It was done within an hour. The second time I dropped my iPhone 4S and the back was cracked. I believe this was about $30 to replace and he did it on the spot. I also invested in a cover to prevent it from breaking again. I can't express how mild mannered and kind the man who works there is. He is very easy to deal with.

I know it's not Rocket Science or anything, but all I wanted was a second charger for my phone to keep at work. There were two people managing this kiosk when I arrived. One was eating KFC & the other seemed to be counting ceiling tiles. So not wanting to interrupt someone's supper, I asked 'tile counter' if he had any chargers. He suddenly got a stunned look on his face like I was asking him a math problem. He started typing something on the computer, maybe checking stock I thought. It's a freakin KIOSK! How much stock can you have of ANYTHING here? A 10 year old could tell you how much stock they had on hand. It's THAT small. Whatever he keyed in made him spin around, look in a drawer behind him and pull out a car adapter. Close, but I don't think you're listening here, pal. It has a PLUG on one end, you plug it in & you recharge your phone. Either he still didn't get it or was embarassed that he didn't know what I meant. He suggested I go over to the 'Source', which I did. They had them, I bought one, end of story. Rogers, you never cease to amaze me. Not only do you have the most useless, ass-scratchin, dumb as a post staff answering your phones, you have them working in the mall too.
