By 11:00 am on Sunday, the selection was becoming limited and I didn't get the impression they were making more. In addition to donuts, they sell breakfast sandwiches (on a croissant or bagel). I wasn't hungry enough to order one but I will next time! The prices are super reasonable. Half a dozen donuts and medium coffee cost $7 with tax. After eating here, I'm not sure I'll ever go back to Dunkin or Krispy Kreme! read more

Yay! FRESH donuts in Larry-ville! First time stopping in and Ray's did not disappoint! Visit was on a Friday around 9:45 am. Ordered the family a variety of donuts and a sausage, egg, and cheese bagel and coffee for me. Absolutely everything was really good and fairly priced (compared to fast food). This Ray's Donuts is amazing! The donuts are Super Fresh. The staff is very friendly and the food is good. The breakfast sandwiches were really nice everything is super fresh. Best old fashioned donut I've ever had. I get an old fashioned everywhere I go and by far this is the best. The people are extremely friendly as well. Don't go in expecting flash and flair. We are new to the area and have been on the hunt for really good donuts. We finally found some really good donuts at Ray's! The glazed buttermilk bar is one of the best I've ever had. We had a few others including a cinnamon sugar twist and a lemon filled, also great. I was very disappointed in the old fashioned but it was by no means bad, just not great. The staff and honestly the other customers were very nice and I was in and out in under 5 minutes. Ray's Donuts is an awesome place to get fresh, delicious donuts and breakfast sandwiches with tons of flavor! The cheese on the sausage croissant is so gooey and yummy! I love that you can actually taste the butter on their croissants too. I didn't see any jelly or jam available, but they do offer hot sauce. My croissant didn't need anything extra though, it was perfectly flavored! The glazed donuts are soft, and melt in your mouth...not overly sweet either. As far as service goes, the cashier is super friendly, efficient, and is always smiling. She's also super hard working, and takes every order in detail. Like others have noted, it is best to arrive early. I went on a Wednesday morning around 6am, and there was already a line forming. Good thing is you'll be in and out within 10-15 minutes. Just found this gem a few weeks ago when my wife was in the local hospital overnight. Can't say enough good things about it. They have cake donuts (more like Duncan Donuts), but they are most like Krispy Kreme in that the majority are the fluffy yeast style. OH SO GOOD! But to make them even better, the prices are not way expensive like KK. I think we got a dozen of all different types of specialist donuts and a Coke for under $10. AND it is a family owned and operated chain by great people. This is our new go to do it shop. read more

I've been here a few times and all the times the donuts have been good. I really like the chocolate donut glazed and the Boston creme. The cashier is always polite. It's big and spacious although there are only 3 tables - they aren't typically filled up anyway since this location is still fairly new to open.
