They were meticulous about ensuring anything around the painted area wouldn't be damaged (ie: counter tops, floors). Other two levels on top are 10' ceilings. It's tall, it's tough to paint. From the paint crew, there was virtually no paint prep beyond pressure washing the house before spraying with paint. The caulk around the windows has already failed three months later, nail holes are clearly visible, our metal roof is dented everywhere they stood and put ladders on it, our agreement that they would remove and replace all rotten wood amounted to the crew taking out one board and leaving enough shrapnel of that board on our roof to clog the gutter twice. They did take out another board when called back out. I think we need to completely repaint the house. Incredibly disappointed. We called them out I think three times to fix damage and re-caulk nail holes and still.... it just looks crappy. I should have turned back when I found out there was no contract to sign.

I have weeds growing out of my deck boards that sits 5-6 feet off the ground! My deck frame/support boards measure 3", he put a board 2 1/4" on top leaving a large gap for dirt, debris and water to collect and sit on top of my deck frame/support boards underneath resulting in weeds. This will also cause rotting on my deck frame/support boards. Railing boards were cut short and uneven too. He was cussing throughout the whole project replacing deck floor joists, floor boards and rails. He couldn't lift the joists and had to wait for a friend of his to come help him lift them, it took him 4 days to remove the wood screws in my existing floor boards grinding away at screws using the wrong bits or stripped bits. He said it was due to his battery on his drill being low but this happened everyday. I asked him a few time to make sure he picked up all the wood screws so I wouldn't get a flat on my riding lawn mower. I ended up finding almost 20 screws he left around my deck and yard and had to buy a magnet sweeper to make sure I picked them all up. It took him over 2 weeks to complete, a job that should've only taken 3-4 days. I know because I've had this done twice before. He spent a lot of time on the phone answering calls and returning phone calls to people while he attempted to work on my deck. When I told Aaron about weeds growing out of my deck, his response was it will cost me to come fix it and he sent me an invoice. He expects me to pay for his mistakes??? He proceeded to tell me he was a one man show and he has no retirement (his words). Like this is supposed to make me feel sorry for him and an excuse for shoddy work?

PM disappeared after 2 months into the job. they never returned our allowance money. They did shotty work. Didn't grout under vanities which have legs so it noticeable. They installed wrong flooring in entire house. Left live electrical wires in the walls which could have burned down our home. Our shower floor doesn't drain because the floor is uneven. kitchen cabinets weren't finished. They flooded our dry basement and ruined it. I have hundreds of photos and a video of all the discrepancies. They will lie and tell you they fire everyone and rehired new people. It's a lie. They have more than one lawsuit. Check it out

They began working on it fairly quickly and they completed the job to spec per the drawing, and I would say it looks great. Their framer is a magician and I did not see him have to do a single re-cut. The patch work done looks spectacular as well. They were prompt, clean, flexible, and no job was too small for them which given the current times, it was really appreciated. I would recommend them. I did see a negative review on here prior to hiring them but decided one bad review in a pool of good ones tells me there is more to the story. I did some of my own research, the case the user on here filed was dismissed in JOCO courts. It seems he is a wealthy business person who is trying to use his money and status to coerce the company into doing "free" work by claiming the job was not done correctly or was unsafe. I would take their review with a grain of salt.

Plumbing and electric had to be routed to the area, and a vent for the dryer. We were so happy with the results, that when the time came to add a bathroom to the man cave - I knew they would be in the running. We still did our due diligence, and got several bids for the remodel. Bill and Dave were not the least expensive, but they had the best value proposition. At the end of the day, they finished the project quickly. They were always professional, courteous and dependable. They sectioned off, used drop cloths and cleaned up the whole basement afterwards. I always trusted them with my garage code. I was given plenty of color and fixture options to choose from. The finished project was well above my expectations. Dave had to work with uneven surfaces on the floor, and he really knocked it out of the park. It is the best bathroom in the whole house - my wife is jealous! The work was completed quickly and we did not have to wait long between the time I contacted them and the completion of the work. The bid was given promptly and the work completed swiftly. They also cleaned carefully at the end of each day. The owner, Cole Bernardel, was communicative, had good suggestions and is friendly, professional and easy to work with. They will be our first call for our next project. In contrast, our second floor remodel has taken 10 months, and it has been difficult to get them to complete the work, with many days going by with no one being here.
