The meatloaf was thick, juicy, and had that "somebody's been perfecting this recipe since 1978" flavor going on. The ciabatta held it together like a champ, and those hand-cut fries? Lord have mercy. Crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside -- the kind you keep saying "just one more" until suddenly the basket's empty and you're thinking about ordering another. Now here's the real kicker: they've got gluten-free options, which means I can bring my wife this weekend without her looking at the menu like it personally offended her.
