They just globbed it on to fill the gaps for the bottom of the shower and baseboard. Looks so horrible.

***Update*** With the last repair, things went smoothly. Re-Bath fixed the issue with a positive attitude. The repairs were checked and doubled checked to customer satisfaction. I really wanted that excellent experience that so many of their customers rave about which is why we hired this company for the shower refresh. The fact that they are willing to fess up to mistakes and correct them without excuses or red tape is what we needed. At the end of the day, the journey was tough, but we are happy with the product and the repairs done. With that changing rating from a 1 star to a 4. ***Original Post*** Not good, with all the patch jobs I have lost confidence in the quality of work. Findings after installation: - baseboard sloppy mend - side panel not secured to the wall (weight of glass door pulled it further off the wall) - hot water and cold water swapped - black specs on glass We did a partial install refreshing the shower in our master bathroom and have had multiple issues. The issues have been addressed but for the amount of money spent, the install quality should have been better. Some of these were an easy fix, but an inconvenience for us to constantly address issue after issue. They sent multiple technicians and the issues had to be re-addressed again and again. The technician said these can be common findings and give a call if there are further repairs needed. We went with Re Bath because it was a one-stop-shop. The install was many different crews. For us, we had plumbing, electrician, glass specialty, install of the shower panels plus the many repair appointments that followed. On a positive note, the shower (after repairs) looked a lot better than our builder-grade shower. We didn't have any out-of-pocket fees for the repairs with the shower being less than 6 months since initial installation. Although I don't have grout to clean pink mold does build up in between the cracks where grout would have been. Strong chemicals are not recommended for cleaning due to the material. Product material is good +1 Price for experience is poor -1 Installation -1 Quality check -1 Tech experience -1

I just collaborated with Re-Bath, and I'm happy with the outcomes! The course of action was managed with professionalism and knowledge by the team. Thanks to their meticulous attention to detail and superb craftsmanship, my bathroom has been turned into an opulent refuge. For any renovation needs, I highly endorse this trustworthy business. Thank You!!!

There were a couple of rooms that were being redesigned and a lot of winter sale items. I was able to get ideas for different rooms in our apartment, as one who might. The best part of this trip was looking at a lamp in the one of the rooms, and as we made it to the end we stopped in the As Is section and I saw the lamp that was regular price $149.99 and on sale for $99.99. Then the real surprise came when I turned a corner and saw it for $69.99! All I can say is make sure you keep your eyes open and walk around because you will find those deals. They only had self service registers, I miss having regular cashiers. An associate helped me get the lamp in the cart. If you change your mind on items, they have baskets right beside it that you can toss in there. At the end of the trip I went and bought a hot dog for $1, it was just a regular one. The condiments were self service to the side and I saw mustard, Swedish mustard and ketchup. I would have liked to have some relish but that didn't happen.

You had plenty of chances to make this right and you still haven't so now it's for the world to see. They breached the contract and would not pay sub-contractors so I had to pay the sub-contractors on top of what I paid OMG in order to prevent liens from being put on our residence. This nightmare started in October of 2023. It's mid-Feb. of 2024 and I have had to find other sub-contractors to finish what OMG couldn't. The owner doesn't answer or return calls or provide a completion date. Due to our special circumstances, the owner told a sub-contractor that he needed to keep the cost as low as possible and then he passed a 64% mark-up on the cabinets to me. I cannot advise strongly enough to stay away from this company.

Avi was an absolutely delight. Fast, clear communication before the initial meeting. Very thoughtful approach in our initial meeting. So many images from their highly impressive portfolio to help us think through options. Excellent examples of communication and workflow from previous projects. Instantly ready to share previous customers we could reach out to for references. A really good balance between sharing his ideas for our project, but also really listening to our feedback on what we wanted/invisoned. All the right insights for how to keep us in budget, and very generous with (we can add this/that for little/no extra costs since we're already doing XYZ). We mainly requested a bid on two projects (Kitchen and Primary Bathroom) and help deciding the scope for the remainder of our projects (Flooring, Guest Bath, Office, Patio, Etc.). We were very impressed with how realistic, but also open-minded he was with what portion of our "bonus" projects we could fit in. The formal quote came in fast after our initial meeting, was easy to follow, and fairly priced. Found the proposed timeline to be very well balanced for efficiency vs realism. Appreciated the suggestions provided for if we should/could "live-in" during the remodel vs. a timeline that would allow the bulk of the work to overlap with a time that we were going to be out of town already. Also insights on what it would be worth "buying in advance" to take advantage of sales, even if the actual work was delayed. We got a few quotes and would have felt confident moving forward with any of them when the time came, but the quality of their portfolio and Avi's attentive listening definitely put Teamwork Home Designs at the top of the list. Can't wait to work with them in the future.

The team appeared comfortable working on bathroom renovations; however, the shower diverter was not installed correctly, which caused the handle to be improperly aligned. We later hired a licensed plumber to inspect and correct the issue. Overall, the quality of work did not meet our expectations. Some aspects of the workmanship appeared rushed, and based on our experience, I would recommend exercising caution with detail-oriented tasks such as wood staining, drywall, painting, or door hardware installation. This project did not go as smoothly as anticipated, and I would not choose to work with this company again.

Sue Haley was the first sales associate to help me. I was having problems with my visualizer app and she took me right to their computer and helped me to visualize my tile selections in my bathroom. She was very knowledgeable and patient in showing me how to access and use the visualizer app. I selected a few tiles that I liked and Sue Haley set me up with their designer Marianne. I showed Marianne the large format tile I had selected for my shower walls and she pulled some floor tiles for me and showed me how you can set them up against the large format tile display making it easy to see if they go well together. She also let me know that all she needed was my builders information and I could take five samples home free. I had no idea. This was such a convenient service and it helped me a lot to take these samples home and see them in my bathroom. I selected the tiles, and a few days later I returned the samples that I didn't want. That day a sales associate named Serenity easily helped me pick out the grout color that would pull the wall and floor tiles perfectly together. I was able to select all the supplies I needed completely in my budget. They have very competitive pricing. Anywhere from inexpensive to custom-made expensive and everything in between. There is something here for everyone. I highly recommend Floor and Decor in Live Oak by Ikea in San Antonio Texas.
