Any items missed or we felt needed touched up were addressed. The house was left clean when the job was done. The only thing that I wasn't expecting - pointed out by our painter that said was common with heavy skim coating work - was "pin holes" all over (from air bubbles I believe). Something to be aware of for people getting this type of work done. It requires extra work to address prior to a final paint job. Carlos was reasonably priced & we would definitely use him again! My friends don't have much money and that's why they did the drywalling themselves. They didn't pay him to berate their workmanship. He came to bid the job. If he had a problem with it, he should have said he wasn't going to submit his bid. The worker did a fairly good job at first (when I initially wrote the review), but they packed up and left before the job was finished and immediately after my friend refused to pay more than the amount agreed upon before starting work. Then they tried to take personal property from their home. My friend circled 80 places that weren't mudded at all, weren't mudded correctly or still needed to be sanded. When he called Ray, Ray said something else had broken down and he would be out to their home last week to finish. Didn't happen. Then he said next week. Then he said he would need more money. Then he said my friend could just finish mudding himself...after they had paid him to DO HIS JOB!! Do NOT hire this person/company. Initial review - His drywall person did a good job (corrected above), but he badmouthed the residents the entire time he was working. The residents needed to save money, so they did the drywall themselves with the help of someone who used to have their own drywall business. From the moment Ray and his worker walked in, the worker pointed out everything he saw that he would have done better. Non-stop. At the end, he asked if he could finish mudding the rest of the house. You've got to be kidding. They put up with him longer than they should have because they were required to pay in full upfront. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Ray sat there (not working) and let his worker make those comments and never said "Stop it!" So he wasn't any better.

After waiting 3 yrs for hail to hit my house I finally gave up and decided to pay to replace my…read moredying roof. We got several recommendations from friends and neighbors, listened to several proposals and got some bids and decided on Green River Roofing. These guys are great. Dennis, the owner, was involved in the entire process. We received the most comprehensive estimate from his company, very detailed. It was also very resonable compared to several of the other companies. We were able to add in some extras, like insulation and a solar tube (he also does gutters, but we had already replaced them when we moved in). The workers were quick, the entire roof was done in under 3 days. They cleaned up the outside completely- we only found 1 set of nails left behind. Dennis thought that the plaster in our master bath had gotten cracked from the workers during the install and so he had his drywall team come in and repair our ceiling and repaint it at no cost to us. We payed 1/2 on the first day, most of the rest on the final day of installing the roof and the final payment after his drywall guys finished fixing our master bath. I've recommend him to my Dad and he hired him to replace a few roofs and do guttering on his rental houses and was equally impressed with Dennis. So if you are in need of a new roof, guttters, siding, windows or a new deck - call these guys and get an estimate. You won't be disappointed.
