These guys are top notch. Any issue I have is fixed within a day. Last flood, my tank floated down the river.... Not only did Tyler find it caught in some muck but he relocated it above the waterline. Total bro. As long as he's taking my business, I giving him my money. read more

I had to remove my prior 5-star review of this place because they not only never finished part of a job they started for me 9 months ago, they are completely unable to return messages of any kind (voicemail, text, email -- I tried them all). Several years ago they installed a pump for me and were very responsive and reasonable, which I greatly appreciated. A year ago they installed a water storage tank for me, but screwed up my pump's gauge and did a total mickey-mouse job on the tank's electrical wire cover, using tape to cover part of the wires. They said they'd wait for the tank to settle and come back to affix a proper wire cover. I waited 7 months before contacting them to ask that it be taken care of -- after leaving 3 or 4 messages, I gave up. I had another company take care of things which, of course, means I had to pay for something that Sissel should've fixed for free. Whatever. I'm just glad it's done, glad I found a better, more responsive company, and glad to not be doing business with such immature unprofessionals. read more

I have called these guys several times because they are the closest pump-and-well operation near me. I have never received a call back. They have a good website, but I'm not sure whether they are still in business. read more

Great crew that go above and beyond! Tyler is clear, thorough and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend!

Had a minor leak at my well head. Called Ryan and he and his brother were out the next day. (not an emergency). Had all the parts on the truck. Replaced all the old parts and did a maintenance on the pressure tank controls. Great work ethic. knowledgable, experienced, fair. read more

Agree with another reviewer " That is either inexperience or pure incompetence to not have done their due diligence to make sure that the system was fully functional before they left. "I had the same experience. They replaced a pump for ~$3K (not sure that was even the problem at this point) and left. They didn;t turn the pressure pump back on (after I had mentioned several times it had been malfunctioning) nor did they prime the holding tank so even if everything was turned back on the system would have failed again. Called Luciano Pump in Healdsburg. They did what should have been done which was check the entire system and they even found a leak that Tyler and brother failed to detect. Prompt service but you will get expensive replacements that may or may not be needed and you may still not have a functioning system. Make sure everything is turned on and working before they leave, read more

100% recommend Jack Sissel Pump! Amazing response time, no crazy unnecessary sales tactics, just a reliable hard-working family Team. I called on a stormy, windy miserable day and they responded to my call in less than an hour and came out 45 minutes after they called me to assess the issue. My pump had failed and they had my well / pump up and running in less than a day (during a major storm). Super grateful to this Team. read more

Tyler came out in a crunch to check our pump and diagnose the problem. Not only did he diagnose the problem in record time but he came back and installed a pressure tank and pump control an hour later. The resident of the property is disabled and Tyler was so kind! We highly recommend this business and Tyler Schneider ! Thank you so much! read more

I highly recommend JS Pump Service! Tyler promptly responded to our service request and accurately diagnosed the problem. More importantly, he was extremely flexible when we ran into some challenging access issues than necessitated a skid steer to remedy. They got us up and running as quickly as possible. Very impressed with these hardworking and honest people! read more

I called them on a Sunday morning and they came right out to determine why my well was leaking water. They came back Monday morning and installed a new well pump and replaced the bad plumbing. I am so relieved to have water back! They are super nice, honest, knowledgeable, fair and efficient. read more

My family and I just moved to our new property in February. Three days ago our well pump went out so we decided to call the number that was on the pump. We have no shower, no running water in our home, no water for our pigs or chickens and have just planted thousands of dollars worth of landscaping and never received a call back. This morning after reaching out MULTIPLE times we received the below message. From Tyler: Do to not getting paid in time last time you will have to find another company to work out there. Thanks For this company to make assumptions as to who we are is completely uncalled for. We are not the previous owner, I do not know what happened prior to moving onto this property and we do not owe you money. We just need our pump fixed so we have running water. read more

Amazingly helpful company. Called them about an undisclosed, dormant well for a buyer, I'm a realtor, and they told me to send pics. Jack himself called me back within a few hours and explained it all to me so I could reassure my client. They're lovely and so knowledgeable. I highly recommend them! read more

Outstanding emergency service. Both of our water pumps died due loss of system integrity. Tyler came out early Sunday morning to install a temporary pump and got the water pressure back up. Tyler and Dustin returned Monday morning and installed 2 new pumps, reconfigured pipes and replaced malfunctioning valves. They did a great job. Thank you. I highly recommend this company . read more

The pump for our well recently broke leaving us to seek someone new to restore water to the home. We called Jack Sissel Pump & Well Service and am so glad we did! Tyler arrived on time and was a blend of professionalism, knowledge and friendliness. He solved our water problems, replaced the pump, and educated us on how to keep the new one solid. I highly recommend them for your pump and well needs. :) read more

Unfortunately, I have to update my review. After telling this company several times that I thought the system wasn't put in correctly - with such a small pressure pump that it turns on each and every time water is turned on - they said it was fine and didn't change it. So now I have to call a new company to fix the problem. read more

When our pump went down in the middle of our business day a live person answered the phone, they were on site in less than an hour and the pump was fixed within an hour after that at a very reasonable price. It doesn't get any better than that! read more

I was very impressed with their service. My tenant called me with a problem stating his pressure tank was leaking and not getting any water pressure. I gave Jack Sissel a call and he sent his grandson, Tyler out within the hour to check out the problem. They went ahead and replaced the pressure tank and left the bill at my property next door. The problem was fixed within the hour and my tenant had good running water again. This is the second time they were quick like that. A few months back I had a problem with a different rental where my tenants had no water. Jack had it fixed within a few hours and they were back and running again with water. Great service. Reasonable rates. Good family business. I'm impressed. I'd call them again anytime with any of my well and pump problems. Diane H.... Sebastopol, CA read more

Called and arranged a site visit for a quote. No reply to several emails. Thanks for wasting our time. Go elsewhere.

My pump failed late Friday night. I called early Saturday morning, and Tyler responded within the hour. He got us working but indicated that the pump was apparently failing. He and his partner Dustin were our early this morning. In less than 1 1/2 hours, the replaced the pump, 100' feet of pipe, and a control unit - very professionally and at a fair price. We can highly recommend them. They were professional and very friendly and easy to work with. read more

I had a malfunctioning pump at my rental property and called Jack Sissel for service. They did responded promptly and sent Tyler out to look at the problem and he did initially restore water on the property. However, a few hours after Tyler left, he called me around 4pm and told me that my tenants were still reporting issues with the water and that he won't be going back out until 8am the next day to look at the issue. Two hours later, when all my tenants got home and needed to use water there was no water and I had to scramble to call Tyler and beg him to go back out that night to fix the issue. So having known that there was a potential issue around 4pm, they refused to go back to look at it until the next day and then later I had to beg them to go back out to fix the issue (and pay the emergency rate) because either I was going to pay my tenants to stay in a hotel that night or pay them for emergency service to fix the problem that night. That is either inexperience or pure incompetence to not have done their due diligence to make sure that the system was fully functional before they left. When I called the owner to talk about this experience, his response was rude and full of expletives. He sweared at me with some expletives before I even had a chance to speak and he hung up on me. This is a business that lacks class and professionalism. If you are calling Jack Sissel out for service be prepared to pay them to go out multiple times because they may not fix all your issues all at once. read more
