It was good and fairly priced, perfect for a quick lunch. I ordered the beef lo mein, which may not be their signature dish, but it was still done well. The noodles were thinner than usual, though they had a nice texture. The sauce was well balanced and flavorful, exactly what you'd want in a lo mein. The beef was tender, though I wouldn't have minded a bit more of it. The portion size felt fair for lunch, especially at $16. While it may not be the absolute best lo mein value around, I didn't feel the price was unreasonable. There was one woman working the entire front, and she was very friendly and attentive. The restaurant itself is clean, nicely decorated, and welcoming. Overall, I'd return to try some of their other menu items or stop in again for a quick lunch. read more

Rasa Sayang - Beef lo mein - Pan Asian Near Me - Roswell, Georgia

Our return after a full year, to Rasa Sayang was a great dining experience. My first Yelp of Rasa Sayang stated all of the South East Asian culinary delights. Today is no difference even though the management changed, the kitchen staff maintains the same carefully crafted ingredients for dishes of Malaysian and Indonesian, Thai and Chinese fare. Our tastebuds say the flavor is Malaysian, but the real Indonesian names of appetizers and entrees on the menu finds you savoring the tastes you long for. Lempers and eggrolls, chicken satay (5 sticks to one order), Beef Rendang (still an outstanding beefy classic), Bihun goreng and Nasi Goreng made the grade. I must mention that Vegan friendly Kwetiaw goreng with vegetable soup and ginger salad were also on the table, and for the Thai food aficionado, a heaping plate of Pad Thai noodles was delivered. We dont find our way to Malaysian/Indonesian food places very often, but when we do, we have a feast. Yes we can say "makan makan enak sekali, Terimah Kasi Rasa Sayang". read more

One of the best bites I've had in London. The decor was well thought out, especially the Milo utensil holders. Service was a bit slow but friendly nonetheless. It gets really busy, so reservations are recommended, especially on weekends! The food came out piping hot and fresh. Phenomenal roti canai, the curry has crab chunks inside which was well appreciated. The char kway teow had great wok flavor. The laksa had a good crab flavor and the fixings were generous. I also ordered the teh tarik - a strong milk tea which wasn't too sweet. The chili crab seemed to be a popular dish but I did not get around to ordering it this time. read more

WOW!! The food was amazing. The spice level and seasonings were perfect. My family and I got the dinner special and were so happy with our food. Everything was very well priced, and the service was very quick. Our waiter was so nice and helpful with recommendations. Highly recommend!! read more

Love the food, the taste was good and authentic!! Service was great and kept checking in at appropriate intervals.

This is coming from someone who has lived in Singapore for majority of my life. The general Tsaos and the kway teow was good but the lo mein was over cooked and soggy. I had asked for some sambal on the side and that was nice - the color looked creamy but it was a good spicy level We got there at 6pm and dined in and there was no one else but us - a couple of others came in for a take out. read more

Service was good and portions were big. The food however was okay for Malaysian food, having been to Malaysia personally and love their food. The restaurant was nice and servers were as well. read more

Rasa Sayang is neat asian restaurant in Roswell featuring Chinese, Thai and Malaysian cuisine. My buddy and I decided to meet here for lunch, and at 1:30 in the afternoon it was not busy. I had the Beef Rendang and my buddy had the Lo Mein with vegetables. Both were good and we enjoyed our meals. Nice to see 97 on the health score too. Clean and nicely appointed inside. This used to be our go to place, but over time the portions have gotten smaller. For example, Beef Rendang used to come with a side of Roti Canai, but not any more. Seems pricey now. New management has taken over. Still good but used to be great. Lots of free parking and close to other stores for shopping. read more

Service was good and very pleasant. Atmosphere upscale casual and very nice and comfortable. Spring rolls (not pictured) and Salt and Pepper Squid were both quite good. The Beef Rendang was smaller than an appetizer serving; beef was dry and chewy and should be avoided. Because this dish was so small, we added an order of Green Beans with Chicken which tasted sour and the chicken dry and tasteless; another dish to avoid. With all the other Asian food choices available, this is one place to avoid despite the good, friendly service and pleasant atmosphere. The poor food quality ruined it for us. read more

I was happy to be able to get my kwetiau goreng fix. It was excellent. Having lempur on the menu was nice to see too.

My friend n I went in for a quick lunch. It was a very quiet afternoon. I believe that we were the only table at that time, so we had our VIP service! The server was very friendly and prompt. No complaints about the food. I've been here couple times. It's a nice place to meet up with friends. Food wise, I'm still on the exploring mode to find a memorable dish from here. read more

A delicious experience, great service, plenty of parking and booth seating with tables, limited outside seating at present. Small but adequate bar selection with an interesting mix of Indonesian and Thai flavors. Make sure to ask about gluten free options- they have them! Started with Jasmine and Green Tea, soothing Basil Rolls and subbed with peanut sauce for Hoisin sauce and soups, Tom Yum and Coconut- stayed nice and hot served in handled crocks. My husband had the Massaman Curry with chicken and I enjoyed the Kering Pedas Chicken ( a dry Penang Curry) with crisp green beans and white onion. Desserts will be coming soon, an array of coconut milk based ice cream and something deliciously chocolate. So many things to choose from next time! They also do a brisk take out and delivery service as well as catering! read more

Food was delicious, but was disappointed by service. Would recommend you do take out. Found a fly in my soup and they offered no comp, just brought out new soup. When I asked for take out containers, I was given some busted ones not even suitable for the food I was leaving with. Asked for new ones and then she brought out decent containers. Not sure why she was gatekeeping their take out containers. read more

Came across this place through Instagram ads, and decided to give it a try. The place is very neat and clean and it's run by a small family. Service is quick and food is delicious. The menu is mixed of a lot of Asian usual items as well as some interesting new items. As it was our 1st time we decided to go with our usual favorites. We got Thai Tea, Coconut Soup, Chicken Satay, Beef Rendang, and Spicy Basil Fried Rice. Loved the beef Rendang Its the best I've ever had. Other dishes were delicious as well. Definitely my new go-to for Beef Rendang. read more

Came during grand opening special. Staff was very nice, food did take a little bit to come out. Purely food based review: Rendang Beef - Highly recommend! Beef was so tender and juicy and served over rice. Worth the waiting time Massaman Chicken - Huge portion size, tender chicken with a mix of vegetables in creamy curry with a slight kick. Basil shrimp spring rolls - Maybe it was because of end of day, but it didn't taste as fresh. Roti Canai - Good, what you expect from an appetizer. Wish there was another piece. Thai Tea & Passion fruit drinks good as well! read more

What a wonderful hidden gem. The appetizers were great. Nice beer and wine selection. We also had the authentic malaysian noodle dishes and a couple curries. Big portions. Such a nice lady too that owns the place. Make you feel like family. Don't overlook this place. read more

Delicious food! Had not tried this restaurant after ownership changed a few years ago. We decided to give it a try (delivery) and we were not disappointed. Ordered Tom Yum Soup, Coconut soup, Basil rolls, and Fried green beans with shrimp. Everything arrived within a short period of time and food was prepared perfectly and at the right temperature. The soups had so much protein (shrimp, chicken) that we had the entree for the next night. Zero complaints about flavor, delivery, or anything - it was really good and we will be ordering from here again. Thank you! read more

This is one of the best Thai places in Atlanta. We started with thai tea, veggie coconut soup, chicken satay, and veggie roll. Thai tea was amazing but please make sure to ask with less ice else you will feel the mild tea flavor. I should tell you the veggie coconut soup is the best coconut soup in Atlanta. It is creamy and flavorful. Chicken satay is tasted good and well cooked. Veggie spring roll has good stuffing and taste. We then order Beef Rendang, Spicy Thai Basil Fried Rice (chicken), and Chicken Masaman Curry. We loved the Fried rice and Beef Rendang. Infact I will go again to this place just for Beef Rendang and Basil Fried Rice. Please note with Beef Rendang you get white rice but if you ask for additional charges, they can change it to Fried Rice. Make sure you ask for it. Masaman curry was salty but when we complained about it, they fixed the dish for us. This brings me to their service. There are very few servers, but they will never make you feel that way. They are warm and welcoming. They smile and talk to you. They are prompt with their service and they do take your message back to the cooks. The ambience is very good. The music ain't that loud and the lighting is proper (not too dark not too bright). You well get ample of parking spots. Food - 4/5 Ambience - 5/5 Service - 5/5 Parking - 5/5 read more

Yummy with Excellent, friendly service & Great Value One of The Best Asian Restaurants (across Indian, Chinese, Malay, Thai & any other Asian cuisine) The food was very fresh, well cooked and tasty. We had the Naasi Gorang, Sweet& Sour Soup, Spring Rolls & Thai Tea. What made this place rise above all is the most humble, courteous, and very friendly service by everyone at the restaurant. I've been here a few times, but this is my first review. The ambiance is also well designed and lit. I would highly, highly recommend this place above any Asian place that I've visited in the the past 5 year. read more

Not what it used to be. If you have been a fan of Rasa Sayang through the years, you will be disappointed today. We have been going to Rasa since 2004. Under the new owners the quality has gone downhill, and they no longer honor special requests like they used to. I used to always get a side of snow peas with my order. Now they will only do a side of mixed vegetables. We just ordered for the third time under the new owners. The sesame chicken was dried out and chewy. The moo goo gai pan was bland. The only thing good about the food was the egg drop soup. Sad to say, after so many years of good food and service at Rasa, we will not be going there again. read more

Came here for dinner out on a family vacation. Good location, easy parking, nice looking restaurant with clean tables. Wait staff was super friendly - seated us and took our order quickly. Wonton and coconut soup was delicious! Spring rolls only $1 - came out hot and tasty! Pad Thai was pretty good, basil roll fantastic, fried rice excellent! We wound up ordering extra orders of dumplings too. All in all an excellent and authentic experience - will be back! read more

Love this place for lunch. I like their spring rolls and spicy Basil ground chicken.

Everyone was friendly and the food was delicious. Nice atmosphere. Reasonable prices. Couldn't be happier. You should check this place out.

This food was terrible. Having lived in Singapore for a while, I was happy to learn this restaurant was nearby. We ordered some delivery and most of the items were terrible. Poor quality meat and dressings that tasted like they had gone bad. Roti canai came with an embarrassingly small amount of curry sauce as well. Will not be ordering from here again, that's for sure! read more

Nice ambience. Friendly staff. Good food. The restaurant has a huge list of menu that consists of chinese, malaysian and thai food. I've tried their crab ragoon. A single order is sufficient for 3 people as an appetizer. The malaysian kung pao tasted exactly like chinese, couldnt spot the difference honestly. But it tasted good. Combination lo mein was delicious! Service was fast, staff were friendly and food was fresh and flavorful. It is on a little pricy side compared to other asian restaurants. But worth a try for service and food. read more

Yes, back in 2010 I gave them 4*s. The old owners tanked it in their final years but recently sold it. Somehow the new owners made it worse. Much, much worse. Bad food, bad service. I will never order from here again. I thought it would be difficult for a restaurant to mess up sesame chicken but this restaurant did just that. The entire dish was thrown in the trash. The rice was old, bland and crunchy, the chicken was rubbery, and the sauce was completely tasteless. I was so disappointed because I ordered this during my lunch break and had to go without eating for the day because this dish was so bad. I DO NOT recommend this restaurant. read more

Pretty average and inconsistent. One time I enjoyed their sesame entree and then the next two times it was mediocre. They didn't even add the sauce to it? They kept it on the side? Noodles were below average and the fried rice was something I could make from Trader Joe's. I've given this place a few tries and can say it's just OK. Not terrible but definitely not good either. read more
