The building front and yard art out front was really unique. Drift wood decorations, one was an entire horse. Lots of paintings line the walls of the entrance way. The old hotel sign reads Ralins Western Lodge, but it's in the shape of an old key. Check in was easy, the gentleman was kind and we were given a real key for our door. The bedroom was clean. King size bed. Very comfy bed, unique decor. I liked the big wood pieces for headboard. Clean bathroom and good water pressure. Note: place is close to the train tracks and they are sporadic through out the night. Also if you are early riser, the front desk wasn't manned. There was a sign to leave your key and/or call if you need something. Worked for us perfectly.

It was extremely windy outside, go figure, it is Wyoming. My mom got out of the car to check in and the wind pushed her back against her car. The man who was at the front desk saw what was happening rushed out to help her inside. My mom checked in and mentioned they were hungry and was told that there was a Subway nearby and that the wind shouldn't be too bad there. When they returned to the hotel after supper the wind was still very strong and mom knew she wouldn't be able to make it inside on her own. She called the front desk and the man came out to help. He helped my mom in, then my dad, then their luggage, and then parked their car for them. My mom asked if he was allowed to accept tips and the man informed her he was one of the owners. Mom said his kindness almost brought her to tears. The next morning as they were checking out the man, who she now knew was an owner, walked into the hotel to start his day, saw my mom and offered to get the car and take their luggage out and then help them to their car. I was over 500 miles away and a very kind man helped my parents out in a way I was unable to. Absolutely amazing representation of the hotel. Also, my parents said the hotel had been recently remodeled and that it was done very well. Thank you so much!!

My room felt fresh and well maintained. The front desk staff was helpful and easy to work with. For a quick overnight stop, it did exactly what I needed it to do. Breakfast was the weakest part. Overall, if you are looking for a clean, budget-friendly place to crash for the night, this AmericInn gets the job done.

The sink had not been cleaned, the toilet had not been cleaned in a long time, the shower had not been cleaned. There were used earplugs on the floor. Paint coming off the walls. When addressed with the attendant, they just shrugged their shoulders and said "It's the best I can do". When requested to have it cleaned the request was denied. When asked for a refund so we could go somewhere else that was denied as well. We paid full price to stay in the room less than an hour before we left and found another hotel.

The ladies at the front desk are very friendly and helpful and I will definitely come back here. I believe this motel deserves a solid four stars, I gave it five to offset some of the lower ratings others have given it!

The only thing short on this hotel is bed bugs, we did not find any bed bugs but were very very disappointed in our three night get-a-way!! Also this place charged my credit card for one night when I made reservations (which is fine), however received a call from the night before our reservation confirming our arrival and when we showed up there were two credit charge slips for the $1000 for three nights already ran the day before we arrived. I was like what.... Crazy, they should be reported for this practice! Here is a small list of some of the highlights of nasty: 1) there is no room for any toiletries 2) the toilet sub floor is destroyed and the toilet rocks and is hanging on by a small bolt. 3) the ceiling fan vent is as disgusting and full of grossness 4) a mixture of mold/grout and just pure nastyness in the shower and ceiling. (However the shower insert is newer but you know there has to be mold and such growing behind it 5) broken window in bathroom so they cut a piece of plexy glass to cover it up, however it squeals with air pressure window or change. 6) carpet is nasty and literally pieced and cut out with very visible pieces...... 7) give the Saratoga Inn marketing department koodoes as there explanation for literally "ear plugs" is very creative and softens the blow that you will need ear plugs for sleeping.... 8) the 37" TV is literally setup in the other room and it's so small you can't even see it that great from bed. Absolutely no TV guide reading.... Take a peek at my pics, they tell the true story!! I have stayed in some nice places and I don't mind paying for nice accommodations, but this is "rape" and they should really look deep at this property being kept together with duct tape and lipstick!!
