We…read morehired a reputable cabinet company to look at our kitchen cabinets and recommend the best (and least invasive) way to correct Artisan's (and Alin's) inferior work. They initially recommended removing the facings only, but unfortunately, they will have to remove at least half of the cabinets because there are too many flaws and the staining work is too inferior. The painter/stainer looked at our cabinets and said (and I quote): "This is a half-ass job, and I can't match the stain and wouldn't want to try because of the inferior work." Also, the Artisan amateurs rigged the cabinet hinges with wooden shims and the Butler's pantry hinges with cardboard shims to make them work (SEE pictures). If this type of rigging doesn't seem amateurish, I don't know what does.

Before I even hired him. He went above and beyond to find me a floor distributor and supplies that were high quality to put up with heavy traffic and a big dog. Yet still affordable. He also made sure before I hired him that I understood his schedule as a single dad of two kids, taking them to school and in sports. Being in a budget his willingness to help me find supplies made scheduling was the least of my worries. Once the job started I changed my mind midway thru on stair nosing and base board. Knowing that I'd have to pay for the additional work to get it re-done and materials (I was OK with paying that). he didn't once complain or get upset with me If you're on a budget and have some flexibility on scheduling, this is a great contractor. He has many other talents other than flooring. If you need input on design or which looks best, he will not just tell you what you want to hear to make it easy. He has an eye for the bigger picture.

I hired this contractor for a full flooring repair and deeply regret the decision. The work was not…read moreperformed according to the agreed scope, and the condition of the floor has steadily worsened since they left. From the start, the project dragged on far longer than anticipated. The contractor typically showed up for only a few hours at a time, stretching what should have been a straightforward job into a much longer, drawn-out process. Ironically, the quickest and most consistent communication I received was when requests for additional money were sent. We explicitly discussed and agreed that a base coat leveler would be applied across the entire floor before adhesive. While this appears to have been done in the initial areas, it was clearly skipped in multiple sections toward the end of the project. As I've been forced to pull up loose boards myself, I've found little to no adhesive and no leveler in several areas. It has become apparent that Mr. Marsh decided to skip these crucial steps as soon as he realized nobody was watching. Large sections of flooring have come completely loose. Boards were improperly seated, butt joints were oversized, and some boards were installed too tightly, creating humps. The floor is now in worse condition than when the project started. I've spent evenings and weekends drilling relief holes, applying adhesive, and repairing areas just to make the floor serviceable -- work I already paid this contractor to do correctly the first time. I reached out professionally and in detail to document these issues and give the contractor an opportunity to respond or make things right. I never received a reply. Poor workmanship, incomplete scope, extended timelines, and zero accountability. I strongly recommend others look elsewhere.

Work was fantastic, not a single problem. Rodolfo the tile setter is more of an artisan than just a tile guy. His work is precise, meticulous and at the end of the day absolutely beautiful and this little project turned out the same as 5 years earlier. When I called to tell his supervisor of my satisfaction and how good I thought Rodolfo was, even the supervisor remembered me from 5 years earlier. When a company has people that remember you down to the level that he was able to tell me it was a black and white kitchen and a downstairs bathroom, I got to give them a big thumbs up. That is a company that, in my opinion, is worth doing business with. I wish I had more tile work to be done; I would and have highly recommend SBJ Installers to anyone based on Rodolfo. Cannot say enough good things about him.

They were the contractor for The Home Depot liberty MO for hardwood floor installation. The first…read moredate they gave me installation couldn't be done because of the moisture in the hardwood. For the next two week I tried to get a new date for installation, but despite leaving several messages they never called me back. They were deliberately ignoring me as they had my number, messages, but refused to give me a call to reschedule a new date for installation. In the end, I had to get a refund from The Home Depot and find a new installer on my own. Avoid them at any cost.

We called Servro out to get 2 feet of water out of our crawl space. They spent 4 hours and cost me $800. The I called Delameter plumber to see if they could help. The owner came over and crawled through the wet crawl space and got the sump pump working, with this got rid of the water within 5 minutes!! Servpro cost me time and money and Delameter Plumber fixes the problem with being here no longer than 10 minutes tops!! Amazing My wife and I called them back and ask them to remodel our hall bath. As a homeowner, you will always want things to be perfect, but I believe this company and the owner believes they will not leave until it's perfect. They go above and beyond when they are here and they make sure all the plumbing works before they leave. The most important thing is they do it right the first time. I have never called them to come and fix a problem caused by them. I will definitely use them again and I recommend them on any plumbing or remodel. They are great!!
