Came here to look at a 2025 CX5. While we've been in an older model of this car, I wanted to see what changes had been done and how this one drove.
Multiple cars on the lot, and multiple salespeople ambling around. We were eventually approached by one who was nice but not really that helpful. He took us on a short test drive around this very busy, very crowded dealership.
We did ask him some specific questions (regarding wheel size, cargo capacity and cargo measurements) that he wasn't quite sure about. Eventually wheel size was determined, but he had no idea about measurements in the cargo area, with or without the back seats down.
Unimpressed.
I personally own a Mazda MX5 Miata that was purchased from a now-closed dealership that Team Gillman absorbed. I recall receiving a lot more knowledgeable responses from their sales team. Too bad they're no longer in business.
While we liked the CX5, it was not the vehicle of our choice. I'm grateful, though, that there was a location not too far from us where we could check it out. Other than that, Team Gillman Mazda didn't really do much more for us. read more
