Rapid Packout apparently came to my house while I was out and moved two couches and an ottoman 15 feet to another room where they stacked everything onto other furniture. Two weeks after the damage was repaired I moved the two couches and the ottoman back by myself. It took me 15 minutes and I am 70 years old. Rapid Packout charged my insurance more than $3,300. This is theft. An egregious lack of ethics and integrity. Yelp already removed a previous review so I expect this one will disappear soon also. This company is a sham read more

Rapid Packet came up to Julian after a leak in our home (much rain this year!) coming from an upper deck leaking into 2 bedrooms and through the ceiling into the kitchen. Wyatt and Josh were so courteous and careful when moving all the furniture, including the refrigerator in areas that made it possible to keep in our home and not in a storage. Lavelle was our Project Manager and he did an excellent job of communicating each step of the process as well as updates during our pack out. He, along with, Luis, Foquan, David and Richard were very professional and did a fantastic job of efficiently executing our pack out with minimal disruption to our household. This company is unethical! They tried to charge over $8k to insurance for moving one king size bed and a couple of chairs to storage. Our insurance company paid an amount that was completely fair and that they agreed to. Weeks later they tried to collect over 2k more. Just had Project manager Lavelle with his team of Marco and Chris moving some really difficult appliances and furniture. Very heavy and very tight fit. They were amazing! Precision workers, who moved things carefully even when there was only a fraction of an inch to get through doors. They didn't scratch or bump a thing, even with low ceilings and narrow doors and passageways. True professionals! Also good to work with Francesca, who scheduled us and was also amazing. If I could select the option for zero stars, I definitely would. Myself along with 5 of my neighbors were part of a flood initiated by a neighbor's busted pipe. The dry out company for the neighbor assisted us with managing this project. They sent Rapid Packout to our homes to pack us out. I was out of town when all of this occurred. Let's start by saying this happened a month ago. As of today, have requested invoices four times regarding the scope of services/pricing through the project manager of the company the day of, the dryout services project manager a week later and through company's GM twice via phone and email pertaining to the services and have yet to receive anything outside of pictures and a vague description of services. A few things that have made the cherry on top a hot mess is the fact that they cleared items out in my garage without my permission that resulted in damaged property and they have not been accountable for their actions. Instead, they have been going back-and-forth with the dry out company placing blame as too who did what. Neither one of the companies are willing to be accountable or responsible for what has taken place. They also threw my $2600 wedding dress in a box with random items. When I spoke with the GM regarding my wedding dress being gone, he informed me over the phone that they stored it safely in a wardrobe box... This company just didn't pack/label/organize anything categorically. They even packed food in boxes with cleaning supplies (laundry detergent and bleach)! The wet items that were supposed to be left on premises were packed in boxes with dry items and stored in their storage for over 3 weeks. When my items were returned last week, one of the workers stated that they broke my Shark vacuum. When he brought it off the van, it was broken in half. He informed me that he would submitting a damage claim and someone from the company would be reaching out to me. As of today, I haven't heard a peep from anyone at Rapid Packout. I sent an email on last Sunday. Today is Wednesday and still nothing. Long story short, I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. They have been unprofessional from the start. read more

Rapid Packout was called in to remove the contents of a bedroom, hall closet and living room when water started leaking into these areas. We watched carefully the three men photograph, catalog and then carefully wrap and package each item from these areas. It was much better than expected how carefully and thoroughly they performed their job.
