He scammed me for $400 saying my motherboard needed to be replaced because "it melted", so i left it assuming he was accurate seeing as i smelled burning plastic coming from my pc. HOWEVER! i recently took my pc into a different shop because i suspected 3P was not a good option anymore, seeing as the problem had returned and was way worse! my PC wouldn't even recognize that it was plugged into AC. So as it turns out, there was never a problem with my motherboard, in fact the ORIGINAL motherboard was still there (perfectly fine) and, all of what he'd done ended up causing me more problems! (He sauldered two points to over ride the voltage circulator, therefore taking a shortcut to fix my power supply that was only temporary!). So good bye $400. And goodbye 3P. Try IGS Solutions (couple blocks east of 3p) instead, or for that matter, ANYWHERE ELSE (I would trust myself to do this repair more than 3P Computers, and I know nothing about hardware)

One of the employees found it at this location and walked me through the order process. Best Buy doesn't have free Wi-Fi, so the employee typed in the store password for me. I loved how he sanitized his hands before touching my phone! I wasn't sure if the order would go through by the time I reached this location, but it did. I thought it might be easier to go into the store myself, but parking in this very busy plaza can be hectic. There are a few dedicated spots right in front for curbside pickups. I checked in online, using the "ready for pickup" email. It took a few minutes, but an employee came out and checked my two pieces of ID. She placed the item in my trunk, and gave me some time to check the order before leaving. Off I went, easy breezy! I will definitely take advantage of this service again.
