two apart??? Like I mentioned earlier this is not the first month this has happened, every month there is at least one delay, sit with empty bottles outside our home, have to call customer service or retrieve our bottles from the wrong door where they were delivered, then carry them back home, up a flight of stairs. Oh, but they do email and ask for tips every month for the drivers!!! I tell you this so you hopefully do not use this company for water delivery service or somebody with influence at Blue Triton reads this and actually cares and fixes the operational issues and poor customer service! In the interim we will continue to deal with this horrible service as we look for alternatives to our water problems. Sincerely, Very Disappointed Customer read more

ReadyRefresh - Empty water cooler gathering dust, waiting for a delivery. - Water Delivery Near Me - Jersey City, New Jersey

This is the worst company I ever dealt with, ReadyRefresh/Blue Triton, They charge you for the water and charge the rent of the cooler separate, they constantly change prices, even recently raising the original delivery charge of 9.99.... They cancelled several times last minute.... Then they are going to hit you with a reconditioning fee of 50.00 when you return the equipment you paid to rent every month... customer service is horrible. DON'T BOTHER!! read more

These people suck! If I could give ZERO stars I would! Run from this freaking nightmare! You can't even get a person on chat, on the phone, they have rescheduled my water delivery day after day after day for weeks and now I get an email saying back to my "Original future delivery date" which is??? Because I can't even log in as just a circle going round and round! I am sooo Over this! I NEED the water for my Salt water tank and my delivery date was back around July 5th??? They said the 28th for sure after I held on for over 30 minutes for a human back around the second week of July and all that for absolutely nothing! I am just ready to go out in search of water myself wherever I can find the big 5 gallon bottles of Poland Spring for my Fish. These people have totally created a disaster for my fishtank and my anxiety! And I paid for it!!! The old company, I NEVER had a problem! Ready Fresh. These people don't care, are NOT reliable, they said I would get a $20 "discount" for the delay.....well, guess that is gone now as God Knows when they are going to show up! I'm going out today to search for water myself. Dumpster Fire!!!!!! Ohhh and my 9 empty jugs have been out in our driveway for these people to pick up since July 5th as they keep stringing us along! I want to give negative but does not allow. DO NOT USE READY REFRESH! They are horrible! So to sum this up. I had a home fire and lost everything and this company refused to cancel my future orders because they were worried about the dispenser that I rented and how they would be paid for that. I said excuse me did you not hear that we lost everything in a house fire including my poor animals and these a"""h--- are worried about there 100 rental equipment. Seriously!!!!!! It's disgraceful and ready refresh should be ashamed of themselves. Also with all this I'm telling you I literally had to beg to cancel my account And with all my begging the man after 50 MINUTES was still trying to get me to keep my account and he will set it up when my home gets rebuilt. I was so annoyed I said NO I don't know when that will be and he still proceeded to try and keep my account. Don't use them. There are plenty of water places. Look elsewhere for sure!! Horrible people with no compassion!! read more

AVOID Literally the worst. Deliveries need to be scheduled so far in advance and even then, they don't show up when scheduled. It takes forever to reach their customer service line. Although the agents are friendly, they are not well equipped to resolve issues. If you ask them anything that is outside their script, their brains short circuit. I just canceled our service and they're charged a $50 "re-conditioning" fee per water cooler unit. What a scam! I reached out to another vendor and they knew I was a ReadyRefresh customer even before I mentioned our bad experience. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would! This company has been rescheduling its water service over and over. It got to the point in which we are accumulating the water bottlers. We got new bottles today and they still didn't take all the empty bottles. Whenever customer service is contacted they never provide solutions. We tried canceling but they refused to!! Instead, they keep sending new bottles and leaving the empty ones behind! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! BEWARE! read more

Only giving it a one star because I'm forced to. There service is HORRIBLE!!! Would never recommend this service to anyone. I have been waiting for a week for water delivery to my organization. Currently looking for a new service. Awful business practices. They missed a delivery but charged me for it anyway. I called and was told I would get a refund, but I never did. I've messaged several times through their website which claims they will respond in 5-7 business days, but they have never responded. Eventually I was forced to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Rather than engaging, they accepted the dispute and charged me again! Very sleazy. For the past few months I've been repeatedly disputing this same charge. I've also made several more attempts to get someone on the phone but have never managed to do so. Just now I waited on hold for 25 minutes, and when it finally transferred me to someone they promptly disconnected the call. read more

They steal money. Canceled my account and my husband's multiple times. They won't let me cancel online or remove my cards. They keep pretending to do it on the phone. They just stole $80. Good water, sporadic delivery but mostly as promised. Due to price increases decided to cancel and install under sing filtration system. That cancellation process is very difficult and have to "fight" to get them to do it. I finally got a cancellation number. Worst service ever. The drivers have twiced said they delivered my order, when they didnt. They went so far as to send their company a generic close up pictures of water as proof of delivery. Didn't show the water in front of my door or on my stoop. They don't just not deliver your water, they lie to the company saying that they did. My deliveries are constantly rescheduled, 2 or 3 dates each time. Worst service ever. I've been with them awhile and this time is the last straw. I am cancelling their terrible service. They are truly incompetent from management down to their lying drivers. You've been warned. Avoid this company and everything their attached to. If read more

I've been a loyal ready refresh customer since March of 2020 on Staten Island. Although there were some hiccups in the beginning. I'm assuming due to the pandemic. My delivery driver Jermaine is amazing. He's always respectful, courteous and most importantly professional. He's an asset to the company and I hope they know it! read more

This is the worst service i have ever dealt with. They have rescheduled water on the day of delivery almost every time. Customer service is terrible. The reschedule date is usually a month after when they were supposed to deliver it... how does that make any sense. This is for a business and people need water. Worst company of all time. They are the most unreliable company to deal with . I had scheduled a pickup for Tuesday 3/3/21 When I called I was told it was rescheduled for the 3/4/21 Was never notified about the change . If I could give them negative stars I would! They never answer the phone but they surely don't forget to bill you!!

Negative star. This company runs a delivery service that never delivers on the date they promise. The only reason I pay their crazy high prices is to get delivery on the date that I need the water not on a date that is a week later when it is more convenient for their driver. Every delivery is always the same, I get email that delivery will be on date scheduled, then at 5 PM the day of delivery, I get message that delivery will be a week later. So now a full week with no water. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY DO NOT ANSWER THEIR TELEPHONE OR REPLY TO EMAILS. VERY POOR SERVICE, STAY AWAY read more

This could be the worst company I've ever come across. Irresponsible, fraudulent. They are miserable. And then, they don't let you cancel the account. And they just keep charging. There is a place in hell for this company. Stay away. read more

Horrible company! The delivery man was lovely. However this company will cancel the day of scheduled service. If you are working this is a huge Inconvenience. I ended up canceling my service after this because I just don't have the time for them to cancel and then have them rescheduling a time I did not approve. Also, I'm glad I cancelled because the day after canceling I got a notice in the the mail saying they were increasing the price of each bottle by $2 read more

Terrible customer Service and poor quality machines and water and they raised the prices !! I have been trying to contact this company for 4 months to cancel my service. The most frustrating and increasingly expensive water delivery service. I couldn't stress enough to never use this company or this service. I have been a customer for 5 years and over the past 2 years the water delivery has never once came on the day it should have. In some months, more often than not it can take weeks to arrive. To beat the band, they started to now charge to call their customer service when you try to talk to someone. Each month the delivery fee is going up. read more

Worst company to deal with ever! I've been trying to cancel my account for a couple months and have them pick up their empty jugs. Always the same canned response, someone will contact you in 5 to 7 business days but it never happens. Plus I have to keep checking their stupid website to cancel their next delivery before it happens or I'll receive water and be charged. Horrible company especially since Nestle sold it. I now pick up Poland Spring 5 gallon jugs for $3 less a jug and no delivery charge at my local supermarket. The only positive was their local delivery man. Really a nice guy and always helpful. Wish I could rate them a 0! read more

By far worst customer service and delivery. I've had 14 deliveries rescheduled and cancelled the past 16 days. All while I see delivery truck next door and someone in my building received 4 bottles. 0. They reschedule without telling you, possibly more than 3x in a row before you call them to reschedule a time in person. The website is only useful up to a point, then you need to call. 1. Not available for service over the phone over the weekend even though they will charge you over the weekend. 2. Long wait times (be ready for 15~25 +minutes of hold time) and no matter what you do to try to get a human takes nearly 3 minutes just to acknowledge that you're trying to reach a person. When departments transfer you to other departments, they do not tell the next person why you are calling, so every time you are transferred, you will have to repeat your story. As you are on hold, there is no option to ask them to call you back when they're available, so you are stuck listening to their stupid repetitive promotions for other products. 3. Does not email or text you a crystal clear notification about changes in fees (and let's be honest, if they're changing them it will be to raise them, not to lower them). They just sneakily raised the price of a 5 gallon by a dollar and nearly doubled the delivery fee WITHOUT getting confirmation if that was all right. Only noticed when reviewing my credit card balance. It is NOT OKAY that a company that has your credit card information can raise prices significantly on a recurring bill without a verbal or electronic authorization from you. 4. 45 minutes down the drain on the phone for a sub-10 dollar refund. Ready Refresh can and should do much better than this. read more
