I called ClaroPool on Tuesday afternoon and after a very helpful telephone conversation with Chris Little (Maintenance Director) who offered to schedule a site visit the next day. Chris arrived exactly on time the next day and was able to quickly resolve our issue with the iAquaLink app. He also managed to change app settings to solve a challenge that previous pool technicians told us was not possible. In a time when "customer service" does not seem as good as in past years, I was greatly impressed with Chris and the ClaroPool company. We will certainly call them again when new maintenance and repair matters arise. I highly recommend ClaroPool.

He listened to our many questions with patience and always responded with clear answers. The quote received was very reasonable, and the work began promptly and was finished in the timeline promised. Thomas came by daily to review the work, as well as touch base with us in person to keep us informed of the process and what the next day's work would be. They had a good size crew to ensure the work was finished on time . When the first coping color we selected didn't turn out as we expected, they redid the coping in a different two-tone color and texture that we preferred, and at no additional charge. Thomas even sent out his color expert to help with this final color application. Both the steps and pool coping turned out beautifully. Thomas and his team were a pleasure to work with and we would readily consider Splash Pool & Design again for future pool and spa work. At the end of the day, it was clear that our satisfaction with their work really mattered.

After recommendations from friends and neighbors, and interviews with several companies, I knew I had still not found my contractor. Then I read reviews on Google and Yelp and found Desert Luxury and asked them to come by. Dan showed up and we spent a couple of hours talking about all sorts of things related to the pool business, and I decided to ask him to help refine the design and provide a price. I knew from all the research I had done what the market price was for a pool of the size I wanted, and their price was right on target. At this point, Pete took charge and ran the project and communicated each step of the way what would be happening and when. From that point on it was smooth sailing all the way through the final inspection by the city. I expected a number of problems and delays to pop up, but the only issue that slowed the work was the amount of hand digging required to deal with all the rocks in the soil. I am very pleased with my pool and happy that it's done and ready for good times in the water.
