From their patience answering all our questions, to a thorough and transparent quoting process, to amazing follow up and follow THROUGH, working with the team at GGFKC was outstanding, start to finish. It's exceedingly rare to work with any sort of home repair company or contractor, and have them do exactly what they say they're going to do, exactly when they say they're going to do it. This company bucks that sad trend with flying colors! Our biggest challenge was going to be the window of opportunity to install the flooring at a time that worked for us, and ensuring they had an available crew at the right time. Greg and his team at GGF bent over backwards to make sure they could meet our timeframe, and then they hit the project out of the park! In just a couple weeks' time, I've already had no less than four envious neighbors complimenting me about the floors and asking about our experience. Needed was repair/filling in gaps following a remodeling job and then refinishing the floors in two rooms. Eddie was very responsive, attentive, and not pushy at all. For the estimate, Brandon (owner) came out personally to walk me through the process, pricing, warranty, and timeline. He struck a great balance--warm and approachable, yet professional and knowledgeable. Cost-wise, all of my bids were within $300 of each other, so price wasn't a major deciding factor. The companies I spoke with offered almost identical processes and warranties, so my decision ultimately came down to communication and overall confidence. Brandon and his team made the best first impression, and trusting that gut feeling definitely paid off. As for the installation itself--the process was smooth and well organized. The team dropped off a storage pod (included in the price) on Friday, giving us the weekend to clear out the garage. They returned Monday and completed the first phase in about five hours, which included surface prep (diamond grinding), crack repair, base coat application, and decorative flake broadcast. They allowed the floor to cure overnight, then came back Tuesday to scrape and clean the excess flake before applying the topcoat. They provided clear post-install instructions, no foot traffic for 24 hours and no vehicles for 72 hours, as well as after care information. From start to finish, communication was excellent. The team was friendly, professional, and responsive to questions. Overall, they made the entire experience easy and left me feeling confident that we made a good investment.

I received NASHCO flooring as a recommendation and Rich was so responsive and wonderful to work with to bring my project to the finish line. First, he was quick to respond to my request to bid the work. He came to my house, bid the project, and was finishing up the work within a two week time span. He was careful and quiet while working. I hardly knew that he was in the house and that helped with my pet. He and his partner Aaron were able to assess the project, what was done incorrectly, and make it right - thank goodness!
