*AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS*…read more Arrived before closing time which is 6pm. Had many items that needed to be shipped out and at 6pm the store clerk told me that at 6pm they cannot help me with the rest of my packages that needed to be shipped out. I got there before closing!!! ABSOLUTELY APPAULED at the level of customer service. The woman kicked me out of the store with boxes that I still needed shipped out and now one of those items I am stuck with because I missed the return date because at 6 they no longer help you. I had to take a Lyft to this location and back home with packages that I was unable to send because they stop helping you at 6. Unbelievable. I have never gone to a retail store where at closing they refuse to assist you. Never coming back to this location. The owner needs to refund me for my Lyft rides. Woman working there also refused to print a label for another woman in line that got there before 6. Maybe hire more people and this could be avoided.

As I write this review, I'm mindful of the customer service and pricing at that alternative. The PostalAnnex+ sits in the NorthPoint Shopping Center. Parking is easy. Just park in the covered lot in front of Safeway. The service lack attention to detail, but keep in mind, so would the U.S. Post Office. Packages get lost, and mail gets misdelivered. The big rub of this location is the pricing. The smallest personal (not business, which is more expensive) mail box costs $340 per year. Yes, that's $340 US dollars! To compare, the U.S. Post Office down the street rents out mailboxes for $64 per year.

Exceptional Customer Service…read more I would like to recognize the outstanding service I received at FedEx. Jacob provided truly exceptional customer care. His professionalism, kindness, patience, and genuine willingness to help set him apart. From the moment I walked in, he offered personalized attention, carefully listened to my needs, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled perfectly. I would also like to thank Daniela, who helped me choose the best printing options for an important project related to my work. Her expertise, guidance, and positive attitude made the entire process smooth, efficient, and stress-free. She took the time to explain the available options and helped me achieve the best possible result. In a world where great customer service can be hard to find, Jacob, Daniela, and the entire team truly stand out. This is not a 10/10 experience; it is a 20/10. I highly recommend this FedEx location to anyone looking for professional service, attention to detail, and people who genuinely care about their customers.

Chinese or not, no one has ever told me that they don't like cash--preferably proffered with crisp new bills. They have a great selection here of Chinese red envelopes. I pick up some traditional ones in red, along with beautiful ones in non-traditional colors, such as iridescent blue or purple. Ho Tai also has greeting cards for different occasions. Their prices are very good. The people here are very helpful if you need advice on which red envelopes (or cards) to buy. There are different designs with Chinese art and calligraphy for the lunar new year, birthdays, births, and weddings. To save time, I purchase a lot of stationery with the all-occasion good fortune "fú" character, 福, on it. After being scammed (and embarrassed) twice with gift cards from Safeway that I found out later did not work, I've switched to giving red envelopes instead. Ho Tai has the best selection that I have seen.
