He's guided by his religion too. Take that for what you will. But, it's pretty easy to hurt people then ask for forgiveness in the sorry box. They low balled me on the numbers left on my door. There's NO WAY anyone could paint my house for the $5,750 quoted...with an additional discount of $1,500, so $4,250. I had over 10 quotes 4 years ago. The price they quoted on their flier was less than half of the lowest quote I got 4 YEARS AGO. Run, do not walk from this group. I trust what I flushed this morning better.

The carpenters that showed up did a fantastic job but if John shows up as your contractor I suggest you look somewhere else for your remodeling needs. Even after several calls and requests to modify a simple door replacement quote he showed up the day of the install with the wrong quote information. This was for a small project as a test run for a bigger project we are planning on doing. All I can say at this point is there's no way we would work with them again. The total lack of follow up and lack of communication is unacceptable when it comes to consumer affairs. The only reason they get 1 star is for the understanding carpenters that did a nice job.

He answered our questions every step of the way and was sure to show us the progress of the project so he could answer our questions. When we had a concern he was quick to address it so we were satisfied with the results. They also did great at protecting our home from the dust and debris of the job and then did a thorough clean up when the project was done. I am a busy mom and was in and out of the home and felt totally comfortable with them there while I was gone - which is hard to find nowadays.
