Amazing food and cocktails! The only down side is that if you are seated near the bar, it can get very loud with people taking shots and being obnoxious. It kind of takes away from the nice vibe they have. I wish they did not sit us right there with two small kids. The service could be better as well considering we had 3 different servers so that was annoying. But the food is delicious so I hope the other things don't ruin it for them!

I had a really good experience here. My server Jameson was great. I sat upstairs on the outdoor patio and the view was beautiful with a nice breeze from the ceiling fans. I started with the chicken and shrimp dumplings and enjoyed it. I ordered the spicy basil fried rice with shrimp, (medium flavor) and it had the perfect amount of heat to it. My experience here wasn't bad, however I've had better Thai food before that had more bold flavors. I would still recommend this place because of my overall great experience.

    Masaman Curry and Pad Thai

The Masaman Curry with beef was tasty. The best pad Thai I ever had was from here! It was flawless. The servers were very happy and joyful to serve customers. The outside was beautiful with all the trees and flowers. It's beautiful during summer time. I recommend! Best satay chicken I had in my life as well!

Went to Rickshaw Thai for girls' night and honestly everything was so good. The food came out super fast and we ordered the drunken noodles, veggie gyoza, Thai basil fried rice, and chicken satay--would get all of it again. Our drinks came after the food so I think they forgot about them for a bit, but it wasn't a huge deal. If you like spicy food though, definitely ask for it spicy because the regular level was pretty mild.

    Andamanda: rum cocktail

I stopped in on a whim on a recent Saturday for lunch and had a wonderful experience. The menu contains all of the classic Thai dishes as well as some creative cocktails. To start, I ordered the Andamanda cocktail which is rum based. It contains rosemary syrup and guava. It was well balanced and delicious. I also ordered the coconut soup with shrimp and pad Thai with shrimp. Everything was delicious and the portions were a nice size. The prices are very reasonable as well. I was thoroughly impressed by the food and the great customer service I received. Can't wait to return!

Out of all the Thai restaurants I've been to, this is the BEST one in the Roswell/Alpharetta area. If anyone asks me where to eat Thai food, this would easily be the one I recommend!! Staff is very nice. The food is amazing!!! They have a downstairs and upstairs level. This is a repeater for me!!

    Thai Basil fried rice seafood

The food was very good. I ordered the basil Thai fried rice seafood as a main course, a delicious dish, I loved how Amy A was very friendly and gave us recommendations that we really value since it was the first time we came here, many restaurants need to find people like her to guide you when you are going to eat something different, so since we entered the door her friendly treatment made our experience better

Great spot with ample parking. Lots of seating an inside. Pleasant, clean and well decorated. Polite and helpful servers. Clean bathrooms. Food was well portioned and presented.

This place has been on my bucket list for quite some time! Instagram really does promote it a lot. It's worth every penny and the drive! Love the rooftop, very quiet, we went on a Saturday early lunch and we were the only ones on the rooftop and it was a great experience! Service was great, food was fresh! Authentic thai food

    Cashew stir fry with tofu

Amazing food. I've had the cashew stir fry with tofu twice--perfectly cooked vegetables in a really flavorful sauce. My kids devoured the chicken satay, and my wife loved the tofu salad. The service is a bit slow, but they bar, booths, and patio are extremely comfortable. They don't have a ton of seating, so avoid peak times to snag a spot upstairs.

    Drunken Noodle with chicken

Rickshaw Thai Kitchen occupies a location that's seen a few different restaurants over the years--from burgers to tacos, and now Thai. The space itself is really nice, with a great patio, although we opted to eat inside because of the heat. The food was the real standout. Everything we ordered was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. It's honestly some of the best Thai food I've had in quite a while. If they keep this level of quality up, I hope this restaurant is the one that finally makes this location a long-term success. Definitely worth a visit!

    Larb Chicken Salad
    Jennifer M.

Love, love, love the Thai food here! Best I've ever had. We enjoyed larb chicken salad as an appetizer, Thai Basil steak, and Panang curry shrimp. The larb was delicious and spicy. The Thai Basil and Panang were just the right amount of spicy for us at mild. The White Lotus and Mandarin Melkong summer drink specials were amazing. Victoria was an attentive server and we were served quickly. The exterior and interior are nicely decorated.

    White lotus martini

I've had so many versions of Thai food over the years. The best way to describe this restaurant is comfort. The interior is relaxing, filled with darker colors, makes you feel you are de-stressing. They have a full bar if you're just coming for the drinks. The drinks were a huge highlight here. Definitely go with a signature cocktail or mixed drink. I had the Thai fire. It was served with a kaffir lime leaf and a red chili! Nice chili salt rim. Smooth in heat but not overpowering. Also had the white lotus which was creamy and scented with lychee ( next time I may try the lychee martini!) For starters I would recommend the cheese rolls. Perfectly cooked and cheesy but not too oily. Chicken satay skewers with peanut sauce were similar to other versions I had. Just the right amount of tang and sweet. Also had the coconut soup which was a mixture of mushrooms and chicken in a coconut milk broth and kaffir lime leaves balanced with a chili oil. It was exactly what I wanted!! All the major players are there on the entrees. I had the pad prik king with seafood, I like that you can choose your protein and spice level. Medium was mild to me. Hot was perfect. A nice salty and spicy thin brown sauce with sauté bell peppers and green beans served with white jasmine rice. My group also had the pad Thai and drunken noodles. Pad Thai was just the right amount of sweet and sour laced with bean sprouts and peanuts. Long flat rice noodles in that drunken noodles sauce hit all the high points for that dish. Waitstaff was attentive and didn't leave us hanging even though they were busy. This was a great find when in Alpharetta. It's rare when all of us agree how good the restaurant was and I would love to bring more family and friends next time.

As we pulled in front of the restaurant, I was very impressed by the modern exterior - very nice! Parking is a breeze - you can valet or self-park in the back of the restaurant. We had reservations but arrived a little early and had to wait about 5-10 minutes to be seated - not a huge deal for a busy Saturday night. Once we got to our table, we had an amazing experience. The table was sprinkled with rose petals and a card wishing us a Happy Anniversary. Our server, Tony, came promptly to take our order and noted our food allergies and restrictions. Our first course was the seafood tower, which I was able to customize with more shrimp since I'm allergic to oysters. Second, we had the lobster bisque and the burrata & beet salad. Both were divine! For the main course, I had the scallops while my husband had the filet medallions Oscar style, which comes with asparagus. We also ordered two additional sides for sharing - the crab fried rice and truffle mac. You honestly can't go wrong with either dish! We loved our meal but my husband wasn't crazy about the steak. We let our server know and the restaurant accommodated us accordingly. The service here is top notch and we cannot wait to dine here in the near future.

Lots of options for those who love the fishery part of the concept and just as many choices for those that don't. We ordered the bruschetta and enjoyed their take that used fig jam, prosciutto and balsamic glaze instead of the more traditional tomato base. They have house made focaccia that when brought to the table we instantly regretted having ordered the bruschetta, thinking we overdid the bread thing. But we both quickly changed our minds and consumed both with little guilt... I would go back just for the focaccia alone and wish they sold it by the loaf! Pastas are made onsite but they get the gluten free version from a different supplier to avoid risk of cross contamination. Hubby had the wild boar pasta. I had the pork chop. My chop was perfectly grilled and moist. I asked for the marsala sauce on the side since I don't like mushrooms themselves, but enjoy the flavor they can add. The weakest link was the mashed potatoes, served in two round scoops reminiscent of school cafeteria lines. Other than the shape, there was nothing memorable nor particularly flavorful about them. Next time I would try a different side and keep the chop. We didn't save room for dessert this time but will definitely get some next time. And there will definitely be a next time. Moderate price point, not an everyday spot, but shouldn't be saved just for special occasions either.

The vibe here was buzzing on a Friday evening which seemed promising. We opted to sit at the bar which I do NOT recommend if you plan on eating. It is extremely tight seating and the bartenders aren't not trained to serve food or have menu knowledge. The lack of the kitchen staff culinary skills became evident when looking at the menu with many seafood/pasta items being served with one sauce- a goopy cornstarch'ish lemon butter sauce. We wanted to try the scampi appetizer with their house made pasta - sans dairy which meant no lemon butter sauce. That seemed to throw a wrench and there was much back and forth between the BT to the kitchen explaining what that meant aka do not cook the food with butter use olive oil- not so complicated, right? 30 minutes later - despite the kitchen staff not being busy- reminder, we are sitting at the bar and watch the cooks looking at their cellphones instead of working... The small portion of a couple shrimp and scallops arrive. They were panned seared- highly seasoned but tasty. Pasta arrived dry ? Huh? Who serves dry pasta- ugh? I asked for olive oil again which never appeared despite a manager hearing the request. So, moving along, we decided to try the calamari. It came out much faster but the portion was enough for 8-10 people. BT- oh, I forgot to tell you it is such a large portion... Maybe offer a half portion? It was okay- nothing amazing except the quantity. So disappointed- we had high hopes that the vibe matched the food quality.

I had tried a seafood boil from here a while back, and the sauce wasn't as good as what I've had from a local competitor. However, my boyfriend insisted that we give it another try, so we ended up ordering the Kickin Combo #1, along with a dozen raw oysters and an order of fried oysters and fries. The raw oysters came out first. I didn't want any, so they were for my boyfriend. Immediately after trying the first one, he wasn't happy with it. He said it tasted fishy but decided to give another one a try, thinking maybe the first was just a bad one. Unfortunately, the second wasn't any better, so he sent them back. Next came the fried food, which is never a miss. I absolutely love the fried oysters here. Then the seafood boil arrived, and at first glance, it looked promising. The seafood appeared large and fresh. I grabbed a shrimp first, sucked the head, and immediately noticed a strong fishy taste. I then dipped the shrimp into the sauce, but the sauce was watery and lacked flavor. I tried a few of the other items in the boil, including a mussel, but the texture was extremely chewy. Between my boyfriend and me, we ate a total of about ten or less things from the boil before deciding we were done. Unfortunately, it was not good whatsoever, and I was extremely disappointed. I asked if there was anything that could be done, and the manager offered to reheat it. I explained that the temperature wasn't the issue but the fishy taste and the texture of the seafood. He then said there wasn't anything else he could do besides take 20% off the bill. While I appreciated the discount, it was still disappointing given how much of the meal we were unable to eat. The service itself was good, and the ambiance was chill, especially since we went during dinner. Unfortunately, though, the food quality of the seafood boil and raw oysters overshadowed the positives for me. All in all, I won't be returning.

We have visited this location previously and had a great experience with both the service and food, so we were looking forward to returning while visiting the area. When we arrived, we noticed there was a large party being hosted in the private/back party room, which was nice to see that the restaurant is able to accommodate larger gatherings. Our waitress was also very kind, friendly, and attentive, and we appreciated her customer service throughout our visit. There were, however, a few concerns we wanted to bring to management's attention. First, we noticed several desserts sitting off to the side behind us that appeared to be uncovered. We are not sure whether these desserts had been prepared in advance for customers to order, but if that was the case, we strongly recommend that they remain properly covered or protected at all times. With customers and employees walking nearby and insects potentially flying around the restaurant, leaving uncovered desserts exposed does not appear sanitary or appropriate for food service. We also experienced an issue with the temperature of some of our food. Two of our seafood dishes arrived only semi-warm rather than hot and fresh. We ordered the Pappadeaux Platter with stuffed shrimp and fries. Unfortunately, the fries were cold, and the seafood on top was only lukewarm. This was particularly disappointing because we were looking forward to enjoying the seafood while visiting the restaurant. I ordered the grilled chicken with mashed potatoes and broccolini, and my entire meal arrived hot. Because my meal was served at the appropriate temperature, we were confused as to why the other dishes were not. We understand that different items may require different preparation times, but customers should receive their complete meals hot and fresh. Our suggestion would be to coordinate the timing of the food preparation, particularly with items such as fries, so that they are prepared as close to serving time as possible. Food should ideally arrive at the table hot and fresh rather than having one component become cold while waiting for the other items to be completed. We did bring the issue to our waitress's attention, and she was very accommodating and provided a $12 credit toward the fries. We appreciated her effort to address the concern. However, the credit did not change the fact that my husband and daughter were unable to fully enjoy their seafood dishes because the food was not served hot. We are sharing this feedback because we have visited this location before and had a great experience, so we know the restaurant is capable of providing excellent food and service. Our goal is simply to bring these concerns to management's attention so they can be reviewed with the appropriate staff. Thank you for taking the time to review our experience. We hope our feedback is helpful and that future visits will provide the quality of food, presentation, sanitation, and service that we experienced during our previous visit.

The restaurant is in a really nice area of town in Alpharetta with beautiful surroundings and really nice decor, just a really, really nice part of the city. For the main course, we had the Parmesan-crusted salmon, jumbo stuffed shrimp with crab, branzino, and blackened redfish. Everything was cooked to perfection, and everybody really enjoyed their dishes. The service started off a little slow, probably because we were waiting on one of our party members, but once things got going, we had impeccable service for the rest of the evening. Shout-out to Jason for taking great care of us! The mixed drinks were really good too. A couple had a little more ice than I would have preferred, but hey, it's summertime in Atlanta, so maybe that wasn't such a bad thing! Parking can be a little challenging. Our waiter could clearly see how distressed we were. Since we had already ordered the lobster bites appetizer, he kindly offered to move us to another table. We appreciated his effort and accepted. We finished the appetizer, but by then the evening was ruined, so we left and had dinner elsewhere. What disappointed us most was the complete lack of management involvement. Our waiter knew exactly what had happened and how upset we were, yet not once did a manager come to our table to apologize, ask if my husband was okay, or acknowledge that the staff's behavior was completely inappropriate for a fine dining restaurant. This wasn't about cheering for a game--it was about professionalism. Guests who choose a steakhouse expect a calm, enjoyable atmosphere, not to be startled by employees screaming just feet away from their table. We have always enjoyed Coalition, which makes this experience even more disappointing. I hope management addresses this with their staff so no other guests have their evening ruined the way ours was. We will not be back. Later Added: I just found out the Manager was one of the ones screaming. Pathetic! We went to PappaDeauxs which was half the price and honestly better food & calm atmosphere! Not a sports bar!

When you walk in, you order at the counter, they give you a number, and they bring your food to you. When they are super busy on weekends or event nights, the food can take up to 45 minutes. When you are in the restaurant, it truly feels like you are at the beach based on the ambiance. I always get the Cabo taco with fried chicken and my boyfriend always mixes it up between fried shrimp and the fried fish sandwich. For drinks I always get the Frozè and it's so refreshing! We highly recommend this place. They opened a new location on the beltline about a year ago and I believe they took their Alpharetta manager with them - we miss her because the service was great with her. Overall 5/5 stars and a great place to take your family!

My order was ready for pick-up in 15-19 minutes. It was ready on-time. I added on a side of the black beans with yellow rice which was excellent. I order all flats. Everything about the flavor, the grilled texture, and the tenderness of these wings is spectacular. They are some of the best I've had, and I love wings. Get these when you go!
