We were so very excited to have the job completed. However, when the week came to install the new cabinets, tragedy struck. We called Mike on several occasions attempting to confirm the installation date. He was non-committal, passive, and refused to give us a final date. We finally decided to call and tell him we must have an install date from him. Rather than handing the situation properly, Mike's attitude turned on a dime. He became aggressive, inappropriate, and rude. He made excuses, blamed others, and outright lied to us. After multiple conversations begging him to give us an answer, he quit answering his telephone. He wouldn't return voicemails nor answer our calls. We resorted to calling on alternate phone numbers (from work, other cell phones, etc) just to get him to answer our calls. In his attempt to avoid us, he went as far as to hang up on us when we called asking for an answer. Despite our timeline being blown, Mike's rudeness / lying / imappropriate behavior, and an everlasting poor impression of Mike and Cabinet Reface... we had him finish the job. The installation went fine. Not to our surprise, he was more than happy to ask for his paycheck the second it was done. Ultimately, if he would have been honest with us the moment he knew it wasn't going to be done in time, we would not have cared. If he would have just been honest, it would have prevented so much pain. Bottom Line: FIND SOMEONE ELSE! Mike has no sense of customer service, manners, or caring. The product we received certainly was NOT worth what we experienced, knowing we could have received the same results from many other companies. FIND SOMEONE ELSE!!!!!!

Prices were more reasonable than other providers that I had priced. From estimate to finished product was very quick. Work was top notch. Have had one small problem, several months later, that was corrected the day after I reported it, at no charge. He also contracted two bathroom total remodels, taking care of every aspect of demolition, tile installation, vanity, fixtures, drywall, and plumbing. He will refer you to supply houses that are all in the Lenexa area to select your materials. He'll take it from there. As any remodel of an older house, we ran into several issues along the way. All were presented to me, with options to get around that hurdle. I have been more than happy with the way all work looks and functions. We relied on his professional opinion of which tile would look the best and felt total confidence that he was experienced enough to know which ones would work and which ones wouldn't. We received 4-5 bids for repairs, our main concern being whether there was wood rot and water damage to the main structure. We ended up going with Eliseo at Midtown Stucco and I'm so glad we did. We were very pleased with the quality of his work and his experience. Eliseo was super easy to work with and answered all our questions. In our case, there was no significant water damage beneath the stucco, and he did an outstanding job matching up our old and new stucco. The hardest part for us was understanding how long it would take for our job to be complete and being patient for the whole process to be finished! It was mid-fall when we were ready to start (we also had our house repainted first), and we did have to wait a few extra weeks until the temps were good and no rain/snow in the forecast. Eliseo was great about keeping in touch via text message. It took about two days to remove and replace the stucco, and then a week to set before painting. Took off a star because he didn't always actually show up at the time he said he would, but in the general time frame. Also, he did not paint the trim, just the body, left a little bit of trash afterward, and got some paint on the garage door. We don't mind doing the trim work and the garage door clean up as it's common, but just pointing it out. They began working on it fairly quickly and they completed the job to spec per the drawing, and I would say it looks great. Their framer is a magician and I did not see him have to do a single re-cut. The patch work done looks spectacular as well. They were prompt, clean, flexible, and no job was too small for them which given the current times, it was really appreciated. I would recommend them. I did see a negative review on here prior to hiring them but decided one bad review in a pool of good ones tells me there is more to the story. I did some of my own research, the case the user on here filed was dismissed in JOCO courts. It seems he is a wealthy business person who is trying to use his money and status to coerce the company into doing "free" work by claiming the job was not done correctly or was unsafe. I would take their review with a grain of salt.
