Jules is an amazing healer and intuitive acupuncturist. After going to community acupuncture on and off, I found it was incredibly worth it to see someone in their private practice. I went to Jules for help with persistent pain stemming from a high speed bicycle on car collision caused by a negligent driver months before. I had been seeing a chiropractor and massage therapist but there were still a lot of unresolved issues keeping me from riding and racing my bike. I randomly found Jules on my Oakland acupuncture search to help me with digestive problems. I was looking for someone close to me but also figured I'd give acupuncture a try since for years I wasn't getting anywhere with other methods. It is amazing how quick acupuncture works. I was very skeptical and not sure what I would feel if anything but instead I felt great. Jules is extremely knowledgeable in her field, making all sorts of connections that no one else ever made with me that were so right on. She answered any questions I had and I felt very safe and comfortable discussing things with her. She talks about stagnate qi and something about liver blood and how certain foods are inflammatory. Then she gave me chinese herbs and diet advice which have resolved so many issues. I originally went to Jules for digestive problems but over the course of my treatments she has helped me with reoccurring headaches and painful PMS!!!. My digestive problems are completely resolved, well at least now I know my triggers and I'm good as long as I stay away from certain foods.
