No frills no drama, no run down of added cost: believe me: some of the well drilling company may give low price bid and by the time job is done, they will add more stating that they had to drill through rock. Now after three years I applied to build new house and granny unit. I called them to do some dry well test and they were here in my property taking care of well test within no time. After speaking to the lady co-owner who for at least 15 min, she promised a call back to get me scheduled for an on-site appointment in a couple business days. I hung up the phone with lots of optimism. It's been two weeks and no phone call. What is going on with the local drill companies? Is there that much business they don't care about $20k jobs? The crew was very careful of their surroundings, such as our trees, and the only thing they left was an area of drilling spoils which is now starting to be reclaimed by Mother Nature.
