Both Olivia and Oscar were very nice and made sure the service was completed to my satisfaction before I paid. The only thing I will say was it was too much air in the tire compared to the other 3 but it was nothing to just let some out. This family-founded, family-run business is a true treasure in our community! When my mother first…read morelocated this shop, she wanted a place to take her loved, older Toyota vehicle for maintenance and repairs. She had such a good experience that she recommended the shop to me for repairs on my former vehicle and, more recently, for my used car pre-purchase inspection. Right from the start, the staff made me feel at home and made recommendations to guide me to find the perfect vehicle for me. I also learned that some special dealerships offer either "pre-purchase inspection off-site" or "3-day money back guarantees" virtually eliminating "buyer's remorse." So I focused my search on dealerships with either of these two options in order that A. Anthony's was essentially a "co-pilot" in my car search. A huge shoutout to Genette! She was amazing, walking me through the used car purchase process, giving the vehicle a thorough inspection, and explaining all the next steps. Her attention to detail and patience with all my questions made me feel totally confident in my purchase, and I am extremely happy with my used car purchase. They truly set high standards for great service and genuine care. Everyone here is super-friendly and professional, and it's clear they really care about their customers (which is smart business imo). In addition to ubiquitous brands like Toyota, Honda, Ford, they work on all brands of vehicles including luxury lines Mercedes, Audi, Buick, Lexus, and more. If you need auto repair or are looking to buy a used car, I recommend you consider building a long-term relationship with them.

Whenever I go to the service department at the car dealership and they give me a list of "recommendations", I politely tell them, "just the oil change please" and then I go to Savco to see what I can save. I know that Mike and his team will tell me the real deal about my car and not try to just make a buck. I truly appreciate that. The level of customer service and care that they show their customers is unmatched in car repair shops. Whenever I go, people walk in and say "hey Mike" and he greets them with a smile. If your car is in need of some TLC, take your baby to Savco. You won't get any coffee or snacks. You won't get a complimentary car wash. But you'll get your car serviced professionally at a very reasonable price.

Whether it was misplaced, lost, or taken, the fact is that it's gone. My car sat at your dealership for a week, and I ended up having to spend $140 to replace the part. I even had to buy another one on eBay for nearly twice what I originally paid. Had I known my belongings weren't secure while my car was left overnight, I never would have left it there. What frustrates me most is that no one took accountability, no one confirmed what happened, and I was never reimbursed for the missing part. From my perspective, this happened while my vehicle was in your care, and that's why I'm still upset. I also demand the money that I spent on my car part on eBay, which was $140. A 2016 Jeep patriot, a 2015 Kia forte with a turbo and my work vehicle here and I will die on my soapbox saying these guys are number one. My jeep patriot needed a rear differential, and Ricardo told me exactly what it was and how it is. After taking my 2015 Kia forte to several other shops (after going to this particular shop in which they told me that I needed a new Turbo) I held off on getting the new Turbo because we knew that it was going to be an expensive investment. I reluctantly tried to find a less expensive option and with these lesser expensive options, not one time was I told that I was going to need a new Turbo (I kept this information in the back of my brain to see how the other mechanic shops would treat me) This could have been debunked with Sim check engine light code in which I was never told by the other Shop. To make a long story short, because I tried to find the less expensive route ended up having to not only get a new turbo, but a new engine. With my tail stuck between my legs and with my subconscious telling me I told you so I came back to the shop and Boy oh boy! These guys have this car running as it was straight out of the Kia factory!
