Never get your phone fixed here.
I have never received worst customer service in my entire life. I brought my four-month-old iPhone 6 in to get fixed as the screen had smashed. I asked many questions prior to leaving my phone with them including; are you sure you can fix a screen this damaged? will it work/look the same as before? etc. I was told everything would be fine and my phone would be back to normal within 30 minutes and that they might have to change the LCD screen (for an additional $30) because there were yellow spots on my screen.
I came back and sure enough, they had to change the LCD screen as well. Which was fine, I didn't want yellow spots on my phone either. In total it came to $110 (only $70 cheaper than Apple), I paid and walked out happy. As soon as I got home and looked at my phone I could tell the resolution and the colours of my screen were much different than before. The colours were faded and photos, etc weren't as clear. About two hours later my phone's screen would go black for about 30 seconds and then turn back on. This happened about 10 or so times that night and throughout the weekend.
The next day I noticed that on the left-hand side of my screen, along the edge, you could see the light shining out, meaning the screen was not properly clicked or placed in. Due to these two issues, I decided I was going to bring the phone back in Monday morning, as soon as I had a free hour. Before I got the chance to do that on Sunday I pulled my phone out of my purse (where I store it in it's own pocket) and the entire screen was black with a green stripe down the middle. Soon enough a red striped joined the green and then eventually half the screen went grey. My phone never turned on again.
Monday evening I brought the phone back into the store. After telling me I must have dropped it or it must have received water damage (wrong and wrong) I begged and pleaded with them to do something for me as I had been so careful with my phone all weekend and didn't understand what went wrong. I'll keep a long story short here, after going back and forth they told me that there was nothing they could do for me unless I wanted to pay another $150 for a new screen or $120 to have my screen sent off to the manufacturer where essentially the manufacturer would just tell them there was a crack in the LCD that you couldn't see unless you stripped away layers of the phone. In regards to the poor resolution my phone had, I was told it was because I chose the cheaper option when bringing it in to get fixed. Please note: I was never given more than one option. They tested a new screen on my phone, told me it worked, but I couldn't have it unless I paid for it. I asked how it's possible to get a small crack on the BACK of an LCD screen (which is apparently what caused my phone to do what it did) and they told me it can happen VERY easily and one time a guy left their store, put the phone up to his ear to make a call and it broke. Definitely not quality stuff here, guys.
I ran out of fight and walked away with a broken phone. Apple will not touch my phone as it has been touched by a third party company and is no longer under warranty.
PLEASE do yourselves a favour and DO NOT BRING YOUR PHONE HERE. Unless you want to pay $1000 for a brand new one from Apple afterwards. read more
