When I pointed them out to the lady behind the counter, she said that for the price ($2/shirt) they can't put more work into it and that if we want the wrinkles out that we need to request it to be ironed by hand (and it will be $5+/per shirt.) We spend more than $1k per year in getting shirts washed and pressed, as well as dry cleaning other garments. If you cannot have pride in your work and continue to provide horrible products/work, you're going to lose customers. Time to search for a new vendor...

I haven't had my coat cleaned in about a year and a half so I was in desperate need for a cleaning. To be honest, nothing special- I had fringes hanging down as what happens to all wool coats and that was cleaned. I couldn't really tell how good the work was because my coat didn't have any smells to it or the "dingy" look to it when I bought it in. In order to give a truly fair review, I would probably have to bring some more clothes in that really need to be cleaned. There is parking here, but not a really big lot. The location is literally off Grand avenue. Once I come in a few more times- I'll be able to give a better review. Otherwise, the staff was friendly and professional as I didn't have a long wait to drop my coat off.

They've never ruined anything, once I had a button missing and once there was too much starch (I like light starch). They don't accept credit/debit cards for under $10, but it's a small business, so I guess they don't want to get hit with the fees for that. Not a big deal to me. There was a time I forgot my wallet, and they didn't have a problem giving me my clothes and letting me pay the next pickup. The old lady (owner?) remembers me and my wife, doesn't have to ask for our phone number each time we're there.

Haven't had any issues with clothes so far. The only complain is that the shop rite parking lot is always a mess (many many seniors walking and driving slow and disorganized). And you have to pass all that since the dry cleaner is right at the end. On the bright side, there are 2 assigned parking spots.

(10am) Now, as I go through my clothes, I've found items that don't belong to me mixed in with my laundry, and the blue Pottery Barn pillowcases I had dry cleaned have turned grey. While they offered a credit for the laundry service (not dry-cleaning), which I appreciate, it's not enough to make me return or recommend them.
