They completely remodeled my kitchen, repaired problems behind the baseboard in the living room, removed two built-ins, a closet and a short wall between the living room and the foyer, replaced lighting, painted and laid LVP flooring throughout all three areas. The owner's creativity shines through in their innovative ideas. For instance, they significantly transformed the living room by removing the built-ins and connecting wall, creating a spacious and open layout. This was a game-changer for me, and I would not have thought of it myself. When they finished, new LVP flooring covered every surface, and the walls were painted to perfection. A doorway between the kitchen and the garage was widened, and a new door installed. The closet and built-ins in the living room were completely removed, and all new cabinetry, a double wall oven, refrigerator, cooktop, sink, and pot lights were installed in the kitchen. The backsplash was exactly what I wanted. It is absolutely beautiful. To ensure a seamless match, the owner and their crew showed up with some used light fixtures from their warehouse, providing them at no cost. I will have them back to install new light fixtures in the living room when I have the funds. Amazingly, A R General Contracting completed the entire project in just three weeks! The owner's daily presence and the dedication of their crew ensured that every detail was meticulously executed. AR General Contracting does not start a job and then disappear to work on another job. They stay on the job until it is completed. Their prices are very fair. Payments are made along the way in a very reasonable sequence. There were no subcontractors - - they have all their bases covered with professionals on board. They can do anything that has to do with your renovation, plumbing, electrical work, painting, etc.. We converted two rooms plus a hallway into a master suite as well as split two large upstairs rooms into three. We had structural concerns and lots of logistics to work out and I wouldn't trust anyone other than Mike to draw up the plans to make sure everything is safe and up to code. Al oversaw the projects and was in constant communication with us and regularly was on site to make sure everything was going smoothly. If anything wasn't 100% correct or what we had discussed, he would make sure it was remedied. Big shout out to Franz who even showed up to work the day after his wife had a baby! The M3 team worked late days and on weekends (with our consent) to meet their deadlines, even when the county held them up with permitting issues they still worked hard to finish within our timeframe. We even made major changes to our plans after construction had begun and they were able to pivot and help us get more square footage for the upstairs bedrooms. There were also numerous curveballs that they handled with ease (ya never know what you'll get with an old house). This was our first time doing any sort of large project and the team at M3 gave us plenty of guidance and support to make sure the finished product exceeded our expectations. Our neighborhood has been largely neglected while surrounding streets were cleared hours ago. On our dead-end road in Triangle (PWC), the crew has mostly been sitting in the truck and only making a quick pass every few hours, without actually clearing the snow properly. It feels like they're dragging the job out rather than doing thorough work. They getting pay by the hour perhaps ? The road remains unsafe and poorly maintained long after the storm. Who's ever is hiring these folks from the county needs to do a better job!

They tore off our old exterior stairs structure and siding, waterproofed the entire wall, and installed new siding and a stairs structure that is far superior to the old one. Their integrity and work quality are off the charts. The owner, Ahmad Khreshi, did thorough research before starting our well-planned project. I was impressed by his knowledge of current construction techniques and dedication to doing the job right. There were several problems that required Ahmad to think outside of the box, one being how to install siding under our existing power lines conduit which was mounted to the exterior wall at six different points. Several times, Ahmad's crew discovered water damage due to poor work by our developer. Ahmad was extremely flexible in adding repair of that damage into his work plan on top of the bid-upon work. Ahmad was kind and fair, listened to our concerns, answered our questions, kept us in the loop, worked with us on timing, and gave us a couple breaks. His crew was extremely professional and respectful, taking off their shoes when they had to come through the building and isolating interior work areas with plastic sheet dividers. When our project was completed, Ahmad send us the following. I've never worked with a contractor who followed up with an offer of help like this: "Remember, you can always reach out with any technical building related questions, in any trades. I'm more than happy to give advice and guidance on code matters or general best practices, even if you are hiring other people."

Workmanship was awful: Carpentry: Misaligned deck, ramp rebuilt 5 times and still wrong. Painting: No primer, paint peeling, splatter on windows, floors, even personal items. Plumbing: Cardboard left in drains (overflow in less than 1 month), pipes left active in attic (burst, collapsed through 3 floors). HVAC: Unauthorized work patched with duct tape, vents left uncovered. Windows: Wrong orders and sizes, one half the promised size. Safety: Ladder left on porch for a year; subs entered house unannounced. Timeline was equally disastrous: promised completion Apr 2024, revised to Oct 2024, finally finished Sept 2025. Multiple inspections failed. Project manager was a poor communicator, and the CEO stopped responding once problems escalated. Masonry and flooring were the only trades done competently. Everything else was systemic incompetence and mismanagement. Their 5-star rating does not reflect reality. Avoid at all costs.
