He also sent the pictures and a video via email. We watched the video he emailed. At the end of the video, after explaining all that he thought needed to be done, he ended the video by stating "easy money." We sought a second opinion. There was nothing wrong with our vent boxes or vent flashings. We paid $1100 to the other company to clean our roof and gutters.

They do an inspection as well and will fix any light repairs (there were a few loose nails in some flashing that they hammered back in) and let you know if there are any concerns you should address. They do a nice cleaning and washing of all the gutters and even though you can't really tell from the photos, my vinyl siding looks sparkling clean, especially the side that in the shade and gets a bit green.
