Looking for a plant based restaurant in Memphis is very difficult…read more The experience here solidifies my feelings. I've been here about 3-4 times for various items and none are impressive. The smoothie bowl was melted, the fresh juice was pre juiced and poured in to a cup, and the zucchini noodle bowl was just... bleh. In this economy to toss a plate due to undercooked sweet potato and over cooked zucchini noodles as well as lack of flavor is sad, but expected. My advice to this establishment would be; plant based does not mean lack of flavor. Nor does it mean lack of presentation bc my food looked like it was thrown into a box. Very unappealing. Cashew ranch is impressive! Hence my two stars. Would not recommend and won't be coming back.

The afternoon tea tray was served with no introduction of the items. The tray came out much earlier than our teas, so we sat with no water refill or tea. Our 4 teas took around an hour to come out, (the menu says afternoon tea is capped at 1.5 hours) and after inquiring multiple times on our order we got little updates. The servers seemed more concerned with cleaning the tables off than serving them. The portion size from the tea tray was not up to the standard of other afternoon teas in the area. It's cute inside, and very instagrammable, but you should just leave after a few cute pics because you will be waiting far too long for anything else. The manager was kind with our concerns and feedback, but I would not recommend going unless you have a lot of time to waste.

Mistakes happen, so I'm absolutely open to giving this restaurant another chance. The quick resolution did not go unnoticed. Thanks so much ! I purchased a feast for work on December 23, 2025, which was advertised to feed 8-10 people. I picked up the order around 4:30 p.m. Since I work nights, we didn't open the bags until later. Once everything was laid out, I realized a double order of pulled pork was missing. I called the restaurant at 9:48 p.m. to report the issue. After explaining the situation, the associate who answered placed me on hold, which was concerning since the restaurant closed at 10 p.m. When she returned, I had to explain the issue again before being transferred to a manager. The manager, whose name I unfortunately don't recall, was very kind and attentive. He acknowledged the mistake immediately and stated that he would issue a refund for the missing items. He also collected my personal information and said he would be sending a gift card for the inconvenience. To date, I have received neither the refund nor the gift card, and I haven't received any follow-up from the restaurant. While the food itself was pretty good, the lack of follow-through in customer service makes me hesitant to patronize this business again. For future reference: under-promise and over-deliver.

If you are in your overpriced mediocre sandwiches, this is your place.
