The owner's creativity shines through in their innovative ideas. For instance, they significantly transformed the living room by removing the built-ins and connecting wall, creating a spacious and open layout. This was a game-changer for me, and I would not have thought of it myself. When they finished, new LVP flooring covered every surface, and the walls were painted to perfection. A doorway between the kitchen and the garage was widened, and a new door installed. The closet and built-ins in the living room were completely removed, and all new cabinetry, a double wall oven, refrigerator, cooktop, sink, and pot lights were installed in the kitchen. The backsplash was exactly what I wanted. It is absolutely beautiful. To ensure a seamless match, the owner and their crew showed up with some used light fixtures from their warehouse, providing them at no cost. I will have them back to install new light fixtures in the living room when I have the funds. Amazingly, A R General Contracting completed the entire project in just three weeks! Upon asking a few more questions, she proceeded to tell me "I'm not sure if you saw, but our company has almost a 5-star review and that's almost unheard of". I didn't know what to make of it, but considering what some of their reviews mentioned, I felt as though we were going to get the same treatment. She said she'd get back to me by Friday with a quote and a visual of the kitchen updates-- it was Tuesday that day. We gave her a call that Friday afternoon to follow up and she insisted that the cabinet company was taking a while and that she'd get back to us by Monday the latest if not over the weekend. We waited and got nothing so my husband called her the following Wednesday without ever hearing from her. She continued to reassure us that she hasn't forgotten about us and that she'd get back to us by Monday for sure. It's now been 21 days and we got no updates or any communication from them. On our dead-end road in Triangle (PWC), the crew has mostly been sitting in the truck and only making a quick pass every few hours, without actually clearing the snow properly. It feels like they're dragging the job out rather than doing thorough work. They getting pay by the hour perhaps ? The road remains unsafe and poorly maintained long after the storm. Who's ever is hiring these folks from the county needs to do a better job!

They tore off our old exterior stairs structure and siding, waterproofed the entire wall, and installed new siding and a stairs structure that is far superior to the old one. Their integrity and work quality are off the charts. The owner, Ahmad Khreshi, did thorough research before starting our well-planned project. I was impressed by his knowledge of current construction techniques and dedication to doing the job right. There were several problems that required Ahmad to think outside of the box, one being how to install siding under our existing power lines conduit which was mounted to the exterior wall at six different points. Several times, Ahmad's crew discovered water damage due to poor work by our developer. Ahmad was extremely flexible in adding repair of that damage into his work plan on top of the bid-upon work. Ahmad was kind and fair, listened to our concerns, answered our questions, kept us in the loop, worked with us on timing, and gave us a couple breaks. His crew was extremely professional and respectful, taking off their shoes when they had to come through the building and isolating interior work areas with plastic sheet dividers. When our project was completed, Ahmad send us the following. I've never worked with a contractor who followed up with an offer of help like this: "Remember, you can always reach out with any technical building related questions, in any trades. Plumbing: Cardboard left in drains (overflow in less than 1 month), pipes left active in attic (burst, collapsed through 3 floors). HVAC: Unauthorized work patched with duct tape, vents left uncovered. Windows: Wrong orders and sizes, one half the promised size. Safety: Ladder left on porch for a year; subs entered house unannounced. Timeline was equally disastrous: promised completion Apr 2024, revised to Oct 2024, finally finished Sept 2025. Multiple inspections failed. Project manager was a poor communicator, and the CEO stopped responding once problems escalated. Masonry and flooring were the only trades done competently. Everything else was systemic incompetence and mismanagement. Their 5-star rating does not reflect reality. Avoid at all costs.
