You pretty much go here if you are desperate to find an odd part as their stock is inconsistent and varies from one store to the next. It's one of those places you will need to spend some time rummaging through. Their prices are not cheap either. Before you buy anything here be sure that you really are going use your purchases as they have a very restrictive and lengthy return policy which pretty much means all sales are final for most of the stuff they sell in their stores. Customer service is rather poor and slow especially at the cash counter. I much prefer the prices, service and stock of Active Surplus which is an institution in downtown Toronto.

After a search on Google I found Sayal electronic had the part I needed! Checked the website, saw there was stock and which aisle and the next day I had a plan in place. There was plenty of parking outside and when you first enter this location it is filled with a variety of odds and ends but all good stuff. I found a lot of stuff here that I don't usually see anywhere else, and to be honest I was shocked how well organized everything was. Honestly though it was an "organized mess". You can find things easily but just the sheer amount of odds and ends makes it visually busy. I digress I was in and out in 30 minutes though I found my part in 2 minutes. Spent extra time exploring. I recommend checking the website first to see if they have what your looking for then of course head on in to explore.

The picture shows an obvious left-hand, right-hand facing sectional and Sam makes up stories that it is reversible, because he probably has only one side available. A child can look at the sofa and know it is not reversible. They think they can fool you but actually they are the ones who are stupid. Unfortunately, these are the kind of people that bring a bad name to Indian people. After I sent an etransfer, Sam keeps lying that the money is on hold. Anyone using etransfer system knows that auto-deposit means money gets deposited right away. The only people who have lied to me about this were two other Indian people sadly (I also sell furniture and they say the money will arrive in your bank the next day. Absolute bullshit!) So this man keeps making excuses telling me I should cancel from my bank. I even called my bank and they said they only way now is for the other party to refund. This is not India or some other country where you are sending a check that you can do a stop payment on. This is ETRANSFER which is immediate, within seconds. I have both sent and received refunds on etransfer and know this inside out. Yet, this innocent looking boy keeps lying and tries to insult me thinking he can intimidate me. Then he gets stubborn and won't send the refund and keeps saying 24 hours. His so-called colleague says he will not give reasons but he will just not send the etransfer back until 24 hours. So he has already contradicted Sam's bullshit who is lying to me that his bank says I can cancel the transaction before 6pm. Has anyone heard of this bullshit? Anyone in their right mind would know that once the money has already been deposited in another's bank account how can you cancel it? Is it like stealing money from someone else's bank account? I don't know what bullshit this guy is devising. It doesn't add up. Straight up thuggery! Garbage hooligans with a supposed side business. Who knows what that is! They can make personal attacks but can't take it. Somebody please find a way to get this bullshit, fraud business shut down ASAP!
