I didn't like the fact that they didn't notify me when they arrived to the store. I had to call them myself. I was told this service would take about 45mins. It took a little longer. Where do I start, came in looking rims for my bmw looking around fairly friendly at first told them my budget range but kept pushing to get a $2,000-$3,000 set but got a cheaper that's my style weekly budget fit so I did the paperwork shook hands done deal , then later in the week got the brakes done because the needed to be serviced so drove down to Firestone to get my breaks done the asked who put the rims on, I said rent a wheel 1960, said ok, well the stripped and damaged two wheel hubs, so I called them asking an explanation, this is where I lost it they said flat out nope not us we could possibly have done that were a professional business the idiots who did your brakes damaged your vehicle, they won't take responsibility for the damages so in that sense I sad cancel my plan and we're even and they no you have cosmetic damage to the rim you need to pay us that then we'll cancel your plan. Cosmetic damage = $269, damage they caused to my wheel hub including labor and parts $1,375. The denied everything so I threatened to sue them. So unprofessional and rude assholes. This is my 4 attempt to get something done that should have been down when the new tire was installed. At this point I'm just overwhelmed and completely feeling hopeless. I have never in my life had so many issues with the rims and tires on my car. This has been a long ongoing and never ending disaster from start up until now. At this point I can write a book on how many times I have had my tires replaced because either something was put on wrong from the shop workers or just excuses after signing for rims that oh I'm sorry they don't fit your car make and model after I complain of shacking. This is my second set of tires and rims and still my brand new 2016 car feels miserable driving because of the uncomfortable shacking these rims cause. I was told that the shop manager ordered some part to adjust my rims to fit may car make better still after this my car feel like I'm driving up a Rocky Mountain. I can't even drive Uber because my clients have complained of the shacking my car does once I drive above 60 mph. I literally have to leave my house for work a hour early because of the discomfort I feel on the freeway driving so I take the back roads. Most people complain about check engine lights or breaks or even others issues caused by their car my only issue since I bought my car was my tires. I just feel so sad while driving and often feel like crying because I have spent $1,300 on my rims and tires not including all the gas going back and fourth for consistent issues with my tires. I feel like the best thing to do is put back on my factory tires but then I have wasted $1,300 that I can't get back and this is just not right. Recently I went to put air in my tire because every other day the tire light comes on and firestone informed me that my front left tire and been put on my car inside out. I called the shop and informed them and of course they changed out the tire and put it on correct but then guess what happens.... my car drives even worst now. At this point I don't know what a normal smooth driving car feels like.I just don't get it. All I wanted to do was purchase good tires and enjoy my nice looking car but instead I have had nothing but havoc since going to this place and purchasing rims and told stories after stories. Even some of the people that work there told me that the tires were bad for my car. It's really sad because everyone at the shop including the manager Brian are all extremely nice but all I wanted was some good tires and rims that actually fit my car and allow me to feel and drive safe. Can anyone help me with this? Im asking to speak to the district manager or maybe his boss because this experience since day one have been a nightmare. I can't take it anymore. Horrible customer service. I've been waiting 2 1/2 hours and car still hasn't been done!!!! And now I've waited over 4 hours!!!

I own a 2019 Toyota Tacoma. I purchased mayhem rims and amp tires. They placed a ridiculous amount of weights on each rim trying to balance each tire. I brought my vehicle back to them and told them my brand new truck was pulling to the right, and is vibrating now. I called them immediately about this problem and they said that it just needs a wheel alignment. It continues to do so after a wheel alignment. Which they are aware of. They finally checked the problem, said we had a bent rim. A BENT RIM THEY OBVIOUSLY SOLD US AND PUT ON OUR TRUCK!!! It's driven this way ever since we've exited the parking lot after purchasing these rim and tires on a Saturday. I told them we wanted a new set of wheels and tires. That it was unacceptable that I drove in there with a perfect 2019 Tacoma that had NO PROBLEMS!!! and now it's vibrating and pulling to the right. A vehicle that had absolutely no vibration, and had perfect alignment. They just claimed it needed a wheel alignment. My truck has been aligned. Aligned 3 times now. I went back AGAIN and told them they need to make this right as a business. They have still refused at this point to make this right. So I wanted to return the rims and tires. They refused to take them back! They said they could not give me another set of rims or tires. They told me that I owned the tires now, wasn't renting them, because they already got their money. YES, THIS IS WHAT I WAS TOLD!! So, it's okay for them to install a damaged rim? It's okay for them to provide such unprofessional service that now my vehicle vibrates and pulls to the right after they serviced it? It's been aligned THREE TIMES!!!! It's okay for them to DAMAGE MY TRUCK? Let me start posting pictures on Facebook of your inferior work and the numerous weights you placed on each rim. If your business could not provide the proper rims and tires for our 2019 Toyota Tacoma 4 wheel drive, THEN YOU HAD NO BUSINESS TAKING OUR MONEY. You fill out this credit app where they take the money out of your bank Acct weekly. They have POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND BUSINESS PRACTICES. LIE TO THEIR CUSTOMER. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE PLEASE. IT IS A SHAM. I have rights as a customer. I will not pay for this!!! I am going to report them to the BBB, place this on Facebook and anywhere else I can. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. Hey, Sabrina, if you're still the customer service representative , this isn't a lie or exaggeration. It's the truth. My Toyota has regular service through the dealership. I have computer records. By the way, I've made every payment on time even though I've been screwed over by your business and now my new vehicle is damaged. If I could rate this a zero, I would, but here we are & I never write reviews, but this one is needed. The way the TIRE TECH treated me while I was trying to get information from a purchase I made, last month. Didn't know he was a tire tech until AFTER a different rent a tire manager called the store. He couldn't figure out the answer to my question and tried to get aggressive with me, and i couldn't believe what I was hearing, luckily I was in another Rent-A-Tire getting information while I was getting disrespected for no reason because he couldn't find me in the computer system. I couldn't believe the way he was talking to me, so I decided to put it on speaker and the manager heard the way he was speaking to me, I asked him what's his store number at least FOUR times and he rudely said "I'm asking you a question, you don't ask me anything"(He's a tire tech, why was he on the phone) he had no phone etiquette once so ever. So I ended the phone call and the manager called and he spoke rudely with her and denied anything I said, so she asked for the MANAGER and he said "he's at lunch" so she called back on the store cell phone and the manager Todd answered and said he was right there while he answered and said "I didn't hear him," but didn't you say he was at lunch!? They are so RUDE!!!!! The manager made it worse, an email was to district and I would love feedback-- I been with R-A-T for 7 years and from that phone call alone I will NOT be back & I'll never refer anyone here until that matter is fixed. I got tires from the fm1960 and I-45 location and I dealt with Malcolm. I was late on my 2nd payment and he shows up at my doorstep blocking my vehicle in the driveway telling me he's going to take my tires if I didn't pay that instant. I was caught off guard and shocked. I ended up paying a partial payment and he left. I immediately called the store and went nuts on them. No matter what the contract says we don't live in the old time western days. You don't go to people's homes and threaten them. I ended up being late again for a few weeks. Yes, I know I need to pay my bills but I'm self-employed and things happen sometimes. They came a 2nd time and started removing lug nuts. I ran outside and told them to get off my property. He insisted walking around me to proceed removing the tires. I called the cops out. Do not let these people scare you. It is against the law for them to. One to your house and threaten you to take their tires back no matter what your contract says. You can file burglary charges and the police will take them to jail. Just giving you a heads up if you find yourself being harassed by these people if you are late on a payment. This is not a guess or a opinion. It is fact and the law. Tell them to not come to your home ever again. If they want to pursue you, they have to file a claim in a civil court read more

Worst place ever! I bought $4200 tires almost 2 months ago and i gave them $400 up front and $200 automatically withdrawn from my account every week! I had an emergency come up so i called them and asked them if i could skip a week of payment and the manager didn't even consider giving me a chance! This is the 2nd time I've bought tires from them and it will be the last time! Not to mention that when i bought my tires they didn't even balanced my tires and i had to go back because my truck was shaking alot and they sent me all the way to the crosstimbers store driving like this and i had my wife and my 10 month old baby daughter with me! I've always paid my payments on time and even the 1st time i bought from them i paid the wheels before the 90 days and even this time i will pay them before the 90 days if not i have to pay 110 percent of interest! The manager told me he couldn't let me skip a payment because the account is on a month and a half but he didn't even checked that i have bought tires from them in the past and paid them off on time! This is the worst place ever for buying tires and it will be the last time i buy from this company! read more

This place is a joke. To start there selection is garbage. Most of everything in the shop is used and looks to be well over used. My biggest problem is that i went in for a set of rims and they didnt have them, of course they can order them but then you have to pay a 500$ deposit. So i chose a different set and they put them on. The next day i notice some wheel wobble, so i go back in and they blame it on my tie rods. so they say thell balance them, ok. So next day still same problem, so i go back and they rebalance again. Same issue. Drive to work next day and its so bad i have to have my car towed. come to find out a rim is bent, car place doesnt want to mess with it form there and says take it back to rent a tire. So they order me 1 new rim. Comes in and i go wait 3 hours for it to be put on, meanwhile they are taking customers cars back that showed up after me. Finally they get done and i leave. Hour later im back waiting another 2 hours cause wobble was even worse. So come to find out the other 3 rims a bent....WOW really? Yall didnt check these when you got them back in from previous renter? LAME! so in the time im sitting there, i go ahead and pay my weekly fee. Tire guy comes up and says we will order you 3 new rims, cool. how long is this going to take cause 1 rim took almost 2 weeks. Oh , early in the week. So i say ok, thanks, which im not happy by any means. So i leave and wobble all the way home. Go to check bank and they debited my card 2 times, wtf? call them on monday, manager says ill get that refunded to you today, and yet here i am a day later no rims, and no refund, WTF! Excuses excuses, this place is as bad as the replacment refs we have in the NFL right now. Recomendation, don't shop here! read more
