The building front and yard art out front was really unique. Drift wood decorations, one was an entire horse. Lots of paintings line the walls of the entrance way. The old hotel sign reads Ralins Western Lodge, but it's in the shape of an old key. Check in was easy, the gentleman was kind and we were given a real key for our door. The bedroom was clean. King size bed. Very comfy bed, unique decor. I liked the big wood pieces for headboard. Clean bathroom and good water pressure. Note: place is close to the train tracks and they are sporadic through out the night. Also if you are early riser, the front desk wasn't manned. There was a sign to leave your key and/or call if you need something. Worked for us perfectly.

Outside are some ratty chairs and a bbq grill, but picnic tables are being made as replacements. Don't let those chairs get in your way of staying here, the atmosphere is quiet. The train that rolls through nearby does not blow it's horn. We paid $74.00 for a King. Thank you Mike and staff for a wonderful stay, from now on when we come to Rawlins, we will stay with you!

The sink had not been cleaned, the toilet had not been cleaned in a long time, the shower had not been cleaned. There were used earplugs on the floor. Paint coming off the walls. When addressed with the attendant, they just shrugged their shoulders and said "It's the best I can do". When requested to have it cleaned the request was denied. When asked for a refund so we could go somewhere else that was denied as well. We paid full price to stay in the room less than an hour before we left and found another hotel.

My room felt fresh and well maintained. The front desk staff was helpful and easy to work with. For a quick overnight stop, it did exactly what I needed it to do. Breakfast was the weakest part. It's difficult for 2 people to get ready with one mirror. (2) The room needs at least 1 luggage stand. Most people aren't going to unpack for a 1 night stay. (3) Fix/replace the A/C in room 116. It's really loud. Thankfully my wife and are sound sleepers so it didn't interrupt our sleep. Otherwise we enjoyed the stay and would stay again.

We also stoped by hobo springs before heading out our kids loved playing in the river and hot springs! Thank you for a great stay CopperLine Lodge!! From Samantha & Fano And Mack and Koa

The ladies at the front desk are very friendly and helpful and I will definitely come back here. The only thing short on this hotel is bed bugs, we did not find any bed bugs but were very very disappointed in our three night get-a-way!! (However the shower insert is newer but you know there has to be mold and such growing behind it 5) broken window in bathroom so they cut a piece of plexy glass to cover it up, however it squeals with air pressure window or change. 6) carpet is nasty and literally pieced and cut out with very visible pieces...... 7) give the Saratoga Inn marketing department koodoes as there explanation for literally "ear plugs" is very creative and softens the blow that you will need ear plugs for sleeping.... 8) the 37" TV is literally setup in the other room and it's so small you can't even see it that great from bed.
