The 2025 Yelpies were held at the Re:bar Christmas pop-up, and what a blast it was! The space was beautiful, spacious, and perfect for photos. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and while I wasn't drinking, my sister confirmed the drinks were very good. It takes a special place to open its doors to a crowd full of reviewers, and it's easy to see why Re:bar had nothing to worry about the venue was fantastic. The only thing that caught me off guard was the bathroom setup: you can see into the men's bathroom while standing in the women's bathroom and vice versa. You can imagine my surprise when I looked up from washing my hands and saw a man! That said, it ended up being more funny than awkward and gave us all a good laugh. read more

Rebar has always had my heart, so seeing them back temporarily with the Christmas pop-up in Ohio City felt like a real homecoming. This place was where I fell in love with espresso martinis, and yes, they still hit. Same great staff, same consistent quality, same solid cocktails, all wrapped in over-the-top holiday décor. Rachel always does it up, and the team delivers every time. Service is fast, drinks are on point, and the flatbreads are incredible (I was way too hungry to take a photo). Re:bar is a great place for a quick stop before a game! On July 4th, my mother and I were on our way to the Guardians game and needed a quick bite and drink before we got to the ballpark. We chose re:bar on a whim after passing it on the street. We were given the chance to choose our table and were sat immediately. Our waiter was friendly, attentive, and quick. He came to our table frequently but never hovered. My mother and I both ordered lime margaritas on the rocks. They were the perfect amount of strong; they won't have you wondering if you wasted your money, but also won't have you overwhelmed by the amount of tequila. I ordered the spicy fried chicken salad. It is to die for! The sauce has a great kick. The size of the sandwiches are also perfect. My mother ordered the sweet southern smash burger and let me have a bite. It was also divine. The inside has a hip ambiance and has a DJ booth in the top right corner. There are high tops, low tops, and seating at the bar. It is clear based on the decor and other reviews that this place is bumpin' in the evenings, but I would highly recommend it for a lunch stop as well! read more

This is an amazing spot for happy hour! Re:bar is located in downtown. There is a selection of drinks such as mojito, margarita, and wine for $8 and chicken sliders and smashburger slidersfor $8. The drinks and sliders are super delicious! This restaurant is just a block from the guardians stadium so you can stop by before, during, or after the baseball game! The also play good music and on certain nights there is live music and open sets. The service is also amazing. This is a place to hang out with friends and enjoy the night! read more

I always love coming to Re:bar. It's a great spot in Downtown Cleveland to enjoy a real cocktail before or after a game or concert in a chill environment, with good music. Their cocktails are really good and I love watching their bartenders work. You can really tell that they enjoy making drinks, so it's always a small show. I especially love their version of an espresso martini. They make it with D'usse instead of vodka, which I appreciate since I don't drink vodka. I also like stopping in after a shift downtown to just relax for a minute before heading home. Good vibes and the owner Rachel is the best! read more

Went here to kill some time before a game! Got the elote (esquites) and nachos con queso! Went during happy hour so nachos were $8 and Corona was $5 :) The elote was SO flavorful and honestly I'd get just that! For $3 it was an incredibly generous portion and it was so good! Yooooo! I'm from NY but heard of this spot from IG and decided to pull up after the Cav's game. It was suchhhh a vibe!! The spot is super cool and I love the art inside as well as the single booths against the wall and all the graffiti! The Frieda Kahlo piece is also fire. The service is great and my drinks were amazing!!! I do feel like they were kind of pricey ($12+tax) for the size but they were so good, I didn't even care. They also have a taco food menu till 1:45am but I wasn't hungry so I just kept buying drinks lol. I'll def be pulling up any time I'm in town. read more

The plaza at re:bar is so delicious. Authentic Mexican food served at a trendy restaurant/bar is a unique concept! We went for dinner and I had the chicken burrito which was absolutely delicious and authentic. The salsas were fantastic and the classic margarita made skinny and spicy was a hit. At 9pm-ish the DJ came on and the place transitioned into a bar/club. I am excited to have a good and affordable place to eat in downtown. read more

They brought in Cleveland favorite, La Plaza, to do the food menu & I couldn't be happier that we can get our favorite burritos within walking distance. If you're downtown, def check them out. Rebar is one of my favorite bars for so many reasons but the most important being that the staff is personable. There's always going to be a server you gravitate towards because of how they make you feel like a personal friend. Since they've added food to their menu, the collaborations they've had in their kitchen have been amazing! My favorite are the wings. The look and feel is very industrial but artistic, warm and welcoming. One of my ultimate favorites about rebar - the cocktails!! This place is outrageous in the best possible way! We stumbled onto it on Opening Day because other places were so packed you couldn't get service. Walked right to the bar and ordered drinks/food within a few minutes. The food was outstanding, and the bartenders were wizards! They took food orders, mixed fancy drinks, poured beers and looked like they were having a blast doing it. I never saw anyone wait more than 2 minutes, and by the time we left for the game it was shoulder to shoulder. I literally can't say enough good things about this place. First of all, it's 80+ degrees outside and they had no AC and no fans, so it was ungodly hot. Then, I asked for vodka club and got vodka coke (most likely because it was too loud for her to hear me). I ordered the BBQ burger, no mushrooms or jalapeños, salad no fries. I got with mushrooms, jalapeños, and fries. When I sent that back, I got the regular burger. Went there last night for a great time and they delivered. The vibe is AWESOME - the drinks are strong and the space is really unique. People were turning up and others were listening to the artists. There was a DJ and emcee and 5 performers as well as a Cleveland clothing artist (I bought a tank top from him shout out Bleach Mob). Overall can't wait to get back. I've been wanting to check this place out for months, so we ducked in after the Tribe win on Friday. I love the ambiance of this bar. The décor is thoughtful and simple at the same time. We just had beers, so we didn't really take advantage of their drinks... but they had a pretty good beer selection. Music was a little boring, but not enough to keep me out. You wouldn't know this place existed unless you actually looked for it. I was out walking around one night by Progressive Field when I noticed a rather dark bar playing some music from speakers above their door. We walked in, and there was a total of 2 people sitting at the bar, on a Thursday night. Sketchy? Eh, maybe? It was also the Thursday before Labor Day, so the entire city was a ghost town. The bartender, Jeff, was so cool. I ordered a deep red wine. He talked to us about the business and the hype of downtown and how passionate he was about the bar and the city. It was refreshing. They also offer a 20% discount to neighbors. If you live in the area they take 20% off your entire bill! How cool!? I will definitely be going back. It's such a low key bar but the booze is great and the help was fantastic. read more

The less business you get the higher you have to charge for drinks, basic business 101 I guess. Great location and potential but even thirsty parrot or Paninis you can get a 12oz miller for $3. I was in hospitality restaurant service for 6 years. I've taught customer service and FOH training. This bar from the bartender to the manger to even the self proclaimed owner, doesn't have any customer service values. I stopped in for a quick drink shot of Don Julio Blanco before calling an Uber (which I've drank many times before and keep a rotating bottle on my home bar) and was not served the premium tequila. I don't know what's in their bottles there but it is not Don Julio. I asked for a refund and simply wanted to leave, but was not afforded any courtesy by anyone in the establishment. Great spot to get a drink! I found this place to be more relaxed.. quiet.. and hip than a lot of surrounding places. The music is consistently good - I heard St. Germaine, some nice downtempo hip-hop instrumentals, etc. A refuge from the Top 40 vibe.. and a nice selection of bourbon! We were on our way to the Indians game and this had great beer specials and they were featuring Tom's Foolery whiskey. Serving a Fourth of July punch that had apple pie whiskey that was quite tasty. They got rid of all the greatness and decided to make it just another generic overpriced bar. Severely disappointed. Avoid unless Molly McSweeney comes back. I've been to Re-Bar several times and just LOVE it! The atmosphere has a modern/ industrial edge and the drinks are superb! I enjoy their craft beers and selection of whiskies.
