They are professional and love their work and it really shows. There's a mirror with combs and spraybottle in case you want to do some last min touch ups. They give directions for hair, pose, as well as some post shoot touchups. The whole process took less than 15 minutes and the photos always turn out really nice. I've had a few people see my passport and ask where I've gotten the photo done. Their prices are great too. My dad got lazy once and went somewhere else closer and he paid more for 1 copy than we usually do for 2. We haven't gone anywhere else ever since. This time I ended up getting two digital photos, but you have the choice of digital or 2 hard copy, and you can always come back later if you decide you also want the hard copy. Keep in mind it's cash only. They also do photo for babies. My go to spot for photos, highly recommend.

However, the shelves were such a mess with frames put into slots with different items mixed together that it became impossible to figure anything out. Ultimately, my biggest complaint was that I had I to come back to the store multiple times because the manager lied to me and then refused to acknowledge the problem.
